GGuest UserThe hotel was really clean, and the service was excellent. They even gave us a free upgrade, so we ended up staying for several days straight. It was fantastic! The main thing is the great value for money. We'll definitely be back.

HHuifeidejinyuerThe B&B has adorable little bunnies you can feed, and in the evening, we sat in the courtyard chatting and even saw the Disneyland fireworks! 🎆 The Chinese breakfast spread was quite generous, and they even had freshly ground coffee ☕️. The surroundings are peaceful, and they offer shuttle service to Disneyland. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we'll definitely be back this summer.

AAnonymous UserI always stay at Ji Hotel, and this time on my trip south from Hangzhou to Shanghai, I stayed at Ji Hotel all the way. The newly renovated hotel is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast selection is quite rich, with an auntie freshly preparing wontons and noodles. Coffee, yogurt, milk, soy milk, fruits, fried rice, stir-fried dishes, siomai, xiaolongbao, steamed buns, tofu pudding, sausages – it's perfect for a brunch. There's plenty of seating in the restaurant, so no need to worry about not finding a spot.
Since my flight was in the evening, I specifically asked the front desk if I could check out later, and they gladly agreed. Depending on room availability, the latest I could check out was 2 PM. 👍🏻
Finally, a big shout-out to the location! Right next to Xujiahui Park and commercial areas like Metro City, it offers both tranquility and vibrancy. The hotel's location is a great spot that's quiet yet close to all the action.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Chuxin Moshe completely exceeded our expectations. The room was simple, clean, and well-lit, with practical and complete amenities. The shuttle service to and from Disney was a huge convenience. I particularly want to commend the service; after checking out, I realized my child's item was left behind. The hotel promptly notified me and proactively helped package and mail it. Their attention to detail, reliability, and genuine kindness made our family trip very reassuring. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

DDayanjingzhendemengI booked this room in advance for the high school entrance exam. The service was excellent, every staff member was smiling. The room's cleanliness was average, with some small flying insects, but that might be due to the plum rain season. Breakfast was very standard; it had everything you needed to fill up, but it wasn't particularly good. The gym and laundry room are combined, a small space but with all the essentials. The hotel is surrounded by an old residential area with lots of food options, which is very convenient.
KKlara MinzakoThe hostel was in the BEST location, just a 1 min walk to Nanjing Road. There were coffee shops and convenience stores next door so that also comes in handy. The staff were friendly but didn’t give much information when I checked in, just gave me my card and then left me to figure out everything else. The dorm room was nice (I stayed in a 4 bed female), there was enough space for luggage, good AC. The mattress is a little thin so could be uncomfortable at times. The bathrooms were relatively clean, a lot of the times there was wet tissue and hair in sinks which made it unpleasant, but usually around midday when everyone is out and it has been cleaned the bathrooms were fine. Laundry is ok, lots of washing machines but no dryer. You have to hang your clothes up in this room that is FULL of other clothes.
I say all of this but the price for the stay in Shanghai is unbeatable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the West Coast International Exhibition Center, about a ten-minute taxi ride. I stayed here for four nights during my business trip for an exhibition. I wanted to switch to a room with a window halfway through my stay, and they smoothly accommodated the change. The cleanliness was also good.

GGuest UserChoosing this hotel for my trip turned out to be an excellent decision; my overall experience far exceeded expectations. The quality of the linen was truly commendable. The entire bedding set was spotless and looked brand new, feeling smooth and comfortable to the touch, with meticulous craftsmanship. All the towels were clean, thick, and neatly arranged, reflecting strict hygiene standards. It's clear the hotel prioritizes the upkeep and replacement of their linen, showing great attention to detail. The superb bedding significantly enhanced my sleep quality. The room itself was quiet and elegant, fully equipped, and the staff provided warm and attentive service. It's perfect for either a short business trip or a leisurely stay, offering a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout. Everything was top-notch, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect! Near main attractions and subway station.
The staff does not speak English, but my wife knows a little Chinese so we managed any issues we had. Helpful guys, provided us with anything we asked.
Service desk 24/7.
DO NOT agree to stay in rooms on the first floor under any conditions!!! We booked a room with a small window, but it has no sense. You open it and it’s very noisy because of dozens of air conditioners nearby. Smoke smell. Secondly, air conditioner itself smelt of dampness and mold. Spider net above the bed… And the last thing - broken sockets. We got working only 1 of 3…
Decided to upgrade the room to a big one on the 6th floor, upgrade cost only 1200 RMB for 4 nights. And it got much better. Did not take pictures of the room, but it was bigger, cleaner and fresher.
Soundproof 2/5. Cleaning service 5/5, change towels every day.
Pay attention to breakfast options when you book!! There is some weird nonsense, if you live together you might have prepaid breakfasts only for 1 person!!! Then you pay extra and get voucher to eat. But it’s weird anyway.
The breakfast itself is acceptable to get it going till lunch. Fried eggs are frequently overcooked, salad is not fresh 👎🏻
Dumplings and noodles are one contrary very tasty.
Overall, the stay was fine, but definitely far from perfect.

Good
GGuest UserI stayed here for 4 nights and had both good and bad experiences.
The good points were the cleanliness of the room, the housekeeping staff did their job very well, and the location is very good.
However, below are the bad experiences I faced:
- I chose Ji Hotel because many reviews mentioned that there was no cigarette smoke smell. However, since the first day, the smell of cigarettes was all over the corridor. The worst thing is was that the cigarette smell somehow came through into my room (may be throug the air conditioning) making me unable to stay without a mask during days 4 and 5.
- There was a drilling sound, like construction work, that woke me up almost every morning (since 7:43 AM!).
- Dust flew down from something that looked like a ventilation outlet (see the photo) and settled over my stuff every day.
