I would only recommend this hotel if you are staying there for a night. Otherwise - get a different place. There is no cleaning service, the rooms are old and there is black mold in the bathroom and around the sink. They don't change your towels either or take rubbish away - you need to bring rubbish down youself and ask for clean towels at the reception if you need any. When you take a hot shower even with the bathroom fan on and the bathroom door closed - the whole room gets a bit foggy.
Yes, you can see the tokyo tower from the window, but honestly- not worth it. No coffee shops or cafes in the close proximity, Sensoji is about 12 min away. They station is about 10 min away.

Small but comfortable room with many amenities available. It's not too far from the metro and walking outside at night is peaceful and relaxing. The Indian restaurant under the hotel is also very convenient.
