I had a decent stay at Glue Hotel. The location is convenient, taking only about 7-10 minutes to walk from the Airport Limousine stop. Inside, the vintage design and vinyl records create a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. They also have a lounge but I don't think the lounge is open on Mondays & Tuesdays (or for short hours). My only issue is the cleanliness. There was a lot of dust trapped in the curtains, and I noticed some stains on the pillows and towels. If management can improve their housekeeping, this would easily be a 5-star stay because the vibe and the hotel staffs are fantastic.

For this price point, the basic room hygiene was excellent, no complaints there! But apart from that, everything else was a letdown. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient trip, this isn't the place. Location and Dining: The hotel is located on a mountain with a great view, but don't even think about walking anywhere. Besides a duty-free shop nearby (which is mostly frequented by personal shoppers), even getting a taxi is a hassle. For breakfast, be prepared to wait an hour. The front desk suggested I go before 7 AM to avoid the queue, which, to be fair, made breakfast quite good. When I checked in, I also inquired about dinner and good restaurants. The front desk staff claimed all their hotel restaurants were famous and delicious, especially the Japanese one. When I asked them to make a reservation for us, they said reservations usually needed to be made 30 days in advance. Fine. Then I thought, I'll just grab a coffee at the hotel cafe. Another wait... at least 30 minutes. Ugh... Returning to the hotel on the second evening, I found the lobby packed with people queuing all the way to the door, like a bustling market. They were all lining up for the buffet. If your F&B is that good, why bother with the hotel? Guests staying here can't even get a table because it's full of outside diners. The swimming pool was the same – tiny and completely overcrowded, impossible to actually swim. There must have been at least 50 people in there; it was more like a hot tub than a pool. Honestly, apart from sleeping, nothing else was good. Let's talk about the service: It felt like they were particularly reluctant to serve Chinese guests. When checking out, my child and I were carrying our luggage out, and there were many staff standing in the lobby who didn't offer to help. It was only when a car pulled up outside that someone came to assist us with our bags. What were all those people standing around in the lobby doing then? After my luggage was loaded, I got into the car and looked out the window to see the person who just helped me with my bags using my car window as a mirror to fix his hair. Hilarious! (This happened at 7 AM Korean time on the 19th). For this price, you're better off staying in Gangnam. Josun Palace is much better and similarly priced. To be honest, I'm very disappointed. It's a beautiful hotel, and the staff are all good-looking, but they clearly haven't been properly trained. I hope whoever cares about this hotel sees this review and seriously considers whether you are in the F&B business or hospitality. My experience of your hospitality was very poor. You did great in terms of the beautiful location and clean rooms, but you missed out on how to treat your guests that are staying at the hotel. Horrible experience. I don’t think you deserve the reputation you once had.

Service: Excellent, the front desk speaks Chinese. Cleanliness: Very good. Ambiance: Very good. Facilities: Great location, convenient transportation. The airport shuttle to Incheon Airport is right outside the hotel, and it's also very close to Dongdaemun. There's an outlet mall nearby too.

Sky Garden Dongdaemun 1 is in a fantastic location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Dongdaemun shopping area, and there's an airport shuttle stop right across the street, making transfers to and from the airport super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The 24-hour front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, which made communication very smooth. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's definitely my top choice for shopping and getting around – I'll stay here again next time I'm in Seoul.

We stayed at the Acube Hotel Dongdaemun during a recent layover, and it turned out to be an excellent, fuss-free choice for a short stopover in Seoul. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly quick and efficient, which we highly appreciated after a tiring flight. The rooms themselves were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind and recharge. Additionally, the location is very convenient for exploring; it is situated just 1.5 kilometers from Myeongdong Street and its famous night market, making it easy to pop out for some world-class street food and shopping without wasting time in transit. Overall, it is a highly recommended spot for anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and well-located stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Four stars, deductions mainly for hardware details) For our trip to Busan's Haeundae, we booked this two-bedroom, one-living-room apartment-style family room. Booking in advance made the price very reasonable, and it's perfect for groups or families traveling with children. ✅ Pros & Highlights: 1. **Excellent Location**: Right next to the heart of Haeundae's main street. You can step out and immediately find shops for browsing, shopping, and buying daily necessities, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's only three subway stops directly to Shinsegae Centum City department store, making shopping and dining hassle-free. 2. **Great Layout**: It’s a standard two-bedroom, one-living-room layout with two queen-sized beds (1.5m). The two bathrooms mean no fighting over facilities. It also has a separate living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a washing machine in the room, which makes daily laundry and cooking very convenient. 3. **Unique Balcony & Amenities**: The most unique feature is the rotating balcony, offering a good view. There's a café on the ground floor where guests can have breakfast (I didn't pre-order breakfast). The overall space is spacious and has a strong homey feel. There are three air conditioners in the unit, providing ample cooling. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: 1. **Housekeeping Request**: Unlike regular hotels, there's no 'make up room' light. If you want your room cleaned, you have to call the front desk to schedule it, which is quite inconvenient. 2. **Lack of Blackout Curtains**: The second bedroom only has a sheer curtain, no thick blackout curtain. As soon as it gets light, direct sunlight streams into the room, making it easy to be woken up and affecting sleep quality. I hope the hotel can add blackout curtains to improve this. 3. **AC Remote Control Issue**: There's only one remote control for three air conditioners. If you want to turn on the AC in different rooms, you have to keep moving the remote back and forth, which is very inconvenient to use. 4. **Hot Common Hallways**: The common hallways on each floor don't have air conditioning. When entering and leaving the room, the hallways feel noticeably stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, the value for money is good, and the location and layout are very suitable for family travel. However, there are quite a few hardware details that could be optimized. Friends who are particular about blackout curtains and AC remote convenience might want to consider these points beforehand.

We needed a place just for 2 nights. I wouldn’t recommend it if you plan to stay longer. The room was a way small for us three. Plus it was very loud in the corridor at nights, we could hear everything. But we knew where we were going , as it’s a budget place. The staircase is awful (see the photo ) especially to drag your suitcases up. The common space for making food and eating is quite clean and nice. Tea , coffee, Ramen 🍜 are free 😁👍🏼. The location is great. A metro station is just a 5 min walk. Nearby there is a market to try national food . The donuts were good ))

The room size was just right, not too big, not too small, and it had a balcony with a great view for watching the sunrise – absolutely stunning! I’ve uploaded pictures of the view at different times of the day for everyone’s reference. The transportation is incredibly convenient; there are several subway lines right downstairs to choose from, and as soon as you step out, there are all sorts of dining options. The mall is also right downstairs, making it super easy to buy anything you need! Most importantly, I love to run, and this hotel is very close to Cheonggyecheon Stream, which is a dream come true for running enthusiasts! It's a 5km one-way run, making it 10km round trip! Fantastic! The hotel breakfast was also a highlight; the fried chicken, noodles, and mixed salads were absolutely delicious! Plus, the front desk staff were very friendly. When we arrived, there was even a guide who spoke Chinese, which was very nice! I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Unforgettable Seoul, you brought me endless surprises!

1. As the hotel has only recently opened, the visible facilities are generally clean. However, there were a few disappointing issues during my stay. Since the building was not newly constructed but rather a renovation of an existing hotel, signs of aging were noticeable in some facilities. The bed mattress showed signs of sagging and creaking, and in the first room I was assigned, the bathroom plumbing experienced a backflow problem. When the facilities team visited to check the plumbing issue and opened and closed the room door, a part of the ceiling fixture detached and fell off. While the overall exterior and interior are new and clean, the maintenance and inspection of the unseen facilities left something to be desired. 2. In the case of the Privilege rooms, the building in front of the room was excessively close, making it practically impossible to open the curtains. On the other hand, the cheaper Classic rooms, if assigned to a higher floor, had relatively unobstructed views, and it appeared that many of them allowed the curtains to be opened. Although the price difference between the two room types is not significant, personally, I found it difficult to find a compelling reason to choose the more expensive Privilege room. The Privilege room felt only slightly more spacious than the Classic room, and the difference was that the interior color scheme was in shades of blue. Conversely, considering the view and sense of openness, I felt that the Classic room on the upper floor might actually feel like a more pleasant and premium choice. 3. The staff's outward hospitality was generally friendly. However, there were a few shortcomings in the customer service process. Typically, hotels of a similar class inform guests before check-in if there are issues that could affect room usage, such as difficulty opening curtains due to the close proximity of the room to the building in front. Furthermore, if a room is changed due to facility issues on the hotel's part, such as plumbing backflow, it is standard practice to apologize for the inconvenience or verify during checkout whether there were any issues with the subsequent stay. However, the staff member handling my checkout this time appeared to have been completely unaware of the situation regarding the plumbing backflow and the room change I had experienced. Regardless of the individual staff's friendliness, I had some doubts about whether guest issues are being sufficiently shared and managed among the staff. While there were strengths in the exterior of the facilities and the basic friendliness of the staff, considering the actual condition of the rooms, satisfaction with the room types, and the response process after the issue arose, it was a stay that left much to be desired in many ways.

We stayed in a group of four, just enough, The room facilities are very satisfactory, two bathrooms, two large beds and two small beds. There are kitchenware, refrigerators, washing machines, and vinyl record machines. The top floor city view is very good, you can see the night view of Seoul. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is on the mountain, the traffic may not be convenient, it is not easy to call a car, but the landlord can help to call a taxi. By the way, the landlord can speak Chinese.

New, clean facilities. A small space but enough for one person. Everything it new so it’s well maintained so far. Bathroom is wet-room style. It seems well managed, though I had no need to contact management but all their after-hours contact information was provided in case you needed it. All the necessary information was provided for check in and check out. Additional tips for travelling to and from the airport were also provided. A small communal kitchen it also available for use with hot and cold water, tea and coffee. Basic cooking facilities are also available. All in all a pleasant stay, thanks.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the price was just right. It was also very conveniently located, with four subway lines nearby and a convenience store just a short walk away. David at the front desk was very accommodating; even though it wasn't yet 3 PM for check-in, he told us we could check in early because a room was already cleaned. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was excellent, and I'll definitely come back again.

A very good option for staying for a week. Spacious rooms, an elevator, good in-room amenities, and pleasant staff. First of all, the area is excellent. It’s a lively, authentic Seoul, and just outside the neighborhood you’ll find postcard-worthy spots and major tourist attractions. Staying here allows you to experience the rhythm of daily life alongside local Seoul residents and really feel the city from the inside. Plus there's also many convenient metro stations nearby. As for the hotel itself, there are both positives and negatives. Starting with the downsides: maybe I was just unlucky, but the shower head was in very poor condition and barely worked. Hopefully, this will be fixed. There’s also no option to open the window for some reason — it has a strange four-layer window system, which is… okay. The tap water is quite hard, but as far as I understand, that’s common across most of Seoul. The room keys don’t look very secure, and the key fob is huge — about the size and weight of a solid, heavy iPhone. It’s easier to leave the key at reception when you go out and pick it up again when you return. Another downside is the poor sound insulation from the corridor. When the Korean and Russian cleaning staff start chatting in the morning, it works better than any alarm clock. In some places, you can see signs of the hotel’s “age” and wear over time, but it’s not too serious. On the plus side, in addition to the usual amenities like toothbrushes and basic hygiene kits, each room has large bottles of body lotion, cream, and something else I didn’t even have time to figure out. That’s a definite bonus. Next, despite the inability to open the window, the rooms aren’t stuffy at all — on the contrary, they’re comfortably warm. There’s also heated flooring. All the staff are pleasant, friendly Koreans who are always willing to help if needed. A solid 4 out of 5.

My 17-year-old daughter and I stayed here. There's no elevator, and the stairs are a bit low in some spots where you might bump your head, but they're not too long, so it was acceptable. When checking in, they asked for my passport, and after verifying it, they offered me an outlet adapter, asking if I needed one. I had brought my own, but I still borrowed theirs. The fridge had two 500ml plastic bottles and small cans of orange and mango juice, which was a nice touch. They provided toothbrushes, and in the room, there were also shampoo, body soap, and even toner. Under the large TV, there was a monitor and a PC, and the Wi-Fi connected instantly. Towels were provided for the duration of our stay. At first, I panicked because if the door wasn't closed tightly, the lock wouldn't engage properly, making it impossible to open. But once I got the hang of it, it was fine! When I lay on the bed, it felt firm, but there was a warm sheet underneath. The initially cool bed sheets gradually warmed up, and by the time I went to sleep, turning it off made for a very comfortable night. With a bus stop nearby and a convenience store right in front, getting around was super easy. This was my fourth trip to Korea, and I'd only ever been to Apgujeong, Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, and Gwangjang Market. Being able to drop off our bags and head out again, and having a roof at the bus stop to wait under during the rain, was a real lifesaver! It was a convenient and affordable stay, so I definitely want to use this place again next time I visit Korea! Thank you.

The young lady at the front desk of the hotel is super good, and the booking on Ctrip is also very fast. We searched for several hotels, but they were all booked and refunded, and the online and offline were inconsistent. This one was booked online, and an email was sent immediately, very much. There is a convenience store around, and you can store your luggage in advance. It's very good. There is a big cockroach in the room, and the trembling slippers are killed. I still hope that the cleaning can be done. thanks
