"Multi-person travel is very suitable for ～ equipment and spare parts are all available. The only minor drawback is that there is only one bathroom. It is slightly inconvenient for friends to travel and stay in many people. The whole is clean and hygienic. Only some corners are slightly dusty. Self-service check-in/check-out is convenient and fast, but the check-in time is late and the check-out time is a bit inconvenient. However, the customer service response is very fast and polite, and the overall service experience is good 👍 The location is near the residential area, there are supermarkets, supermarkets, etc., basic living functions, but only can be reached by ordinary cars on the Beijing Line, the traffic is not very convenient but it is still acceptable"

"I really enjoyed this place. It’s located in a working class neighborhood of Tokyo, northeast of the Tokyo Sky Tree (A19/20 on the Toei Asakusa Metro line). Once we figured out the Toei Asakusa became the Kieki-Ku line, it wasn’t much work to get there. I enjoyed the ambiance of the neighborhood being very uniquely Japanese. The house is large for Tokyo standards and split into 3 levels - bottom small foyer and laundry, 2’d floor was living room and kitchen, and top floor was sleeping quarters with 4 beds stacked like a Japanese tatami situation & small bathroom in the corner. It worked charmingly for our family of four with 2 adults and 2 tweens. It was especially fortuitous to have laundry in the Tokyo summer, when you’re out walking/shopping/eating all-day. We would 100% recommend staying here, when in Tokyo. I loved getting up early and running along the river and across the many bridges & crossings. The restaurants are local and homey, and the people couldn’t be more friendly. It’s a house, not a hotel so set your expectations. If you require room turnovers or removal of trash, you need to do it yourself. However, I felt really close to living like a Tokyo family and this place really hit the spot for us."

"Wonderful apartments in a quiet place close to the metro station, shops, restaurants, cafes are very close. Convenient contactless check-in, the owners promptly respond to inquiries via e-mail. The premises are compact, there is everything you need, comfortable beds. Air conditioners on each floor, this was important for us in August. For a family of 3 people, it is ideal. Of the shortcomings - we lacked mirrors above the sinks, there is a mirror in the shower, but at hip level. Otherwise, everything is great."

신오쿠보에서 머물렀던 숙소 오즈의 마법사는 정말 최고였어요! 신오쿠보 메인거리에서 매우 가까워서 이동하기 정말 편리했어요. 주변에 맛집도 많고 쇼핑할 곳도 많아서 숙소에 있는 시간 외에도 즐길 거리가 가득했습니다. 신주쿠 시내도 쉽게 갈 수 있어서 여행 일정을 소화하는 데 전혀 불편함이 없었어요. 숙소 시설은 3층으로 되어 있는데 매우 현대적이고 인테리어도 욕실도 깔끔했어요. 필요한 모든 편의 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 침구류나 수건 등도 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어서 기분 좋게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 화장실과 샤워실이 청결해서 더욱 만족스러웠어요. 전반적으로 신오쿠보 숙소는 위치, 시설, 청결도 모두 완벽해서 다음 도쿄 여행에도 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶어요. 정말 강력 추천합니다!

這次東京之旅住了五晚民宿，地點在池袋，方便 ，離車站有十五分鐘左右，購物算方便，附近2分鐘有family Mart ， 民宿新淨， 除了不提供 牙刷之外，都有沐浴露，洗衣液，毛巾等，非常喜歡有陽台，可以每天洗衫晾衫，下次去也會考慮。

Great location and walkable distance from shibuya station. Toilets with locks but no locks for the bathroom. Soap in bathroom but no soap in the toilet. It’s a bit weird. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Yet, there is also no curtains for the room in the basement. Though it is not too bright in the morning but if you want an all dark environment, this is a problem.

We wanted to sample how staying in a home feels like in Tokyo. It has all the amenities including a sauna that is super nice. Location wise is situated at the outskirt of Tokyo which is fine if you are driving and wanted a taste of suburban lifestyle in this metropolitan. If you are driving a big vehicle such as MPV, do inform the owner and an arrangement will be made for you to park at the taxi hub which is located beside the property.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. The walk to the metro takes 5–10 minutes. The garbage sorting system is a bit complicated, and the common room is a bit small. Still, it's worth the money.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the subway station. There are FamilyMart, Lawson, and Seiyu supermarkets nearby, and it's very close to the shopping streets around Asakusa. You'll need to use stairs to go up and down, and they are a bit narrow, so be careful when carrying luggage. We stayed on the 3rd floor this time. In the mornings, we could sometimes hear people talking outside, so the soundproofing isn't the best, but it was quite quiet at night. The amenities were well-stocked, including a hairdryer, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were very small and needed to be stacked up. The shower stall was small but functional, though it felt a bit cramped. The sink was also small, and water tended to splash out easily, so be mindful of that.

This lodging location has access to Juko station and also Higachi-Juko station is even a little closer. There were issues with property access, but the host responsed quickly. The pillows were very comfortable.
