Staying at the Qingdao Hyatt Regency International Apartment this summer was an excellent experience. The location is superb, conveniently close to May Fourth Square for easy access to transport. The one-bedroom suite was comfortably laid out and spacious, and the housekeeping was meticulous, leaving the entire apartment clean and refreshing. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the high-floor sea view was breathtaking. The amenities were comprehensive, and the service was thoughtful and attentive, showcasing humanistic care throughout. It was a thoroughly comfortable and pleasant stay, truly feeling like a home away from home.

The service here is exceptionally good, and it's a great value for money! The location is easy to find, and the front desk lady has a very sweet smile. The hygiene is meticulously maintained. The service was excellent, except for the delivery robot – there was only one, and it only had one compartment for food, so it got a bit slow when many people ordered takeout. Overall, I was very satisfied; there was no smoke smell, the air conditioning was cool without any odd odors, and the soundproofing was good too 👌

Facilities: Renovated in the last two years, with a smart toilet and smart mirror; overall good. Cleanliness: Stayed 9 nights, and proactively contacted the front desk about a week later to have the room cleaned because there was a lot of hair on the floor, and even after cleaning, there was still hair left. The shower drain was faulty; I had to clean the hair from the drain myself throughout my stay, as the cleaning staff wouldn't address it. Service: My child asked the front desk for two bottles of mineral water, and they said it cost two yuan each! It's normal to ask for bottled water during a stay at a chain hotel, and they usually refill it when it's empty. Environment: The environment is undeniably nice, with comfortable twin beds and bright rooms with windows. It's near the Fuliao Overpass, so it's very noisy, and the room's soundproofing is poor.

This is the perfect place to stay if you love shopping malls! The transportation is convenient. Exit A2 of Wusi Square Station, turn left, walk for five minutes, and you'll see Yuexi Apartments on your right. The front desk is on the first floor for check-in. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven and a Luckin Coffee, and a few restaurants further up the street. I'm giving it five stars mainly because the price is acceptable, and the staff at the front desk was friendly and polite. The in-room amenities aren't perfect; I recommend reading other reviews as many people have already pointed out key issues. However, these seem to be building-wide problems (like dimly lit corridors to save energy, slow elevators, etc.). Although the room I stayed in didn't have a stunning view (it wasn't a sea view room and was blocked by the building in front), the bed and pillows were very comfortable for all three nights, and housekeeping cleaned daily. For your first check-in, it's easier to enter from the first floor. Once you have your room card, you can access Yuexi Apartments from the 6th-floor Sky City Garden, which connects directly to MIXC Mall. The in-room washer and dryer are very convenient, and they provide a small packet of laundry detergent daily. The refrigerator is large and cold enough! I suggest adding a plate or two and some utensils to the kitchen, which would make it even more convenient for guests.

I'm very particular about bedding and pillows, and this hotel's mattress was just right (not too soft, not too hard), and the pillows were comfortable. I had a peaceful and sound sleep all night, waking up without any neck stiffness or soreness. It was truly a restful experience. The hygiene details were very thoughtful, with disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers provided, which was incredibly considerate. My child drinks a lot of water and goes through it quickly, so I asked the housekeeping auntie for extra drinking water and tissues, and she promptly replenished them. The service was attentive and thoughtful. The free self-service laundry room was the biggest bonus this time! The washing machines and dryers were spotless inside, completely free of grime or odors. It made doing laundry while traveling feel very reassuring. During peak laundry times in the evening, it can get a bit crowded, but in the mornings, the aunties clean and organize everything promptly. The equipment is well-maintained, which is essential when traveling with kids who need frequent clothing changes – this amenity is incredibly practical. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, and the staff are responsive. It's very suitable for staying with children. A small suggestion: the ventilation in the shower and restroom isn't great, and there can be some odors. I hope they can improve the ventilation in the future. Once that's perfected, it would be nearly flawless! We would definitely consider staying here again for our next trip.

I only stayed one night in Qingdao, so I just randomly booked a hotel near the subway station. It exceeded my expectations; I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is newly opened and quite large. We booked a family room, which was spacious and fully equipped with smart technology. The location is excellent; you can see the hotel right from Shuangshan subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. It's close to CapitaMall and only a few stops from May Fourth Square, making shopping and dining very easy. The hotel service was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful, and the nights were quiet. I highly recommend it.
