Staying here was a total hit. The place looks amazing as it looks on the photos. The rooms are really spacious and the bedding are very comfortable with both soft and hard pillows. Communication with the staffs are very prompt and efficient via wechat. We're pampered with the Dyson hairdryer, Marshall speakers, and le labo bath amenities. Top notch service, staff are very helpful and the room price comes with good breakfast set, tea time, supper and 2 alcoholic drinks!! Not to mention free photography session which turns out great. The only downside is that the room is slightly dark and I can't do my make up properly. The gym and laundry area is in the same room and doesn't seems to be very properly maintained, which is ok since we'll be out and about most of the time. We're given a small local gift during check out too.. which was a pleasant surprise. We absolutely LOVED it here and will recommend it to any of our friends who will be visiting!!

A good option to stay in Guangzhou. A bit pricey, but you get a decent breakfast and the added plus of afternoon tea and supper. The only issue is that there are not enough hangers in the laundry room or the room itself, so they should provide more for guests who want to do the laundry.

Loved the heritage mix with modern deco, architect did a great job. Lots of character! All the snacks slotted in between brighten the experience. I like the location as it’s near to the old historical areas, can stroll towards xiguan and yongqingfang area.

Fall in love with this hotel from the first step into it. The staffs were kind and attentive. The style of the hotel is amazing, just as described in the photos. Will definitely come back again.

Had an amazing stay here. The renovation is really nice in the sense of high quality and well-maintained, instead of just looking classic and pretty. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Meilie Homestay and our stay was amazing. The people are very very helpful and friendly. Any question we had, they answered within in 2 minutes through WeChat. The room was very clean and roomy. A shower and bath separately, perfect for my elderly grandmother. The place smelled great! Everything was very aesthetic and pretty. The food was good as well. I was surprised everything was included in the price. We will definitely be back! I told all my friends and family about this place.

I love the place and it is like what described in the review. Everything was fine although we spent little times in hotel but it for sure like going back a cosy room every nights . We sure gonna be back again.

The environment was very stylish, and overall the experience was great with high cost-performance. The staff were all very friendly and responsive. The photographer was lovely, and the final photos turned out quite beautiful. The complimentary breakfast and late-night snack were tasty, quite light. I really liked the Lalebo toiletries and Marshall speaker in the room. The bedding was also very comfortable; I haven't slept so well in a long time. They even gave us a complimentary lion dance figurine and wife cake upon check-out. One small suggestion: the afternoon tea and complimentary room snacks could be of better quality.

Beautiful and comfortable room, tastefully decorated, perfect for photos. Located in the old town, in a historic building with a charming Xiguan style, it's worth taking the time to appreciate. The service was also excellent. Local afternoon tea selection: very precise. Late-night snack for two: delicious. 30-minute in-store photoshoot (includes 9 professionally edited photos): very thoughtful. Worth experiencing!
