"This hotel is the closest one to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station, and right across from Sunshine City! The 7-Eleven downstairs was the most comprehensive one I found on this Tokyo trip. Even with a lot of people buying things, the checkout was super fast, with 6-7 staff working at once – very efficient. There's also bowling, an aquarium, a 100-yen shop, and a drugstore, all conveniently located downstairs. Every day was just shopping, shopping, shopping! Since tax refunds aren't as easy anymore, you might as well stock up."

"The hotel offers a convenient self-service check-in, making the check-in process quick and easy. Pajamas are provided, and the room is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, within walking distance of shopping areas and famous temple in Asakusa!"

"This is a brand-new hotel with an excellent location, very close to the subway station. Ginza shopping street is just a few minutes' walk downstairs, yet it's not noisy at all. Downstairs, there's also Kyushu ramen, two FamilyMart convenience stores, and a drug store, making it very suitable for business travelers. Lobby: The lobby is on the 16th floor and offers direct views of Tokyo Tower. There's also a thoughtful smoking room provided for family members. Room: The room has a bit too much furniture, so we had to move some pieces around to open our luggage. The bathroom also functions as both a shower and a bathtub. Breakfast: The breakfast selection is very rich, offering both Japanese and Western options, and the view is also great. Highly recommended; I'll definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is conveniently located less than a five-minute walk from Asakusa Subway Station, and popular attractions like Senso-ji Temple are also within walking distance. There's a lively food street nearby as well. It's a small hotel, but the service is excellent, it's very clean and hygienic, and the facilities are modern. The bedding is top-notch. Breakfast is a simple meal, served in a small restaurant on the top floor with nice views of the Sumida River and Tokyo Tower. Given the price, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely come back again."

"Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. "The room was a little small, but with eight suitcases we expected that. The one thing that did make me uncomfortable was the bathroom. The floor didn’t feel stable — it seemed to shift or sit on an angle, which made me feel like I was moving, almost like being in an airplane lavatory. I didn’t feel good standing in there. On the positive side, the location was excellent and close to everything. We were on floor 12, very nice views. The staff were fantastic, and I really appreciated the display showing laundry availability."

"Booked 2 rooms, one superior room and another one is a standard room. Paid extra for the superior but it turned out to be the same room. Felt like I was scammed… Also saw a cockroach in the concierge area at night. As for the room, I have had a comfortable sleep but the room walls look pretty dated with stains on it. Besides that, the cleaner (at least for Level 6) was inconsistent. There were a few days where the bed wasn’t rearranged at all. It is definitely below Japanese standards in my honest opinion. Perhaps the saving grace would be its location. Overall, stay at the standard room if you want but otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, the laundry washing machine is extremely dirty with huge layer of dust. Have had a first hand experience."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line. You can even see Tokyo Big Sight right from your window. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, there was still enough space."

"Love the location in Ginza. Near the train station and lots of restaurants and departmental stores nearby. We stayed here for one night. Check-in was slow at 7.45pm. The staff seemed to be inexperienced and had to be assisted by another staff. Room was good size by Tokyo's standard and we managed to open two large luggage in the room. The bed was firm to our liking and the pillows were great, not the soft and flat ones. Check out was a breeze the next morning."

I stayed at Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu for several nights during my trip to Tokyo, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It was easily one of the most satisfying hotels of my entire Japan trip. First off, the location is fantastic. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Ginza shopping district, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. It's also very close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Tokyo Station, Asakusa, Shibuya, or Shinjuku – a real time and effort saver for getting around. The room design was a pleasant surprise. While Tokyo hotels are generally not known for their spaciousness, this hotel boasts remarkably high ceilings, creating a very comfortable sense of space that completely avoids any feeling of being cramped. The decor is minimalist and modern, with excellent natural light, making for a very relaxing stay. The cleanliness deserves special mention. I stayed for several consecutive nights, and my room was spotless every day. Towels, toiletries, and other replenishable items were promptly replaced. The attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. Breakfast truly exceeded expectations. Each morning offered a delightful array of small, exquisitely prepared dishes, including fresh fruit, eggs, miso soup, noodles, bread, salad, as well as fish and meat dishes. The variety was extensive, the presentation beautiful, and the taste exceptional. You could tell a lot of care went into preparing everything; breakfast was a genuine treat every day. Service also merits praise. The staff were warm, polite, and attentive. Check-in and daily interactions were smooth, reflecting the consistently professional and meticulous service you expect from Japanese hotels. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel with an excellent location, convenient transportation, comfortable rooms, outstanding cleanliness, exquisite breakfast, and thoughtful service.
