Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang - Photo Gallery

We had a great stay at Capri by Fraser. The staff were approachable and friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

There is no connecting room, but given adjacent rooms. Room is clean. The fridge is not cold. AXN tv channel is lagging, not able to watch,. there are many varieties for breakfast. egg station, hot noodles station, comprehensive salad counter, hot food like dimsum, nasi lemak, chicken rendang, rice porridge with many condiments, croissants and bread. nyonya kueh, cereals. indian food like roti and curry. many local fruits like rambutan, salak, guava, longan, etc.

Good location between Pavilion and TRX. Window view, can see TRX. Though no sheltered walkway so a hassle when it rains. Room is spacious. Bathroom is big too. Breakfast average but appreciate effort to change the menu daily.

Around 8–10 minutes’ walk to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and The Exchange TRX, with plenty of local food nearby. Great if you enjoy walking.

The location in the city center is super convenient! The room is spacious and comfortable! Breakfast is just so-so, with limited options, and a bit expensive. The gym is large enough and has a great view. The pool is also quite good. The staff are very polite.

Enjoyed my second stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to TRX and Pavilion, with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The room was new, spacious and spotless. Do note that parking is chargeable so drivers should factor that into their stay. Overall, a good hotel and I would stay here again.

Great location! The service staff were very friendly when we got out of the car. Since we arrived too early, they kindly allowed us to check in early and store our luggage for free. We came back later to move our bags into the room after exploring. High floor with a nice view 😌. The air conditioning in the room was very comfortable! The environment was clean! The swimming pool upstairs is beautiful. The only minor downside is that the sofa was quite dirty. The bathroom is huge! The bed is also large and clean! My friends traveling with me loved it too! The breakfast and cocktails were also very high-end and delicious! The staff were friendly and welcoming! We were very happy 🙂. We still had some time before our flight, so we were able to store our luggage again at check-out 👍.

The room looks exactly like the pictures on the website. The service is excellent; most of the staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. The location is great, about a 5 to 10-minute walk to Pavilion or TRX. For breakfast, the dining area is too small and gets very crowded. Overall, the cleanliness is acceptable, but the bedsheets are not. It feels like the hotel is cutting costs excessively, not replacing old items even when they're worn out, or even replacing the bedsheets themselves.

Excellent location, very convenient for getting around quickly without traffic jams. Great value for money.
