This Chinese-style guesthouse completely exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat that's surprisingly easy to find with navigation. Turning the corner and stepping inside felt like entering a hidden gem. I was initially worried about finding it, but the host went above and beyond with both calls and messages to guide us – a truly thoughtful touch. The overall decor is authentic modern Chinese, with wooden furnishings and carefully designed courtyard landscaping evident in every detail. Every time we passed by, the front desk staff warmly greeted us, always polite and respectful. It really made us feel valued. Our room was incredibly quiet throughout our stay, with no noise disturbances at night. The room itself was spotless, and the mosquito control on the second floor was excellent. We could open the windows to soak in the atmosphere of the old city, and the comfortable Yunnan climate combined with the ancient architectural setting made for a truly delightful experience.

This hotel truly lives up to its high-quality reputation; my entire stay was perfectly comfortable. The whole room was meticulously clean, with no dust in the corners, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. Free bottled water was replenished as needed, a thoughtful touch. The laundry service was professional and detailed, effectively removing stains. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in was quick and efficient, and they patiently resolved any issues. The overall environment is upscale and elegant, providing a quiet and peaceful stay. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

This hotel is located near the old street, within walking distance! The service is excellent! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! The free breakfast was also delicious 😋, just like in the pictures. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Kunming!

I loved the place. The location is pretty convenient to get to all major attractions. There is also a relatively big 24/7 convenient store on the first floor and dome places to ear nearby. The room is spacious- I especially loved high ceilings. But the best thing is a tea-place with panorama windows- it is really lovely to have a rest at this place, overviewing the city and mountains. The service and breakfast are also quite nice. I enjoyed the cosmetics and tea offered by the hotel - really good staff. The cleaning service was very decent - daily refills of mini-bar and tea, throughly washing and vacuuming, towels change. I would really love to stay here the next time I visit Kunming

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a huge thumbs up! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt that meticulous care. The bedding in the room was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very thoughtfully designed. Add to that the staff's professional and prompt service, and it made this trip exceptionally relaxed and comfortable. It's definitely the top choice for both business trips and leisure getaways.

Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one's room decor and cleanliness are quite good. It's very clean, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. I have to say, the disposable slippers they provide are super soft, thick, and very comfortable! The wireless charger by the bed is a lifesaver for someone like me who forgot their charging cable and has to catch a high-speed train tomorrow. The only minor thing is you have to turn on the TV to connect to the WiFi. The front desk lady's service was also excellent! I really have to praise her. She answered all our questions and the restaurants she recommended were all fantastic – highly recommend!

The hotel is located on the 13th floor, with four elevators. The room has a large window with a nice view, very good room facilities, and hot water. The hotel is cost-effective and convenient for parking. Opposite the hotel is a large supermarket and a food street. The breakfast shop across the road from the hotel has great dumplings. Recommended.

I specifically booked the audio-visual room at Chian Hsi She Inn, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The projector offered clear picture quality, the sound system provided strong surround sound, and there was a wide selection of movies, allowing for an immersive cinematic experience without leaving the room. The room layout was well-designed, and the sofa was soft and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable for binge-watching shows. The entire room was spotless, and the audio-visual equipment was regularly maintained, running smoothly without any issues. Downstairs, the Nanya business district has plenty of food options, and snacks and drinks are just a short walk away. The location is convenient, with easy access to the subway and taxis. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requested items were quickly delivered to the room. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring that watching movies wouldn't disturb neighbors, and the mattress was very comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep after a film. This place is perfect for leisure vacations or small gatherings with friends. The value for money far exceeds similar apartment hotels. The projector is really clear – I definitely made the right choice!

Highly recommend! This hotel is super convenient with an excellent location right opposite Grand View Park. You don't even need a taxi to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Dian Lake, and it's perfect for a comfortable stroll. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was warm and attentive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. The room was quiet and peaceful, and getting around was a breeze. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting Kunming.
