"I stayed at this hostel for four nights. Check in is handled on the first floor, while most requests need to be made at the fourth floor reception. The fourth floor has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, almost like a beach lounge inside the hostel. It is a nice place to rest and spend time. However, I felt that the cleanliness could be improved. The shower room is located on the third floor while my room was on the first floor, so moving between floors often became a bit inconvenient. Amenities such as toothbrushes are also provided on a different floor, which sometimes made things less practical. I would also appreciate more attention to the cleanliness of the toilets and shower rooms. In addition, there were many leftover items in the room area. It may help if the management introduces a clearer policy for unattended belongings, such as adding date stickers and disposing of items after a certain period. Overall, the hostel has a dormitory style concept with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere."

"We stayed here after attending Summer Sonic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. While the room's cleanliness was a minor concern – I noticed some dust, a slight odor from the washbasin, and stains on the curtains – I was very satisfied with both of the bath facilities I used."

"This is my third stay in yokohama hilton and I got free upgrade with better view! Thanks for the arrangement! As always, the room is tidy and clean! However, the service in breakfast just a little bit disappointed! In the past, they serve the coffee immediately, while no one is care except the last morning (maybe just too busy?). Anyway, overall is nice!"
