Great location, great service ! We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku. This area is safe and convenient for night city explorer, the roof top bar offers great view for us to enjoy our drinks. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

The location was superb for me. But the staff and room cleaning are not that satisfying. As new year period. The staff is not enough. So they skip to clean our room.

We stayed at economy double room. It is very spacious as compared to the photo shown. The location is very good. 12 mins walk to the Shinjuku Bus and Train Station. Highly recommended

The self check in was simple and there was always a very kind person to help us along the way. The room was small but bright and had everything we needed for our weekend stay (my daughter and I). Breakfast is on the 12th floor with a great view of the city. There was plenty of variety and the food was good. The coffee was also good - important for getting the day started right. We also went up to the bar for a little snack and a drink. Again, people were friendly and drinks were good. It was easy enough to get around via the metro and the staff were helpful in getting us going in the right direction. I would totally stay at this place again.
