Absolutely wonderful stay – they truly care about their guests I stayed at PARK WINS for my first two nights in Kunming and was blown away by the service. Early check‑in & breakfast on day 1: Our red‑eye flight from Jakarta arrived very early in the morning. We were exhausted, but the front desk not only let us check in hours before the official time, they also allowed us to have breakfast right away. That simple kindness made a huge difference. The bed: Very comfortable hotel beds. Perfect after a long flight. Taobao delivery help: We had a package delivered to the hotel before we arrived, but there was an issue with the delivery. The staff went above and beyond to help us solve the Taobao problem, tracked everything down and helped us call the delivery guy. We were so grateful for their patience and professionalism. Location: not far from train station. Around 20-minute didi drive to Kunming old street Super fast responses: Every request we made – extra water, directions, travel tips – was answered within minutes.

An absolute gem in Kunming! Exceptional service and unbeatable value. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The hotel is stunningly beautiful and the value you get for the price is unbeatable. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast. Not only was it delicious but I loved that we could choose our own dining time. They even change up the menu on different days which was a lovely surprise! The entire property is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. A huge shoutout to Bao Helei, a male staff member who speaks excellent English. Communication was incredibly smooth and he was always there to help us with a big smile. The hotel also offers a fantastic laundry service. It was super fast ,done within 3 to 4 hours and everything came back beautifully and neatly folded. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. It’s right in the heart of all the attractions. At night, it’s incredibly convenient to just walk out to find minimarts and tons of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kunming. It made our trip unforgettable!

The hotel is of excellent quality. The rooms are clean, bright, and the facilities are new and fully functional. The staff are very friendly and pay great attention to detail. I arrived late at night, and the front desk lady was incredibly helpful; she even upgraded my room. The hotel's location is also fantastic, right opposite Daguan Park, where the lotus flowers were in full bloom and looked beautiful. If you walk further in, you can also see Dianchi Lake. On the day I checked out, the front desk lady noticed I hadn't had breakfast and even packed some for me to take away.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable – no strange odors or clutter. The front desk staff are incredibly gentle and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy. The room has great natural light and ventilation, the toiletries are fully stocked, and the soundproofing is good, so I had a really peaceful night's sleep. It's also conveniently located for getting around, and the price is very reasonable. I genuinely recommend staying here!

My partner and I came to Yunnan for our honeymoon during the off-peak season. The front desk lady added me on WeChat beforehand to ask about our preferences and any special requirements. The concierge even thoughtfully sent us directions to the hotel. I have to say, Kunming really has so much delicious food! It's our first time here, and it feels like we could spend several days just exploring this area. **Facilities:** The overall furnishings are quite tasteful. Although the decor and history of this place feel quite dated, you can tell a lot of effort went into it. All the furniture is made of rosewood, and it's clear that the design of the pavilions, terraces, and soft furnishings perfectly aligns with Chinese aesthetics. It's truly beautiful, as if every scene was specifically designed by a professional. There's a really, really large executive lounge that's perfect for photos – it feels more like an upscale business club. It's also great for families and friends! Every single staff member's service was truly exceptional. They enthusiastically greeted us every time they saw us 😄 It was a very, very satisfying experience!

The architectural design is very unique, and the surrounding area offers interesting routes for activities and exploration. I stayed here with my family and we had a great experience. The room was spacious, the amenities were complete, and thoughtful details were evident everywhere. The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. My whole family enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and I highly recommend it. The actual room matched the photos, so I didn't take any of my own.

I highly recommend this place! The hotel is located right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to Kunming Old Street and Manping Street. Plus, the room was surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. We booked a family room for our trip, and it was perfect for traveling with kids and seniors – everyone had their own space without bothering each other. The hygiene was excellent, really clean. There are tons of food options right outside the hotel, which was super convenient. And the free parking was a real bonus – definitely a great value!

I booked this hotel from Lijiang back to Kunming. The hotel is very small and has two floors. It may be the reason for the just opened, the hotel facilities are very new. The room has a newly renovated formaldehyde smell, and the front desk is very intimate to help take the luggage upstairs. Tucao 3: 1. The hotel reservation price includes breakfast, but there are few breakfast categories. It is difficult to eat who drinks orange juice and plum juice in the morning. Soy milk is not available. The taste is not delicious, 2. The room is small. The two suitcases in the big bed room are not open. 3. The designer of the shower room does not know where to invite talents. There is no place to hang clothes in the bath and the drainage is not good. What is the difference between taking a bath and standing in a puddle and taking a bath? The water still flows to the toilet, the shower has water, and the toilet also has water! If the design fee is not paid at the end, don't pay. Not ventilated, nothing else

It's a convenient 10-minute drive from the high-speed train station. The staff were very polite and well-trained, and they promptly attended to my family's needs. The room decor is more business-oriented, with a practical layout. The hotel entrance is right next to a subway station, and it's only four stops to Kunming Old Street. Stayed two nights at this Wanda hotel in Kunming and had a pleasant overall experience. Convenient location: roughly a 10-minute taxi ride from Kunming Railway Station. Adjacent to Wanda Shopping Mall with full dining, shopping and daily amenities; a newly opened large supermarket nearby with abundant goods, which we visited twice. Booking messages via the travel platform were initially replied to slowly, yet issues got resolved promptly after contacting the front office manager. The subsequent service was excellent. The hotel helped receive our parcels shipped via Taobao, letting us collect items before departing for Singapore. Staff at the executive lounge were warm and informative, with decent complimentary drinks and snacks available. Rooms are well-equipped, featuring a wet-dry separated bathroom and walk-in closet. Comfortable bedding plus a choice of pillow types further boosted our stay. Would recommend.
