The room was lovely, spacious, and clean. The hotel even provided a washing machine, so no need to go to the laundromat. Loveeeee it!!

Facilities: All quite new. Hygiene: Surprisingly clean. Environment: Nice Christmas decorations. Service: Good, the front desk staff were warm and friendly. The twin room was small but the bedding was soft, making it easy to fall asleep! Overall, it was quiet with no noise, and the bathroom was clean!

The highlight of my experience for this hotel is their spacious bedroom suite, which was perfect for group or family up to 6 pax for a 3 bedroom suite. The suite was similar to a service apartment, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's customer service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere made it an ideal choice for our family's getaway. We appreciated the extra space and flexibility that the bedroom suite provided. Highly recommend for families and groups!

The hotel is within walkable distance to convenience stores and restaurants. The bedroom is rather small, you have to move the sofa chair to cover the bedside table in order to make space in the other side of the room to fit in a luggage. The TV doesn't have channels, you have to pay or log into your own youtube or TV subscriptions to view. You have to turn the shower heater 10 minutes beforehand for use, and there may be some dripping from the ceiling when the shower heater is on. But hot water was fine and not too bad. The most problematic matter was that during every morning and every evening, we could smell sewage though it was not coming directly from our bathroom, hope this issue can be fixed for future clients. The hotel is new, the decor is quite nice. The room was very clean and the view was nice. The staff was very polite and friendly.

I love that the hotel uses a lot of latest technology like a self park system, wireless charging phones and others. Will definitely come back for upcoming trip since it located in central town. It’s a newly opened hotel by a China owned company. Very affordable. Great for business travellers.

Room is clean but bit cramped for 2 adults. The toilet bidet is at a very awkward position to use. Shower pressure also not strong enough but better than no water. Overall, aside from those mentioned, its ok. They no longer have coffee capsule, changed to nescafe sachets. Due to limited space, their car park is like an elevated parking system. Its good but preferable to drive small car cuz it can get very cramped for big or broader cars.

Suitable for light travel for standard king size room. Room a bit small. Please bear in mind that parking lot is mechanical lift. There will be size limit for the car as picture stated.

I am staying at 2 bedroom and its amazing. The place is very new, clean and comfy. It looks like a show unit. The location is amazing its central so convenient. 2 minutes walks to a good chicken rice. The place is quiet and they have a nice pool. Too bad the gym and restaurant isnt open yet. They also provide free laundry room at the 15th floor, but you need to bring your own laundry detergent. The negative about this place i think is the aircon position in their bedroom. Its directly to the bed.

Highly recommended — I had a very comfortable stay here. Although the room is on the smaller side, the interior design is of high quality and thoughtfully done. As for the lift parking, while it’s slightly inconvenient, the wait time is short and overall it’s quite manageable.

The room is clean. Due to 'Jalan Sehala', drivers need to go one big round to our hotel. All the staff and security guards are helpful and friendly. If the hotel is worth five stars then the toilet is worth three stars, maybe the hotel is saving on water I guess 😅

Very nice and huge 3 room + 2 bathroom + kitchen + dinning hall + living hall hotel. Very luxury setup, very clean, very nice view from balcony. Only is no walking distance food stall.

i am traveling with my father and mother with a wheelchair, the hotel staff were very nice and kind to help my mum in wheelchair, the whole hotel is disable-friendly, everything is nice and clean with good facilities. very reccomended

Room was small but clean, cozy and comfortable. The only thing to note is that the room isn’t very soundproof — we could hear people passing by the corridor and doors closing loudly at midnight many times. Parking was challenging. Great location to nearby attractions and shops. Overall great 👍🏻
