"This was my third stay, and I finally understand why so many Chinese tourists recommend this hotel. It's incredibly convenient with subway entrances and airport bus stops in every direction right outside. There are three subway lines (2, 3, and 5) directly accessible. You can walk or take one stop to Myeongdong, and Gwangjang Market is also within walking distance. What's even better is that it's a direct route to concert venues! It couldn't be more convenient. Downstairs, there are several convenience stores, coffee shops, and even an e-cigarette store. Each time I've stayed, the rooms have been newer and better than the last. They even have a dryer that removes wrinkles and odors, which is great for laundry. Plus, you can see Namsan Tower from the room's balcony, making for some fantastic photos. It was a wonderful experience!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel right at home. Its location is super convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away, making getting around the city very easy. The only minor downside is that it is a bit far from major tourist spots like Myeongdong and Seongsu-dong. However, given the comfort, quality service, and easy transit access, I would still highly recommend staying here!"

"The location is fantastic! Although the room was small, the layout was very efficient. I was surprised they even managed to fit a bathtub and had a separate wet/dry area in such a small space – only in Japan/Korea! The great location meant I could pop back to the hotel to drop off my shopping, which saved a lot of time. Plus, if you cut through the Olive Young store next door, you can get to the other side of the street easily. When checking out, you can use the self-service machine on the first floor, which is super quick. Cars can pull right up to the entrance in the morning and evening. At other times, you have to walk a short distance, but overall, it's very convenient – a one-stop shop for eating, shopping, and exploring!"

"Splurged a little on this product on our last day in Seoul and it’s totally worth it. Lynn, the employee who helped us with the check in is a total sweetheart. We had quite a hard time traveling with a child who’s physically challenged from another city and was worn out. Lynn not only helped us with an early check in, upgraded our room, and offered a baby cot to ease our convenience and comfort. She speaks good English, is always smiley and shows empathy when handling customers. The room condition is good, spacious considering its location in Seoul. Amenities wise not much can be provided due to the EHS policy (no one time use disposal items provided). Great location, close to the airport bus, subway, eateries and shopping district."

A very new and beautiful hotel! The decor is distinctive, and the front desk staff, from the older gentleman to the younger guys, are all warm and friendly. I loved seeing the cat meme posters everywhere! For breakfast, they offer complimentary bagels, paninis, and ciabatta, and the coffee, though paid, is quite good! If the staff aren't too busy, they'll even help pack up your food to go, which is a really thoughtful touch. The only thing that could possibly be improved is the air conditioning or insulation. Our room faced west, so it got a lot of sun. The AC had to run for a long time, only managing to bring the temperature down from 28℃ to just under 27℃. It got quite warm at night if you weren't directly under the vent.

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, truly the best. I was only really there to sleep, so it more than met my needs. Having a convenience store right under the hotel was super handy. My only minor gripes were that the shower stall was a bit small, and adjusting the water temperature was tricky. The hotel staff were incredibly kind. They showed me how to use the coffee machine, told me I could enjoy breakfast on the balcony, and even used a translation app during check-out to tell me how happy they were to have guests from Japan. They were truly warm and welcoming. I'd definitely love to stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay here, it was super comfortable and I felt very safe throughout! From the time I spent in the dining area, I noticed a lot of young travellers and even international working professionals stay here, so everyone is very respectful in regards to quiet hours, cleanliness, and minding their own business. I was impressed upon arriving to my room and was even more impressed by the smart design of the shower system! Everything is provided, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, towels, hair dryer, and even toothbrush+toothpaste. Even if you’re missing something there’s a CU convenience store within walking distance away. Every part of check-in was smooth including setting up your locker area ! Overall very happy with my experience!

We loved staying here! The hotel service is great. As our departing flight is many hours after check-out, we appreciated the availability to hold our luggages securely FOC while we spent the day at the shops. They have a massage room, free wifi in the lobby & room, 24hr ramen at the lobby & a beautiful outdoor glamping set up area. We received daily room service with complimentary water bottles. The staff are always so helpful and polite. Our room is big enough for our family of 5. Great water pressure and hot water. Appreciate having standard sized bath towels & hairdryer. There’s laundry and dryer facilities (2000won per use), ice and water dispenser on Level 8. There’s a CU supermarket 2 mins away from the hotel. A few mins walk to Gwangjang Market, dried seafood market and subway. We will choose to stay here again when we’re back at Seoul!

The room facilities are a bit old, and there are no windows that can be opened for ventilation, which makes the whole room feel stuffy. Outside the window is a road, and the room is quite small, similar in size to the most basic room type at a Home Inn in China. But the worst part is the location; it's so out of the way that getting a taxi is a real pain.

Convenient location, perfect for solo travelers! Location: Situated between two subway stations with lots of nearby dining options and convenience stores. Room Layout: A duplex/loft style. The lower level has the bathroom and a small sofa area (enough space to open one suitcase; best for 1 person). The upper level is the bedroom (steep stairs—not recommend for elderly or those with mobility issues) Amenities: Large TVs on both levels. Towels, water, and basic amenities are provided. Location is perfect! 2 minutes walking distance to seonyudo station and there’s A LOT of coffee shop, especially internationa famous Starbucks just next door. English speakers are available but maybe they could be more friendly in attending guests. However, rooms are beautiful and clean. Housekeeper were very friendly and helped with things we requested! Overall stay was wonderful~ Will stay again when i visit seoul next time.

Qianqian Hotel was truly the highlight of my trip. The ambiance is unique, and you can tell the owner has great taste and vision just by looking at the bamboo at the entrance and the decor in the common areas. I booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious. Compared to the tiny business hotel I stayed in before, which cost over 2000, this room was so much more comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze even though I arrived quite late. The only minor inconvenience is that you have to take the stairs, but given how comfortable my stay was, it really didn't matter. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Hongdae, which isn't super close, but I mostly took taxis anyway, so it was still convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely, with lots of small cafes, bakeries, and a small supermarket nearby, making it very convenient. For this price, location, and environment, it was truly a delightful surprise! Highly recommend!

There's not much in the way of service in Korea, so that's pretty normal. They can store luggage for you, and at least they don't give you a dirty look, which is a plus. However, this hotel doesn't clean rooms daily. I paid over 1000 and still didn't expect that; they only clean once every four days! The windows in this hotel are designed in a way that lets in a lot of light, so if you're sensitive to light while sleeping, bring an eye mask! Definitely avoid the lower floors, or be sure to bring earplugs! Ctrip's customer service was excellent and kept trying to resolve issues, but there's no negotiating with hotels abroad. So, for places like this, it's better to book through a major platform, otherwise, it can be a really frustrating experience! I found short hairs on the bed in another room, and they actually asked me how I could prove the hair was theirs. All of us have long hair... so, Koreans have a strange way of thinking. If you're a clean freak, you might want to bring your own bedding.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Seoul. The hotel was nice and clean, and the check-in process was fast and smooth, which made arrival stress-free. Although the room was a bit small, it was still comfortable enough for 3 people. One of the highlights is the location, there are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, offering authentic local bites without the overwhelming crowds you’d find in Myeongdong. Personally, I found this area much more enjoyable and relaxing. The metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city. Travel Tip: From the airport, take the train to Seoul Station (either normal or express), then transfer to the blue line to Chungmuro Station. If you’re carrying luggage, Exit 5 is the best choice since it has an escalator — just walk toward Starbucks. Otherwise, Exit 7 is a quicker option. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located stay in Seoul.
