Superb in all departments. Exceptionally clean and service from all staff members felt very special indeed. Tepanyaki chef prepared and unforgettable meal experience and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Beautiful view from the Room, with Mount Fuji visible on clear days.

What I like most is the gym, which is very good, with new and complete equipment, and cool black decoration. The lounge is on the 51st floor, with free snacks and wine before 7pm. The room has more wooden decorations, and the paper sculptures in the elevator are beautiful. The room I stayed in this time did not have the Tokyo Tower, but some rooms have a view of the Tokyo Tower. The decoration of the corridor is very Japanese, and every time I walk by it reminds me of a movie scene.

It completely deserves the reputation as the elegant 5-star Japanese hotel with a tradition of over a century. The Japanese detailed-minded and dedicated services provided by every member of the staff are impressive. They are always more than helpful.
My luggage was already handled by the bellboy before I got into the entrance. The staff member whose surname is 茨木 (Ibaragi?) accompanied me to the guestroom and made neat and helpful introduction to the facilities of the room as well as the hotel as a whole.
Room cleaning / tidying services were provided at least two times per day.
On the day my friend and I checked out, my friend inadvertently lost her phone at the washroom in the public area of the hotel, but with the dedicated assistance of the staff members, the phone has been found. We are more than grateful for their great help.
The hotel bar, the Old Imperial Bar, serves high quality cocktails and has a wide range of collection of good whiskies, which is a must-go if you have an opportunity to visit the hotel.

Very good👍The hotel is very new so the facilities are very advanced. An iPad controls everything in the room including the room service. The room is about 70 square meters with a balcony, and the city view is still very comfortable. I think the location is very good. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Ginza and Shinjuku by taxi. It is worth mentioning that the service is very good. Help us book restaurants and cars. Very good service 👌The only shortcoming is that the breakfast needs to be improved. It's not delicious 😵💫

Facilities: Very good, the hotel is very new
Sanitation: Very clean
Environment: The hotel is very close to Tokyo Station and is connected by an underground passage, which is very convenient.
Service: Very good. When I asked for directions, the staff took me to Kyobashi Station. The concierge was even better. When I asked the hotel to help me book a restaurant, many restaurants were fully booked. Other hotels disappeared after telling me that they could not book, but Bulgari will continue to pay attention to this matter! When other diners canceled their reservations, the hotel helped me hold the restaurant location and contacted me, which was really great.
View: The room type with garden view I chose is actually a certain distance from the Imperial Palace and it is not very visible due to the obstruction in front. When the weather is good, you can see Mount Fuji from the garden view (based on personal experience), but the weather was not very good during the three days I was there, so I couldn't see it.

Facilities: Because it is a new hotel, the facilities are good. The only regret is that the water volume of the shower is a bit small.
Hygiene: Very good!
Environment: Because the hotel is between 1-chome and 2-chome in Ginza, shopping is very convenient. There is a famous stationery store opposite the hotel.
Service: Absolutely good! From the front desk to the room to the restaurant, everyone is very warm and sincere. The breakfast is especially great!

The hotel is of high quality and good location. It is next to Tokyo Daimaru Department Store and 1.5 kilometers away from Ginza. The best executive room experience is at Tokyo Shangri-La: the hotel decoration design is tasteful, and the hotel, which has been open for more than ten years, is very well maintained. We need to lay a sofa bed in the living room of the suite. The service staff completes it meticulously according to the bed-making standards of a five-star hotel. Before leaving, they also take the initiative to check if there are any imperfections and take the initiative to tidy them up; the executive room provides hotel-ordered bottled water and free wifi in the room. The executive room has a single-a-la-carte breakfast + buffet, and if you are not too hungry for dinner, you can also have a simple meal in the executive lounge on the 37th floor to watch the night view. The ordering menu and hotel check-in instructions on the executive floor are all in Chinese. The hotel staff have good English and smooth communication, which makes us have a very good stay experience.

XXiaoyaoxianshiVery close to the palace, each room has a terrace with a charming view. You can go for a walk around the palace in the morning. There is also the most beautiful Starbucks nearby. The hotel has many restaurants and bars. The bar has a terrace where you can smoke. I won't tell ordinary people.

GGuest UserA bit of a mixed bag. The location is a bit further away from shinjuku Roppongi etc. Most tourist things aren’t super close. The lobby is a long walk to the elevator. It’s very Las Vegas in that way. The hotel is enormous and a popular place for whatever the Tokyo version of prom is. Tons of kids in traditional rental dress taking pictures by the waterfall in the lobby. Food is decent but overpriced. The check in is odd on the 8th floor. The floor is pumping with internal perfume they use. The perfume is also pumping in each floor of the guest rooms. Very strong perfume. No other hotels of this star class supposedly had the pumping perfume. The room was very large with a nice view of the river. Two tvs and two toilets. The bathroom was functional but not immaculate cleanliness. The fixtures were dated circa 1995. There was a smell in both the shower and the steam room. For the price and star class usually soft drinks are included but not here. The breakfast is nice but expensive for what it is. It’s justified at the okura but here feels like a reach. Service was excellent however. And some beautiful artwork with the dated decor.
GGuest UserThe breakfast was very rich. I checked in on the 11th floor and the staff were very polite. The hotel occupies a large area, with three buildings connected together. It is very convenient to find food on Akasaka Street after leaving. The only drawback is that the bottled water in the room is a bit small. But you can add it for free.
GGuest UserThe center of Shinjuku is convenient and lively, with great privacy.
Facilities: Complete, it is recommended to have breakfast in the room, the view is good
Hygiene: Very good, clean and hygienic
Environment: Quiet in the bustle, with complete dining and entertainment facilities throughout the building
Service: attentive and considerate

HhayanThe service is very good, the snacks provided are also of good quality, and the restaurant is also good, but the breakfast and dinner content is a bit repetitive. The hot spring is OK, and the milk provided is also very good, but there are a few dressing tables, which is a bit crowded when there are many people. Parking requires going to the basement, and the ground cannot be opened to the door, which is a little inconvenient

DDavidFantastic hotel in a great location right off the Ginza metro line. Great restaurant and the bar has an amazing view of the city lights in the evening and of mt Fuji in the day. The service from check in to departure was top notch. Everyone that works at the hotel is friendly and super helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.
