We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

Choosing the right accommodation truly elevated our Disney experience! The hotel's location is superb, making dining, entertainment, and transportation incredibly convenient. The room hygiene was impeccable; it was so clean and tidy that we felt completely relaxed. The front desk staff were attentive and reliable, making check-in a breeze, and they were proactive in resolving any requests we had. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland was a thoughtful touch, making transport hassle-free. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the toiletries were high-quality, offering a great user experience. We also enjoyed the free massage chairs in the lobby, along with freshly ground coffee and daily brewed plum juice available at all times. On a night we returned late from the park, our clothes hadn't dried, and a staff member thoughtfully offered to dry and fold them for us. This level of detailed service truly made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

I can understand why the hotel room is expensive, given its location. However, for the price paid, shouldn't guests expect a good living environment? The standard king room is on the 6th floor, while the deluxe king room is in the basement. The window looks out onto darkness, and the soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I tried to switch rooms, and they first apologized, then asked for an extra fee. I suggest the hotel staff try staying a night themselves to experience it. This morning, there was clanging outside my door before 6 AM and machinery rumbling outdoors. This negative review is genuinely for future bookers: DO NOT book the deluxe king room!

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

☀️Very good location & very international - a great stay in Shanghai☀️ 💚PROS + excellent location, close to nanjing road & very well connected by subway + rooms are kept clean & have lockers + a lot of showers & toilets, which are cleaned at least 4 times a day + great common rooms, with a bar, a big tv and lots of place to relax & socialize + a small gym attached & telephonerooms for more private calls ❤️🩹CONS - you have to make your bed yourself & you don’t get a towel - the sinks are all in a straight line & have no space to put your things - men & women are all spread over 2 floors - you can hear what people are doing in the hall & sometimes even other rooms, as the walls are too thin ⭐️even with these CONS in mind, i had a great stay & recommend this hostel. It has a very diverse crowd & offers enough for the price⭐️

I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the Oriental Pearl Tower and DeepSeek recommended it. For the Bund, where every inch of land is precious, the All Seasons Hotel offers great value for money and excellent service. I managed to capture the city lights coming on at 7 PM (just a ten-minute walk away). I slept soundly on a quiet, rainy night and felt like I was woken up by a bird on the windowsill. Just a small suggestion: it would be perfect if the elevator and hallway carpets (or their removal) could be updated. I also really appreciate the little sign in picture two – 'bravely say no,' thumbs up!

I specifically came to Shanghai for a concert by Teens in Times and chose this hotel, and my overall experience was incredibly satisfying. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they responded quickly to any questions. They were very accommodating to fans traveling for events. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest after the concert and recover from a full day's fatigue. The hotel's 1-yuan-per-item laundry service was very practical, greatly reducing luggage burden for my trip. There's a parking lot at the entrance, making parking convenient, and plenty of restaurants nearby offering a wide variety of dining options. The overall value for money is excellent, and it's very convenient for travel, whether you're attending a show or just staying for a short trip. My stay exceeded expectations, and if I come back for another performance, I'll prioritize staying here again. I also recommend it to other concert-goers!

The hotel is quite new and conveniently located right on Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street, with a shopping mall downstairs and close proximity to the subway station. The hotel service was excellent; they even upgraded me to a family room free of charge. The room facilities are quite smart, with a smart assistant to help out. Plus, there's a 24-hour self-service laundry room, and what's really great is that you can check the status of the washer and dryer on the TV in your room, so you don't have to wait around in the laundry room.
