Deposit of RM200 is required upon check in at level 40. Wide variety of breakfast and it’s superb good and located at level 40M. Highly recommended to book room with breakfast and it starts from as early as 6:30am Room is spacious and clean, with sofa and table Bed is comfortable and soft There is even a mini kitchen area with microwave, bowls, cutlery provided Washroom is big and spacious Amenities like bedroom slippers, toothbrush set are provided Do not only filtered water is available. If you mind, pls buy bottled water from nearby convenience stores Walking distance to malls I will definitely book capri again Thank you.

Stayed for one night at the Capri. Check-in was a breeze and quick. The room was large and sufficient, and amenities were all there. Only thing was the shower area had a damp smell. As I forgot to bring my charger for the phone, I called the reception to ask if they had any spares. And they advised me to use the alarm clock on the bed stand that comes with a wireless charger dock. However when I checked my room does not have said clock. And the reception took a short time but sent a clock to be installed quickly. The gym was roomy but equipment is standard for hotels. And I went to the pool too late and it was closed for the day. Check out was fast as well, no fuss.

Absolutely loved my stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang! The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The rooftop pool and gym offer stunning city views — a perfect spot to relax. Great location too, just a short walk to shopping and food spots. Truly a 5-star experience!

Really nice hotel, location is superb exactly heart of city centre, walking distance to pavilion and TRX Room is studio type which equiped with cooking utensil There is a dedication playing room and above it is gym

Fantastic hotel with very good service! They accommodated my request for a room on a higher floor and made effort to decorate for our wedding anniversary. They even provided us an anniversary cake!

I think the check in process could be speed up with more staffs. During the check in time, they only have 1 crew at the check in counter, another 2 was just standing there doing other things. Besides, there is no any welcoming vibe from the staff.  Upon check out, the staffs show impatience to other customers as well.  I think they need to bulk up on this, it’s a nice hotel, don’t ruin the reputation by its people.

Symon made my stay memorable he was so helpful and welcoming. He always made sure that he greets us with a smile and that is truly appreciated. Now for the sad part. The room looked clean but there are a couple of alarming details that I found. 1st 1 of the 2 AC vents wasn't working and when looked at it was full of dust I was sneezing the entire time I was I the room. The couch also looked stained and not cleaned. I attached a picture of the vent and you can see almost half of the vent was full of dust.

So far the best hotel experience, everything is so good, good service and delicious breakfast, recommended
