Enjoyed my awesome stay in LANDISON HOTEL very much! This hotel has been the best experience of my Penang’s trip so far! I personally LOVE the cozy and clean room very much and the rainshower + high qualities of Towels are such a luxurious touch! I am very impressed with the room amenities that they provided to me (example : coffee machine, alarm clock, in-room slippers, several power socket available, digital weigh machine, tea/coffee maker, minibar etc). Also, the service of the staff is incredibly great, friendly and always willing to assist. Additionally, Landison Hotel Penang is ideally positioned at the center of George Twon, very convenient to visit shopping malls, wall street arts area or historical buildings. Surrounded by many eateries too! If anyone would like to seek for hospital treatment from doctors, Loh Guan Lye Hospital just 03 minutes walking distance from the Hotel. From Landison Hotel Penang, just only 06 mins by car to Gleneagles Hospital Penang and 10mins driving to Adventist Hospital. Few big chain’s pharmacy also available opposite/ next to the hotel. Public transport also very convenient, bus stop just at the opposite side (02 mins walk) and Grab car also very easy to reserve. Having time stay in Landison Hotel Penang should be one of my best memories in Penang, can't wait to visit again on my next vacation!

The hotel is currently under a run test, and the staff informed me during check-in that some amenities were not available. The room is spacious, which is a plus. Parking is mechanical, so keep that in mind if you’re driving. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement once fully operational.

Room are spacious but no TV in our room and feel abit weird but others are good.

New hotel, it's just soft opening, so there is no TV in the room yet, but they substitute with free minibar, Room is a bit smaller , air-conditioning is cold, only sometime water heater can't be hot But easy to go around macalister road

I flew from another state to Penang with a happy mood and enjoyed a short vacation. As soon as I got off the plane, I could smell the strong flavor of Penang’s food. These days I have tasted Penang’s delicious food and also experienced the feeling of going out to sea. What surprised me was that, upon recommendation from a friend, I chose to stay in a modern hotel that had just opened in Penang. As soon as we entered the hotel in my friend's car, we met a friendly security guard who showed us the entrance and exit. He also patiently explained to us some knowledge about the hotel's electronic garage so that we could better understand how to use it. The hotel lobby is on the second floor. It doesn't feel busy to me and looks very clean at first glance. The lobby also carefully prepared welcome drinks and some snacks for us. The front desk staff who helped us check in also explained some of the hotel's rules and regulations to us very professionally. Since the hotel is just opening, the front desk staff also gave us a small gift and a coupon. It is highly recommended to relatives and friends around you to stay here!

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main road of Everbright Center. Take Grab for RM6-8. Very convenient. New hotel, TV not installed yet, soft drinks free. The service staff is friendly. High cost performance.

From front desk check-in to room cleaning, every detail reflects the hotel's high standard of service. During your stay, any needs will be responded to quickly, which makes you feel at ease. The most important thing is that there is a 2025 Michelin recommended fried kway teow near the hotel, just 700 meters away. If you come here, you must try it. It is recommended to go there early or the queue will be very long.

There are supermarkets and shopping malls near the hotel, which makes it very convenient to go out shopping.

I recommend this hotel. The location is very good. The hotel is simple and elegant. The room is very warm, especially the cotton fabrics are very comfortable and the personality ratio is very high. The free tea in the lobby is also very good 😁. Because the hotel is newly opened, the facilities need to be improved, but the service is very good. I met his boss on the way, who turned out to be Chinese. He was very humorous and even upgraded my room for free. I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Penang.

It's a new hotel. The TV in the room hasn't been installed yet. The location is remote and you have to take a taxi to get around. Stayed for two nights. The water was not hot on the first night. I thought it was because the hot water was used up late at night. The next day it was still not hot, so I asked someone to repair it. The hot water was broken again after the electricity was turned on. The hotel changed the room overnight. The service was good.
