"This sea-view room for just over 200 yuan was a great deal! The view was surprisingly good, you really could see the ocean from the room, and the floor level was just right. The room was small but the cleanliness was decent. The best parts were the amazing view and convenient transportation. It's just a few minutes' walk to Fushan Bay and May Fourth Square subway stations. The beach is also only a few minutes away on foot, and the Olympic Sailing Center and Lover's Dam are very close. In the evenings, there are performances and a light show, and Lover's Dam has a charming street with plenty of food options – you can walk right past it to get to the hotel."

"This Dragon Boat Festival, I brought my family to Qingdao for a trip, and the hotel we stayed at was quite satisfactory. The room had central air conditioning, a refrigerator, a washing machine (with a dryer), and even a kitchen where we could cook. We bought seafood from a nearby farmers' market and borrowed pots and pans from the hotel to enjoy a delicious seafood feast. Food delivery was very convenient; the delivery person would drop it off downstairs, and a robot would bring it to our hotel door a few minutes later. The kids loved this novel experience and had a blast.
When traveling with young children, comfort is key. Most hotels only offer a bedroom and a bathroom, but the rooms at Haiyi Hotel were spacious and made for a very comfortable stay."

"Stayed at the Qingdao Yihai Garden Hotel, May Fourth Square branch, on June 6th. I booked a two-night stay in a deluxe king room via the Trip.com app. Upon check-in, I was lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a king room with a sea view. Many thanks to the gentleman who handled my check-in.
**Location**: Just a few minutes' walk from May Fourth Square and right next to MixC shopping mall. A bus stop is only 3 minutes away from the entrance. Very convenient for getting around and dining.
**Room**: The hygiene was excellent, and they provided welcome cookies and drinks. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing was a little lacking. However, considering the cleanliness, service, and location, this is a negligible issue.
**Breakfast**: There was a wide variety of options, probably enough to satisfy everyone's taste. Personally, I found it quite delicious.
I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao."

"I chose this hotel for my short trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most were the cleanliness and the attentive service. The lobby was sparkling clean the moment I walked in; the seating area was neatly arranged, there was no dust in the corners, and the greenery was lush and well-maintained. The whole environment felt fresh and elegant, with no stuffy odors. The guest room was even more of a pleasant surprise; the entire room was meticulously cleaned. "This is a very new hotel with spacious, spotless rooms. The air conditioning is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, and everything feels clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Taidong Pedestrian Street, with a 7-Eleven and HEYTEA conveniently located nearby.
The staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We had made three separate bookings and requested rooms on the same floor. They did their best to accommodate our request and even upgraded our rooms, which we really appreciated.
We also asked for an early check-in, and the staff made every effort to arrange it for us. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices.
After we checked out, we accidentally left some belongings in the room. The staff kindly found them and placed them in the luggage we had left with the hotel. Their honesty and attention to detail were truly impressive.
If I visit Qingdao again, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Beier Hotel, which is the tall building behind Westin Qingdao and just above May Fourth Metro Station Exit E. The serviced apartment I booked came with 2 double beds and a washing machine cum dryer. However, the decor and furniture were a bit dated, and the central air-con was set with moderate cool air and was switched off at night. This is a common feature in newer high-rise buildings in Qingdao because the weather is cold at night with a small window open. Full air-con is switched on for the whole building during summer. I requested for 2 standing fans during the booking but they provided 1 standing fan which took a long time to start and worked for the first night only
Staff is professional and friendly and would do their best to meet our needs.
Best guotie about 300m from this serviced apartment for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The location is superb, close to the subway and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room cleanliness was meticulous, even in the corners, and the amenities were high quality. The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful, without being overbearing. The hardware, environment, dining, and service were all impeccable. This hotel is now my top choice!

66161-SevenTraveling with kids, our last stop in the city led us to this hotel, chosen based on reviews. We stayed for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service, in particular, was very thoughtful; we had transfers arranged throughout our stay, and someone proactively offered water and guidance with a smile in the lobby.
1. **Transportation**: The hotel is about 1 kilometer from the subway, which isn't ideal, but they offer shuttle services if you book in advance. On the flip side, it's very close to many popular attractions. A taxi ride usually takes about ten minutes and costs around ten yuan. I found using Didi (ride-hailing app) to be very convenient.
2. **Ambiance**: The hotel environment is also quite nice, with its own small garden and a pool. There's also a children's play area on the ground floor, most of which is free. However, we didn't get to use any of it as we were too pressed for time and had too much sightseeing to do. Our room was generally neat and clean. Although the decor is a bit older, it still felt quite tasteful. We received complimentary fruit and drinks, which were a nice touch. My package included several other amenities like photography and sauna access, but we didn't use them either.
3. **Dining**: The hotel has its own restaurant, so you can dine there or order takeout. Do note that there's a service charge at the restaurant. Breakfast was pretty standard; I was hoping for some seafood options, given it's a coastal city, but there weren't any.
4. **Service**: The soundproofing in the rooms might not be the best, possibly due to the age of the building. Under normal circumstances, it would probably be fine. However, we had the misfortune of having a crying child next door who would wail for 30 minutes to an hour at 5:30 AM and 10:30 PM. We eventually complained to the front desk, and after the manager intervened, it quieted down. So, sometimes, travel experiences also depend on luck.
5. **Feedback**: On our way back, we received a follow-up call from the hotel. Overall, we were quite satisfied. The service, cleanliness, and responsiveness were all good. I hope to visit again during the off-season, when I anticipate better room availability, as it seemed almost fully booked this time. Also, the sea-view rooms are lovely, but unfortunately, it was foggy during our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy much of the view – quite a shame!

The dazzling night view is visible right from downstairs. It's also relatively quiet, and about a 25-30 minute drive to Qingdao Station if there's no traffic.
Facilities: The room is spacious enough for a family of 3-4, and the view outside the window is great – what you see is what you get.
Cleanliness: Pretty good. I stayed for 4 days, and the room was cleaned and tidied daily according to my requests, which was comfortable.
Service: Before check-in, a concierge contacted me on WeChat, providing proactive and enthusiastic service. They even offered fresh fruit upon arrival.
Breakfast: Available from 7:00-10:00. The taste was decent, mostly Chinese food, but the selection was limited and there was no coffee. The restaurant environment was average, a bit dim and dated.
You don't need a key card to enter the elevator, and delivery drivers can come upstairs, which has its pros and cons. The hotel's overall decor feels a bit old-fashioned and dim, showing its age.
Overall, it's still a good option, especially suitable for family travel.

GGuest UserChoosing this place was such a smart move, I didn't expect such great value for money during the summer holiday! The price was fair, especially considering how prime the location is around May Fourth Square, and they didn't overcharge. It's super convenient for transport, just a 5-minute walk from Fushanso Station. The room was clean and well-maintained, feeling quite new with no signs of wear.
I highly recommend their breakfast. While it might not be as extensive as a large five-star hotel, the taste was surprisingly good, and they offered new varieties every day. I always found something delicious! I particularly recommend their butter – it's incredibly rich and fragrant! The corn porridge had a creamy taste, and the roujiamo (meat burger) and stir-fried noodles were also very tasty, even foreigners were enjoying them. The oden was quite good too. I could eat four slices of toast with that butter in the morning, as shown in the picture!
Overall, highly recommended! 👍

GGuest UserThis was my first time choosing an Atour Hotel, and I was a bit worried after seeing many reviews online mentioning this particular one was old. However, after checking in, I found it perfectly acceptable – not as old as I imagined. There were some minor signs of wear and tear in the decor, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.
The hotel is right outside the Yan'an 3rd Road Metro Station exit, just a couple of steps away. Next door, there's a 7-11, Youke, and Luckin Coffee, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk had several young staff members, all very friendly, and they offered parcel collection services.
I booked a Jǐmù twin room, which was very spacious. There was a large area in front of the sofa, enough to open three large suitcases with plenty of room to move around. My only minor complaint would be that the room only had one small table and one chair, making it difficult to set out multiple takeout meals or dine together comfortably. They restocked four bottles of mineral water, two bottles of their brand's tea, and one Coke every day, which I really appreciated because the tea was delicious.
Room hygiene was decent, although the toilet was a bit old with some marks, and the toilet seat had lost its soft-close function, often slamming shut with a bang. However, these were all acceptable. For us, the price matched the quality. The only real inconvenience in the room was that the bathroom and toilet shared a single sliding door. This meant that when you closed the bathroom, the toilet was open, and vice versa. If someone was using the toilet, no one else could shower simultaneously because there was no separate door to close. This was not ideal when staying with a friend. Furthermore, this door couldn't be locked from the inside, so we were constantly on edge when showering or using the toilet, fearing someone might carelessly open it.
The cleaning auntie had a great attitude. The only issue was on the third day when we returned to find the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned (only dirty towels and trash were removed), and our used bath towels weren't replaced with clean ones (later, the cleaning auntie told me she wasn't working that day, so it was likely an oversight by the substitute). After she found out, the room was cleaned meticulously every day afterward, and she always provided a sufficient number of fresh bath towels and hand towels.
We requested a crib. During our 7-night stay, one night, my child's diaper leaked and stained the crib bedding and sheet. We informed the front desk, and they promptly replaced the entire set of crib bedding, which was very satisfying.
Breakfast at the hotel was abundant with a wide variety of choices and very delicious. The shrimp, in particular, was large and fresh, and the braised duck wings and feet were also excellent. They had freshly cooked noodles, as well as freshly fried eggs and dumplings. The only minor negative was that the staff member clearing tables had a somewhat brusque attitude and loud movements.
These minor shortcomings are negligible, and I would still highly recommend staying here. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. In fact, because of this positive experience, I will prioritize Atour Hotels when traveling to other cities in the future. A special thanks to the front desk lady who assisted me on my check-in day!

Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy overall.
Environment: The overall decor is great. There's also a free underground parking garage, making entry and exit very convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's easy to order takeout.

The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from the metro station, making getting around a breeze. Plus, there's a bustling food street right across the road.
