"Highly recommended! The hotel is clean and hygienic, just like the pictures. The location is also very good, not far from Dian Lake, Cui Lake, and the high-speed rail station. The boss is very nice and let us experience hand-brewed coffee. The most important thing is that they have a very cute Border Collie! About 6 months old, very lively, and likes to play with us 🥰 Breakfast is mushroom pot rice noodles, and the taste is also great!"

"Because of Haiyan Village and Laoyu River, I stayed for two days and went for the mezzanine floor. However, when I was going downstairs the next morning, my slippers slipped on the stairs and I fell. The waiter who was delivering drinking water asked me to check if my arm could move and said that if there was any problem, he would take me to the hospital immediately. I felt that I could basically move, so I went out. When I came back in the evening, I found that the place where I fell was purple, so I asked the hotel if there was any medicated oil. The service desk immediately arranged for the manager on duty to ask about it. After asking about the situation, I ran to buy Yunnan Baiyao and sent it to me. The next morning, I called again to inquire about the situation and told me to carry the medicine with me to spray. Before leaving, Manager Zhu Qiong was very enthusiastic and reminded me again. She was very attentive. After staying for two days, except for this little episode, I felt like I was at home. The lobby was very quiet. More importantly, the room was clean, the staff had a good service attitude, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. Among all kinds of unacceptable negative reviews of five-star hotels, I feel that I picked up a loophole. It would be even better if some improvements could be made to the mezzanine floor stairs or slippers."

"I was in a hurry to rest after checking in, so I didn't take any indoor photos. Because it was off-season, the hotel upgraded the room with a courtyard and sent flowers, which was very considerate. The drinks in the ice bar were good and free, and there were seasonal fruits and handmade cookies👍. The lady said she liked the toiletries and daily necessities very much😊The hotel has free midnight snacks and afternoon tea, and the housekeeper will send a message in advance to remind you🌹The hotel landscape is very good, and it is the best choice for girls to take photos and check in🤗There are freshly baked flower cakes for free when you check out. There is an outlet next to the hotel, with many restaurants, including Xuanwei Pig Killing Cuisine. I didn't find it on Dianping.com, I just came across it while wandering around. I recommend it, it has a wok flavor and is unique😍"

"The hotel is about 10km away from the city center. It’s located right across the road from the Dianchi Lake and very close (within walking distance) to major tourist attractions in Kunming. This is a relatively small hotel with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of delicious options. The hotel restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner and is open nonstop till late hours in the evening. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we ate at the hotel restaurant all the time during our three-day visit in Kunming. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, especially for leisure travelers who want to stay in a quiet area and be close to tourist attractions."

The hotel is clean. The room was spacious and tidy with all usual amenities.
Other than hotel dining room We only found one restaurant in walking distance.

"It was a happy day in Kunming. Check-in was smooth and the environment was very good. There was a billiard table at the front desk so you could play while waiting. Check-in was fast and the reception staff were very enthusiastic and positive. The manager, the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunt were all very satisfied. Any problems were solved in a timely manner. The children also had a great time in the hot springs. There were also bathrobes, slippers and toothbrushes for the children, which were quite well prepared. Very pleasant stay"

"The hotel is located on the bank of Dianchi Lake. The appearance of the villa and the overall decoration in black and white tones collide to show high-end and fashion. The moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the service full of ritual. When checking in, the staff brought hot water and Yunnan specialty flower cakes. All the processes were smooth and professional. The hotel exudes high-end atmosphere from inside to outside. I really love the fireplace decoration in the lobby and the room. It is beyond taking pictures! The room is equipped with Dyson hair dryers and electric toilets.. Every detail and hardware facilities can be seen to have made great efforts. The degree of care is full marks. Afternoon tea and breakfast can be enjoyed when you check in. I give full marks for the taste. The latte art is also very beautiful. By the way! There is also a free cocktail appreciation in the evening. You can drink while watching a movie. It is really comfortable~. When you leave the hotel, the staff will send you a souvenir. It contains Bulgari hand cream, which is very touching. It is just right for the winter. The stay experience is excellent. Everything is worth it. I strongly recommend it to everyone! ! !"

"A treasure homestay that I discovered by accident. It is located next to the Grand View Garden. The Grand View Park is the back garden. The window of the lake view room is simply a painting. You can also feed seagulls in the Grand View Park during the day (of course, it is not as spectacular as the Haigeng Dam). There are projects for children to play. There is also a lantern festival at night during the Spring Festival.
The room environment and facilities are super good, with a study, a sun room, and a small courtyard. It is also very comfortable to stay in the homestay.
This place is suitable for staying for a few more days, slowly seeing the scenery and taking a walk. The biggest regret this time is that the schedule is too rushed. Next time I come to Kunming, I must come and stay slowly again."

Ttravelbug123Great airport hotel. Awesome rooms, beautifully designed and have everything that you need and more ! I appreciate the free airport shuttle which operates every half an hour from 4am to 2pm. You do need to let the front desk know you need this service in advanced as seats on the car is limited. This service is very handy especially when I have elderly parents travelling with me. Great shout out to the driver who was very helpful with the luggage and he was friendly and polite. Reception had prepared packed breakfast for us which was very thoughtful, eggs, bread and milk, however our milk were all confiscated at the airport custom as we forgot we could not bring liquid across. This is something for guests to take note of and maybe the hotel can help remind guests about this. I have to highlight a few quirks of this place though that can hopefully improve the experience. There is a steep flight of stairs between the main road and the hotel building, it's a weird urban design if you ask me but this seems to be out of the hotel's control. That means if you have heavy luggages and elderly with waking issues to manage, this is problematic. Reception pointed to us a slop along the steep flight of stairs but is just as steep that is might as well not exist in the first place. We asked if reception has anyone to help, perhaps a porter or a young lad around but there was none. They were also not very helpful in suggesting alternatives ways of getting into the hotel. We realised ourselves much later there is a back door on ground level although it could mean a longer walk around to get to that. but it's better than not providing any suggestions. While I don't expect the ladies at the reception to help with the heavy luggages, I thought the management could have some protocols to help guests who have issues with the steep flight of stairways. In 21st century, it is important to consider inclusivity design of service offering to achieve a more international level of standards. Just a suggestion for management consideration. Overall, it's a good hotel with awesome hardware, but the service training could be better. The reception at the front is great at doing the standard basics but could do with some improvement of being a little more sympathetic to guests reaching out for support and help. I think this hotel has great potential to compete with other big international brand names with a little more service improvements. Ibis is just literally next door but I hope Chinese brands will thrive even more in the near future. I will keep a look out for this Chinese chain in the future when visiting China ! :)

WWiwiI had a great stay at Ji Hotel, conveniently located on Level 2 of the airport, with the departure hall on Level 3—perfect for transit or early flights. The hotel looks new and clean, giving off a fresh and modern feel.
The room was well-maintained, with a nice toilet, good amenities, and excellent water pressure with hot water—definitely a plus after a long journey. The bed sheets were smooth and comfortable, making for a restful sleep.
For the price, it’s definitely worth the money given the quality, comfort, and location. I’d love to stay here again on my next trip!

The staff are beyond friendly, kind and helpful. They really go out of their way to help (except for making an effort to contact the WiFi providers).
I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could do a lot of my business by having access to printing facilities within the Hotel. The swimming pool is quite nice and the staff member was really friendly, giving me a swimming cap when I didn't have. They brought me towels and water to drink.
The hotel robot is always a great convenience when it comes to deliveries as it brings the delivery to your room.
Breakfast is pretty good just like any top hotel.
I usually repeat my stays here.

LLidusGreat location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.

GGuest UserThe boss is very nice, the room is very clean, and he patiently answered all the questions he asked. Transportation and meals are convenient, and I recommend staying here. If you are traveling to Kunming and going to Kunming South Railway Station, I recommend it. It is definitely worth the money.
