Guest User• located at the furthest exit from the Ikebukuro train station. have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to the Yamanote line. the surrounding is also filled with a lot of sus shops, with girls standing around at night holding papers and shouting at men. if you’re a female they won’t bother you but if you’re a guy stay safe.
• at night can hear some shouting from the street as well.
• good; have Refa hair dryer, hair wash etc. there’s also a laundry machine, microwave, etc. which was really nice.
• space wise, I think that it is very spacious especially for a solo traveller with only one luggage but if you have two, there might not be enough space for you to open your luggage.

Guest UserI had a wonderful 4-night stay here during my trip to Japan.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. For the price, it offers excellent value. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, making it a great way to start each day.
The room size is what you would typically expect in Japan—compact but well-designed and comfortable. It had everything we needed, and the hotel provided all the essential amenities. Fresh towels were replaced daily, along with two complimentary bottles of water.
One thoughtful touch I really appreciated was the housekeeping service. Even when we put up the ”Do Not Disturb” sign, they fully respected our privacy and never entered the room. Instead, they hung fresh towels and bottled water on our door every day.
The hotel also displayed the daily weather forecast at the reception, which was very helpful when planning our itinerary. On the day we checked out, it was raining. The receptionist patiently showed us how to get to the Skyliner through the underground station so we could avoid walking in the rain. Their kindness and excellent service truly left a lasting impression.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, and value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Japan. Highly recommended!

Guest UserEverything was great, but the main thing is that at this price, the amenities and service are simply incredible value for money. I decisively booked this hotel again when I returned. The breakfast was quite rich; I've never stayed anywhere else for just over 200 yuan with such a breakfast offering.

Guest UserThis is a newly opened hotel. The service was excellent, and they even offered complimentary coffee and drinks. The location is great, very close to the station, and there's a convenience store nearby. The facilities are new, and the room was very clean. I'm very satisfied.

ZenchenkoOverall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. The location is excellent: there are several metro stations nearby, making it very convenient to get to any part of Tokyo.
The breakfasts were tasty and varied – that's one of the hotel's main advantages.
The room turned out to be quite small, which is expected for Tokyo, but there wasn't much free space. Also, the duvet cover was a bit surprising – it had a very unusual design and wasn't very convenient to use.
A particular downside was the air conditioning. Over four nights, I couldn't manage to set a comfortable temperature: either the room was too cold, or the air conditioner barely blew at all. I couldn't find a happy medium.
Otherwise, the hotel is good, especially if a convenient location and a good breakfast are important to you.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is at the center of the city and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
The public bath is relaxing though the pools are quite small and can accommodate 2 people (within appropriate social distance) only in the pool at the same time.

LuguodeguanguangkeThe hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Senso-ji Temple, and there are tons of food options nearby. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, and they even offered luggage storage. The room felt a bit like a 'hostel plus' version – pretty small, and the bathrooms were shared, but they were very clean. The facilities were also comprehensive, with a washing machine that had a drying function and a kitchen. Plus, there's a FamilyMart right downstairs. Overall, definitely recommend it!

Guest UserLocation is 15 mins to Shinjuku station but along the way quite a lots to see. I’m enjoy the price offered for this location and distance.
Laundry a bit expensive with 600 yen for 1kg. The location is next to night clubs too (you can choose to walk to Shinjuku station with other street) and worst is the hotel signboard is not obvious as it is small and in front of the hotel,
, comparing to others to put up big and tall at the junction. You will easily miss it as I have walked back 3 times and finally found it by looking for white building

Carey LoyCenturion Hotel Ueno was a complete disappointment, falling short of basic hospitality standards. The deception started right at check-in: the room was explicitly advertised and booked as a ”Casual Double Bed,” but what we actually received was a cramped single bed. This blatant misrepresentation immediately compromised the comfort of our stay.
The lack of care extended into the bathroom, which was a major letdown. The sink and shower area were marred by very bad, visible marks that made the entire space feel neglected and unhygienic. For a hotel that positions itself in a convenient location like Ueno, the absolute disregard for accurate room descriptions and rigorous housekeeping is unacceptable.

Guest UserIt's a 5-10 minute walk from the metro, depending on which station you come from. There are no large shopping centers nearby. However, there's a Harry Potter station, a Harry Potter cafe, and a store. The hotel itself offers luggage storage. The capsules, lockers, and showers are all on different floors. It's a bit inconvenient having to constantly move between floors in the elevator. Inside the capsule, there are only two small shelves on the sides, though it does have a power outlet and a USB-A port. I really wish there was a bigger shelf, a hook, and a mini-safe.
