"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both the subway and JR stations. There are also many convenience stores and shops nearby, and it's quite lively at night. The capsule room size was just right, and it was super convenient to store my suitcase under the bed! The only downside was the poor soundproofing; people were packing their luggage late at night or early in the morning. However, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, which was a nice touch. 👍🏻"

"The location is great – close to Meguro Station with convenience stores and cafes nearby. They provided two towels, slippers, a toothbrush, and earplugs, which was really nice. The bed was also perfectly clean. However, the smell around the shoe rack right inside the room was terrible and made entering and exiting the room quite unpleasant every time (though I guess it depends on the previous guests, I wish they could put out an air freshener or something…)"

"Cozy and convenient stay! We booked a room for 2 and were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality despite it being a shared bathroom and toilet setup. The staff, especially the lovely old lady, stole our hearts with her kindness and friendliness 😊. The location is superb - just 100m from the bus station and surrounded by konbini for all our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a restful stay. Given the price, we felt the room was just right for us. Highly recommend for its value and the staff's warmth ❤️"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had an average experience. The location was great, with two train stations about a 10–15 minute walk away, which made getting around the area very convenient. However, the internet connection was unreliable. It kept disconnecting without warning, which was frustrating, especially when trying to plan my days or stay in touch. The air conditioning was also quite tricky to operate, and it took a while to get it to a comfortable setting. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, especially with luggage storage, which I really appreciated."

"Facilities: It's a hotel with some history, so the facilities aren't brand new, but the room was clean and odor-free. It's on a high floor, and on a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji 🗻. Service: Check-in isn't until 3 PM, but the hotel offers free luggage storage. You just scan a QR code to fill out your information, and the process is very quick. Location: The transportation is super convenient, right across from Shinagawa Station, and it only takes half an hour to get to Haneda Airport."

"I enjoyed my experience a lot at Tomariya Ueno! It’s a 5-10mins walk from the station, but the route is well-lit. The amenities are well-kept by the management. There’s also a coin laundry available on site, with a free towel provided every 4 days of stay. "Location: The hotel's location is quite convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Kinshicho Station itself is pretty big and has a shopping area, which is great. GGuest UserThe location is great, the metro is maybe 1 min walk. By metro your only a few stops away from any big attractions. And after a long day in the city you can come back to enjoy the onsen. The only bad thing I can say about my stay was the someone in the capsule across from mine snored so loud it was nearly impossible to sleep.
