Amazing
洪洁As a Marriott titanium bonvoy member, and members of several other hotel chains, I’ve stayed in many great hotels. I can say Park Hotel Tokyo is truly one of the best, comparable to Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton! It is not about how fancy everything is, but the art museum fill, the artist rooms, the stunning view of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower, the friendly service, and the convenience to transportations, hprovided us a truly lasting memory!! I wish there are more hotels like this!

MM227909****The hotel's location is fantastic. You can reach the Shinjuku Station New South Exit in just a few minutes from the second floor. The rooms on the higher floors offer great views, perfect for seeing the city lights twinkling at night. Plus, there's an Alexa smart assistant in the room that you can connect to via Bluetooth.

XXin Ying ShiThe hotel's location is superb! This is my third time staying here, and this time I was on the 24th floor. The room was spacious enough for four large suitcases and two carry-ons. The hotel's buffet breakfast on the 25th floor offers a wide variety of options. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient! It's just a 3-minute walk from Ariake Station on the Yurikamome Line. However, walking to Odaiba Gundam takes about 35 minutes, so it's best to take the Yurikamome Line there. The hotel's 6th floor is connected to the mall's 5th floor (the Sky Spa is right at the connection point), so you don't even need a coat to go for a meal (on the 5th floor) or shopping (there's a great fresh food supermarket on the 1st floor) – super comfortable!

YYu Ting PearlynA lovely hotel that I would stay at again. I booked the bunk bed, which my roommate and I felt really comfortable in. Staff were quite friendly and most understood/could speak English. It says self check-in on the booking page but there was someone present to help us through the check-in process. Note that there's an accommodation tax (900 yen per person) that needs to be paid on check-in. Since we stayed for more than five days, they did full housekeeping (changing bedsheets) for two out of the eight days. However, they also were able to provide fresh towels and clear trash daily (we just put their provided magnetic notice on the door and left the items at the entryway). Showers were small, but amazing. They provide a day's worth of toothpaste, a toothbrush, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, an electric kettle, a microwave, plates, utensils, cups, scissors, detergent, and two pairs of room slippers. There was an HDTV (with an HDMI port) that we directly connected to Netflix (no need to logout) as well. This hotel is about an 8 minute walk away from Ryogoku station and 11 mins from Asakusa station. If you have a really physical day or have hefty luggage, then this might feel a bit far, but the area generally feels safe, and you get to cross the bridge over the Sumida river to/from Asakusa, which is nice. Other things to note: There is one shared washing machine for the whole hotel that's free to use, and it takes about 2H per wash and tumble dry cycle. There was no quick wash setting. We had to do ours in the wee hours because other guests were quicker to use them in the ”prime” hours (7-9am and 8pm-12mn). A QR code and/or number code is used to unlock your door's digital lock. It's also used for checkout, so save the sheet of paper they issue. Otherwise, remember to take a picture as there's no service staff after a certain time and they will lock the doors to the entrance where the only way to get in is the issued code. Someone pressed the fire alarm accidentally one morning, which brought the fire department, ambulance and police to the hotel and the alert was deafening and heard neighbourhood-wide. Look carefully before you press/lean on a surface - there's no covering on the alarm button, but it is in the centre of a giant red circle. It was an eventful morning but we did not enjoy running down and climbing up 8-storeys worth of stairs (they shut the elevators in emergencies). Overall, a relaxing, cool vibe that feels clean and cozy.

OOngRayGreat location and excellent quality for a brand new hotel. However, there was one main design fault with the dual key units- the doors to the individual rooms could not be held open - all there was was one door wedge which didn't hold up well and we had to lay our luggage on the floor to keep the rooms opened. This is quite basic for dual key units catering to families. One door wedge for 2 rooms isnt the solution for a newly opened hotel in the 21st century. More importantly, I echo the esrlier reviews on the utter lack of hospitality displayed by the front desk staff. During check in, a male receptionist simply barked out instructions and didnt make us feel welcome at all. During self check out, the female receptionist simply didn't bother to make eye contact or say good bye. This is totally not befitting of Japanese hospitality.

AAnonymous UserEvery time I visit Tokyo, I stay at this hotel, and the service is consistently great. My only recurring comment, which I've made before, is about the breakfast. It hasn't changed in years, not even the layout. I really hope the hotel can improve this and start offering eggs, whether boiled or fried.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was a bit small, but that's acceptable for the price. The biggest issue was that the fridge barely cooled at all; it was more for show than for actual use.
