"The hotel isn't far in a straight line from JR Hamamatsucho Station, but with luggage, you'll need to cross two traffic lights (one large, one small) and walk about 600 meters. Once you reach the FamilyMart convenience store and turn, you'll see the hotel's logo right above the FamilyMart. The hotel is also very close to the Yurikamome Line, which is super convenient for getting to Minato Ward and Shimbashi. The front desk is on the second floor. Check-in is done via a self-service machine. You can store your luggage in a dedicated space, but you'll need to use a transit card or other payment device to link and retrieve it. It doesn't show if or how much money was deducted. The room is small. There are two mattresses laid flat. The bathroom and shower are standard Japanese style. You can open one suitcase larger than 28 inches without a problem, but opening two would make it difficult to access the bathroom and sink. The soundproofing in the room is just average, it's really a matter of luck. On our third night, a ** (derogatory term for a foreigner, usually from a certain Asian country) moved in next door. They came in at 11:30 PM, and I'm not sure if it was luggage hitting the wall or something else, but there was a lot of banging. Then, before 5 AM the next morning, their friend started banging on the door frantically for several minutes until the guy next door finally said, 'I know,' and opened the door to talk for a bit before it stopped. They must have checked out that morning, as we weren't woken up early again after that. The front desk has a dining area with a microwave, coffee machine, and free bread. This place seems to host many Southeast Asian and European guests. The female staff at the front desk are all very good, friendly, and always smiling."

"My stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu Premier in Tokyo far exceeded my expectations. The hotel has direct access to Toyosu Metro Station and is right next to the LaLaport mall. There's an airport shuttle service straight to Haneda and Narita airports, and it's incredibly convenient to get to Ginza, Odaiba, and Disneyland. Plus, you don't have to worry about getting wet on rainy days. The room was on a high floor with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Tokyo Bay. The Rainbow Bridge and city night views were stunning. The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, making for a truly comfortable stay. The 36th floor offers a panoramic buffet breakfast with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options, and there's a high-altitude public bath where you can relax and unwind after a long day of travel. The front desk service was polite and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and city explorations."

"I stayed for several nights. I sent my suitcase ahead with some frozen food as souvenirs and they looked after it for me. The staff were very friendly. It was a shame that the coffee cups on the first day were dirty, but everything else was great. There was a large public bath and even a sauna, so it was a hot spring. The view was amazing right in front of Harumi Pier. The Yurikamome station is just a couple of minutes walk away, so transportation is very convenient. There were several restaurants within the hotel, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of menu items and was delicious. I will stay here again."

"The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient. Downstairs, there's a commercial complex with Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century-old French bakery, which I highly recommend. The hotel has several entrances and exits, which can be a bit confusing at first. You need to figure out how to get to the 3rd floor from downstairs before you can access the guest rooms, as it requires transferring elevators. There's also a direct elevator under the pedestrian link downstairs that allows easy access in and out of the hotel, making it barrier-free for large suitcases. The commercial complex also connects to the hotel lobby, but you'll need a good sense of direction to remember the routes. This location is very convenient for visiting Anpanman Children's Museum, the CupNoodles Museum, Minato Mirai, Red Brick Warehouse, and Chinatown. Both subway and bus stations are downstairs, and Yokohama Station is just one stop away. A tip: one side of the guest rooms offers stunning Yokohama sea views at night, while the other side allows you to see Mount Fuji from your bed. If you have a preference for a specific view, be sure to inform the front desk. On the downside, the room facilities are a bit old, and the front desk's approach to service is traditional and somewhat inflexible."

"There is Lawson (convenience store) inside the hotel which was very convenient to the customer. Mitsui outlet also near and walking distance from hotel. However, if you have luggage with you its quite tiring to walk to the hotel from train station but reachable by walking. The check in process was quite slow and complicated as it was not enough staff to assist during online check in on site. The hotel also provide paid bus shuttle to Narita Airport that cost ¥1200. Overall, still a good stay."
