The service was top notch every staff member was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a delight with a wide variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the spectacular nighttime show by the cliff, which we could enjoy right from our room. It was an unforgettable, world class performance that made every penny spent on our stay totally worth it. Highly recommended!

This was one of my best hotel stays by far in Shanghai. The service, the suite and the Bund view were beyond amazing. I came to the hotel for my birthday and stayed 2 nights. The hotel beautifully decorated my suite and had a nice chocolate cake prepared for me. I have to give special appreciation to the manager Ms. Kimmie. She really took the time to welcome me and made sure all my needs were met. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a true 5 star hotel experience.

A luxurius hotel that just opened end of 2024. The Oriental Pearl room is so instagrammable and every corner of the room is so elegant and photogenic! Love the unlimited mineral water supply, Dyson Hairdryer, Instagrammable bath ropes, smart toilet, bath tub, staffs attitude and shower water. Location is at the bund so I decided to take a car ride from didi apps ride from metro station Tiantong road and is cheap ride. The dinner at 2nd floor restaurant was very expensive but was yummy. Not a lot of shopping or food available beside the hotel. After all it is for a memorable stay at the heart of Shanghai. Thanks for the hospitality Regent Hotel.

The hotel is exquisite and well maintained, and it feels like home. The environment is great, and the old Shanghai architectural style is also very good for taking photos. The restaurant dishes are great~ Before leaving the hotel, thank the staff for helping me book a car, and especially thank Krystal for helping me express the items that were left in the room.

Our stay at Aman Yangyun was an unforgettable experience for our family. We arrived at the hotel by taxi from the airport, but we encountered a problem as we couldn’t complete the payment due to issues with our Alipay setup. The hotel staff quickly stepped in, escorting us to the lobby and taking care of the payment on our behalf. Moreover, since the taxi driver had charged us an unreasonably high amount, the staff even negotiated a reduction for us. Their swift and thoughtful actions gave us a great sense of relief. While every aspect of our stay was exceptional, the following experiences left a particularly lasting impression: 1. **Calligraphy Workshop with the Kids** We participated in a calligraphy session as a family, where we learned the techniques of writing and created beautiful pieces under the guidance of the instructor. 2. **Cycling Adventures** We rented bikes and explored the vast forest adjacent to the hotel. The cycling experience was incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. 3. **New Year’s Fireworks** At midnight on New Year’s Eve, a spectacular fireworks display lit up the sky. The sheer volume of fireworks was astonishing—far beyond what you’d expect from a single hotel. It was a truly satisfying experience, and we could tell that a great deal of effort and expense had gone into the celebration. 4. **Peaceful Landscape with Wildlife** The hotel grounds were home to deer, black swans, and a beautiful river, creating a serene and idyllic landscape that was both calming and delightful. This stay will remain a cherished memory for our family.

Advantages: Ancient style design, magnificent lobby, large room, watching the flowers and branches swaying in the sun on the terrace does feel a bit secluded. The white water fish in the Chinese restaurant is very delicious. Such a big fish has very delicate meat and good seasoning, which shows that the chef has a good foundation. The Eight-Section Brocade at 10 am and the ancient house explanation at 10:30 am are worth going. The explanation is very good and I benefited a lot. The hotel provides butler service, and Brenda provides good service. Disadvantages: As soon as I entered the door, I saw blood stains on the outer wall of the toilet. I wiped it off and disinfected it several times. To be honest, I have never encountered this mistake in a hotel so far. It really makes the overall experience discounted. The hygiene can't be given 5 points. The breakfast is a bit outrageous, there are very few things, and the express hotel is better than this. When I was about to leave the hotel, I found that the water was cut off. Although it was only stopped for a while, I found that it was very yellow after the water came. I didn't dare to use the washlet, so I checked out and left quickly.

I came to stay for a birthday staycation and had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel. The room was beautiful with a wonderful view over the pearl tower, and the bed was very comfortable. I am especially grateful to the amazing staff in the Club Lounge- Zoe, Alaia, Lin & Owen who went above and beyond to make my stay special. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

WOW, the hotel and staff are incredible. We have stayed at the Peace Hotel several times over the years and have always been well taken care of. This time was even more special as we got engaged here! I reached out to staff, who were more than accommodating in helping me plan the perfect proposal. A huge appreciation to Lily, Gordon, and the whole Fairmont Gold team for going above and beyond in making our stay one we will always remember. We stayed in the American Suite, and it was pure old world charm. Having stayed in luxury hotels world wide, I can truly say that this hotel and service is one of a kind! We can't wait for our next stay!
