"The room looks pretty much like the pictures. The hotel reception is on the second floor; you'll see a FamilyMart convenience store on the street level, and the hotel is right above it. You need to use your key card to access the rooms via the elevator. It's a relatively new hotel, and when you pull back the roller blinds, you're greeted with a night view. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Yamanote Line."

"If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay in Tokyo, this hotel is a great choice. Tokyo can be extremely crowded, so coming back to a peaceful and silent hotel at the end of the day feels amazing. You won’t hear any noise at night, which I really appreciated. One of my favorite things is the outdoor private bath. After long walks around the city, soaking in a warm bath is the best way to relax. The water temperature is around 41.9°C, which feels perfect during cold weather. The bath is open until 1am, so you can enjoy it even after a late day out. I already miss it 🙌🏻 This trip was for my Lady Gaga concert, so I flew to Tokyo just for that. On Day 1, I arrived around 9:30am. The lobby is on the 36th floor, and the guest rooms are between 33rd to 35th floor, with nice views. Check-in is at 3pm, but the hotel allows luggage storage, so I left my bags and went out for breakfast and a slow walk. Near the hotel, there’s a small park and a Blue Bottle Coffee, where you can relax and enjoy the sea view — very chill and not crowded. 🚇Transportation is also very convenient. From the lobby, you can take the lift directly to B1, which connects to the train station and LaLaport. It’s super easy for shopping, dining, and getting around Tokyo. 🚬Tip for smokers: there is a smoking area next to the lobby restroom, and some floors also have smoking rooms. 🚍Tip for transportation : There is a direct airport bus service between Narita Airport and the hotel. From Narita Airport, I believe the service starts around 12pm, though I recommend confirming the latest schedule in advance. For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, tickets can be purchased online. The hotel staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful — they will gladly assist with checking schedules and booking tickets if needed. Overall, this hotel is perfect if you want comfort, convenience, and a calm place to rest after a busy Tokyo day. Highly recommended."

"Check-in took an incredibly long time. The front desk staff kept saying 'Let me check for you,' and it ended up being a full 30 minutes. They didn't even offer for my family to sit down and rest, and my baby was getting so restless waiting. However, the hotel's rich facilities somewhat made up for the long wait during check-in."

"The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient. Downstairs, there's a commercial complex with Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century-old French bakery, which I highly recommend. The hotel has several entrances and exits, which can be a bit confusing at first. You need to figure out how to get to the 3rd floor from downstairs before you can access the guest rooms, as it requires transferring elevators. There's also a direct elevator under the pedestrian link downstairs that allows easy access in and out of the hotel, making it barrier-free for large suitcases. The commercial complex also connects to the hotel lobby, but you'll need a good sense of direction to remember the routes. This location is very convenient for visiting Anpanman Children's Museum, the CupNoodles Museum, Minato Mirai, Red Brick Warehouse, and Chinatown. Both subway and bus stations are downstairs, and Yokohama Station is just one stop away. A tip: one side of the guest rooms offers stunning Yokohama sea views at night, while the other side allows you to see Mount Fuji from your bed. If you have a preference for a specific view, be sure to inform the front desk. On the downside, the room facilities are a bit old, and the front desk's approach to service is traditional and somewhat inflexible."

"It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there."

"Service: The hotel shuttle is super convenient. After taking the subway from the airport to Maihama Station, you just go downstairs and hop on the shuttle. The next day, it dropped us off at a different station for DisneySea, and then we took the Disney Resort Line from there. Amenities: The hotel toiletries are by Pola, and the hairdryer was excellent – I honestly think it was better than my Dyson at home. There's a small convenience store downstairs, but it didn't have much. We ended up walking about 300m to a Lawson at another hotel (it was packed with people coming back from Disney)."

"I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Tokyo Bay. The hotel offers beautiful views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge, which made the experience feel really special, especially at night. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely professional and welcoming throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was very helpful whenever I had questions. The location is also great—quiet and relaxing while still being conveniently connected to central Tokyo by train and monorail. It’s a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo who wants a comfortable and scenic place to stay."
