there is no lift to access from lobby to the room, we have to carry the luggage by staircase. good workout during trip! hah

Location is in quiet residential neighborhood. Quite a walking distance to metro. Bed is comfortable. No elevator so need to carry luggage bags up flight of stairs. Sound proofing not good, was woken by other guests talking early in the morning.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation making it easy to get around. All rooms are brightly lit and feature windows. Its proximity to Hongfangzi Hospital was particularly convenient. Highly recommended.

The room was clean but a little cramped. The front desk service was good. It was a bit of a walk from the subway station, but the surrounding area was nice. Overall, it was a pretty good stay!

This time, the room I stayed in wasn't as good as my last visit. It was a bit too cramped, and the cleanliness was just okay. The surrounding facilities are convenient, but the soundproofing is terrible; there was always someone talking loudly outside.

Absolutely fantastic! Superb value for money. The subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and it's also very close to popular attractions like The Bund. There are plenty of convenience stores and other amenities right downstairs. The room was a little on the compact side, but it was spotlessly clean. Other than that, I have no complaints! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The room location is convenient, not too far from the subway station, and shopping around is also easy. It's clean and hygienic, has smart devices, and the service attitude is great. I've stayed here several times now.

The room isn't huge, but as it just opened this year, the facilities are brand new. The smart home controls are very convenient, and the lighting is bright enough for studying or working. There's also a washing machine and dryer, making it perfect for stays of three days or more. My only minor complaint is that the TV doesn't support screen mirroring. Also, there's no elevator, which makes carrying luggage during check-in and check-out a bit inconvenient. The location is quite good too. It's about a kilometer from the subway station – an easy shared bike ride away. It's not too far from The Bund, and you can easily take the subway to Disneyland. All things considered, it offers excellent value for money.

The smart home features throughout the property were incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything felt brand new, with no overlooked spots. Its location is a major plus, being just a few minutes' walk from Ningguo Road Station (Metro Line 12, Exit 5), which made getting around incredibly easy. The front desk staff were also exceptionally warm and welcoming.

This is a newly opened hotel, and for the price in a city like Shanghai, the room was a truly pleasant surprise! It was fully equipped, the environment was comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and polite. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was clean and tidy when we arrived. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. On Day 2 and 3, there was construction/maintenance work in the room next door from morning until noon, and the noise was extremely loud and quite disturbing. Our room’s AC also leaked badly for two days. On Day 4, we were finally able to move to another room once one became available, but unfortunately the new room had a clogged bathroom drain, causing water to pool on the floor while showering. Overall, the service and hospitality from the staff were excellent, but the maintenance issues made our stay less comfortable. I hope the hotel can improve these facilities in the future.

It is a very new hotel in that residential area ! Very clean and practical for a family of 4! Don’t be misled by the address - Red House Hospital is quite a big distance away from the boutique hotel! There is a mini-mart just beside the hotel.  Lot of local eateries around 300-400m walk from the hotel. There is a nearby metro - 15min walk. Highly recommend to take metro than grab a cab. Hotel staff are super friendly! That place is very clean!!!
