This small guesthouse is run by a few foreigners. Honestly, aside from the convenience of the shopping street downstairs, it offers absolutely no value for money. The rooms are tiny and noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to think twice before booking...

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for 3 days! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The service was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, well-kept, and comfortable—cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. I felt right at home. What makes this place even better is the great value for money. It’s budget-friendly without compromising comfort or convenience. The location is perfect for tourists! It’s just a short walk to major attractions like the Avenue of Stars, Victoria Harbour, K11 MUSEA, Harbour City Mall, and the Hong Kong Space Museum. It’s also close to MTR stations, which makes getting around super easy. Plus, there’s a Filipino store right downstairs with familiar snacks and essentials—such a nice bonus for Filipino travelers! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hong Kong. I’ll definitely be back!

Good for all shops and restaurants

Let's start with the positives: It was really very clean! Absolutely spotless. The service was also good, especially the very friendly and welcoming young woman. The location was perfect as well. On the negative side: the building entrance was rather gloomy, as was the elevator we took and the building itself, but I knew that from reading previous reviews. The thing I didn't know, and which is confusing, is that there are NO WINDOWS. The website says "city view," but there's nothing like that. It was the first time in our lives, so we were very disappointed at first. Then we got used to it, especially since it was only for two nights and it was clean, smelled nice, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. In the end, we still had a good stay; it was, let's say, an experience worth having... FOR YOUR INFORMATION: You have to enter one of the halls of MIRADOR MANSION, then take any elevator to the 14th floor, and there you will see the VICTORIA INN logo.

The owners are a foreign couple who don't speak Chinese, making communication difficult. The room is very small, barely big enough for two beds, and the bathroom is also tiny. Soundproofing is poor. Electrical outlets require adapters.

Slums, filthy and chaotic, inaccurate ratings, false advertising

The room was larger than I expected, and the cleanliness was okay. The transportation near Tsim Sha Tsui is convenient, and it's close to Victoria Harbour, about a ten-minute walk away. You can take the Star Ferry to the Central Ferris Wheel in a few minutes, and then take the Sunset Roller Coaster back. The scenery along the way and the night view are beautiful!
