I stayed at Moyu Movie Hotel Shanghai for 7 nights, and I had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They even accepted my Taobao packages, which made my stay much more convenient.
The housekeeping service was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day without me having to request it. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I especially loved the modern automatic toilet, and the shampoo and body wash smelled wonderful.
Another great feature was the free self-service laundry, and they even provided free laundry detergent, which was a huge bonus for a longer stay.
The location is also very convenient. The hotel is close to the MRT station, making it easy to get around Shanghai. It is also only about a 15-minute walk to the LV The Place (LV Ship), which is a great spot to visit.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose Moyu Movie Hotel Shanghai again when I visit Shanghai. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay.

Anonymous UserChoosing the right accommodation truly elevated our Disney experience! The hotel's location is superb, making dining, entertainment, and transportation incredibly convenient. The room hygiene was impeccable; it was so clean and tidy that we felt completely relaxed. The front desk staff were attentive and reliable, making check-in a breeze, and they were proactive in resolving any requests we had. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland was a thoughtful touch, making transport hassle-free. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the toiletries were high-quality, offering a great user experience. We also enjoyed the free massage chairs in the lobby, along with freshly ground coffee and daily brewed plum juice available at all times. On a night we returned late from the park, our clothes hadn't dried, and a staff member thoughtfully offered to dry and fold them for us. This level of detailed service truly made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try.
I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card.
Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue.
As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

Guest UserI can understand why the hotel room is expensive, given its location. However, for the price paid, shouldn't guests expect a good living environment? The standard king room is on the 6th floor, while the deluxe king room is in the basement. The window looks out onto darkness, and the soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I tried to switch rooms, and they first apologized, then asked for an extra fee. I suggest the hotel staff try staying a night themselves to experience it. This morning, there was clanging outside my door before 6 AM and machinery rumbling outdoors. This negative review is genuinely for future bookers: DO NOT book the deluxe king room!

This hotel, located at 555 Fuzhou Road in Huangpu District, is an excellent base for exploring Shanghai. It's within walking distance of The Bund and Nanjing Road, yet it cleverly avoids the crowds, offering a quiet haven amidst the bustle. Beyond its prime location, the service is equally impressive – the front desk staff are polite, professional, and genuinely warm. The diverse international guests frequently seen in the lobby not only attest to the hotel's popularity but also create a unique global atmosphere. Whether you're seeking to experience Old Shanghai charm or feel the pulse of the modern city, this is an ideal and stylish place to stay, offering both comfort and character.

Guest UserI stayed here for one night on a business trip to Shanghai's West Bund and my overall experience far exceeded expectations. The hotel is right next to Xuhui Riverside and the West Bund Art Center, which made commuting for meetings incredibly convenient. I could even walk to the riverside promenade for a relaxing stroll after work. The entire hotel has a newly renovated Zen-inspired style, with quiet and elegant public areas. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and thick, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep even after working late. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and polite. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with the noodle dishes being particularly delicious. They also have a washer-dryer combo and a gym, covering all the essential amenities for business travelers. This is definitely my top choice for business trips, and I'll rebook here whenever I'm in the West Bund area again.

CuCCEry 3301Pretty good! The hygiene is excellent, and the service is warm and friendly. The environment is clean, and the facilities are relatively new. Breakfast offers a good variety. You need to book the shuttle service in advance, but communication with the front desk was smooth. The room facilities are well-equipped. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the Oriental Pearl Tower and DeepSeek recommended it. For the Bund, where every inch of land is precious, the All Seasons Hotel offers great value for money and excellent service. I managed to capture the city lights coming on at 7 PM (just a ten-minute walk away). I slept soundly on a quiet, rainy night and felt like I was woken up by a bird on the windowsill. Just a small suggestion: it would be perfect if the elevator and hallway carpets (or their removal) could be updated. I also really appreciate the little sign in picture two – 'bravely say no,' thumbs up!

Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. I compared several hotels before choosing this one, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out very efficiently. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, which made for a great service experience. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, fresh and odor-free inside, with soft and comfortable bedding – perfect for a good rest after a busy day.
The hotel's 'one item for one yuan' laundry service was incredibly practical. It was great to be able to wash all the accumulated dirty clothes from my trip here. The price was affordable, and it was easy to use, significantly lightening my travel load. The hotel also has a large parking lot, making it very convenient for guests traveling by car.
The hotel is surrounded by a wealth of amenities. Various restaurants and convenience stores are all close by, offering plenty of dining and shopping options, and transportation is also quite convenient. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was stable, so I had no issues streaming videos or working.
Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. The entire experience was pleasant and stress-free. I'll definitely prioritize booking this hotel again when I return to the area and will recommend it to friends and family who are traveling.

Anonymous UserGood location, near metro, like that can do taobao shipping but we can go find our parcel ourselves in storeroom(some hotel staff will help to find for u). Very busy hotel. Since they R so busy they will call to remind U in morning to check out before 12pm. They have a lot of ppl wishing to enter before 12pm , since they keep having ppl calling to ask if can check in earlier during our check out. 😅 Can see they r so busy everyday so many luggage at waiting area after check out.
Very small size room but workable space for two small luggage. If U have many or very big suitcase then it may be very cramped.
Went to Shanghai to celebrate anniversary but other hotels we stayed gave us better hospitality. I will skip breakfast as it was average. If not fuss and want convenience of location, U can consider this hotel.
