"The hotel's location is quite close to Golden Beach, about a ten-minute walk, making it very convenient for catching the sunrise in the morning. The room facilities show their age a bit, and the cleanliness doesn't hold up to close inspection, but overall it's not bad. The family room is spacious and comes with an induction hob; pots and pans can also be provided (request in advance during holidays). The large balcony in the sea-view room is very comfortable, though the sea view itself is just average. However! The service was truly excellent. Everyone had a superb attitude. Traveling with my parents involved many little things, and the staff patiently helped us resolve them all. My mother couldn't stop praising them. Overall, it's very suitable for family travel. Those who are very particular about cleanliness might find it falls short, but the service is genuinely wonderful."

"It's a little far to walk from the subway station (but not too far), and the accommodation price is still very reasonable! A great stay! The experience was good, and it's very close to Golden Beach, making it convenient for swimming and watching the sunrise. There are many seafood shops within 300 meters (there's even a Tsingtao Beer direct-sale store across the street), so eating is quite convenient. The manager's service was also very warm and welcoming. Staying in such a guesthouse and playing with good friends until late is a lot of fun. The manager is incredibly kind and enthusiastic; I'll definitely stay here again."

"Traveling with my child during the summer vacation, I deliberated for a long time between the St. Regis, MGM, and Haitang Hotel, and ultimately chose Haitang. It turns out I made the right choice. The hotel is very new, and apart from the slightly small rooms, I was quite satisfied with everything else, and it was very clean. The location is also excellent; the side sea view room initially felt a bit misleading, but every afternoon while lounging on the sofa, I had a full panoramic sea view. I'm not sure if it's due to the season or the hotel's overall good climate control, but the humidity felt just right, so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. The service was even more outstanding, from check-in to final departure, the entire experience was great, and they were very accommodating. The most important thing to highlight is that their breakfast was truly delicious; you could tell a lot of effort went into it, and the restaurant on the third floor was also very tasty. Plus, they offered complimentary afternoon tea and a sightseeing tour of 'Sea and Sky' (海上云天), so the value for money was actually quite good."

From there, we got a fantastic view of the red roofs and green trees, and it wasn't crowded at all. She also gave us some useful tips for getting around by taxi. Our room was clean and bright, with plenty of outlets, which was super convenient for charging our cameras and phones. The breakfast selection was rich and balanced, with a good mix of meat and vegetables. The hotel's location is great for transportation; it's easy to get to various attractions by subway or taxi. The hotel environment is quiet, so after a day of sightseeing, we could fully relax. Molly was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions. It felt really reassuring and comfortable for our family trip."

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast was the most abundant I've ever had. The front desk offers free Pike beer and the hop tea, which I absolutely loved. The discounted beer spa massage is also worth trying; it was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Aside from the inconvenience of getting to Qingdao city attractions, as Didi (ride-hailing) also charges a 10 RMB toll, everything else was fantastic."
