"Booked a two-bedroom ocean view suite for my family. Waking up to the sea view every day was fantastic. It's a two-bedroom, one-living room suite with three bathrooms, meaning each bedroom has its own private bathroom for ultimate privacy. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and MixC shopping mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient. In the evenings, ordering late-night snacks was a breeze, with a delivery robot bringing them right to our room. The hotel is situated in the heart of Shinan District, surrounded by numerous attractions like Badaguan, the coastline, Olympic Sailing Center, Yanner Island, Signal Hill, the Church, and the Naval Museum. Getting around to these spots is super easy by taxi or a hired car. The hotel breakfast is a buffet with a great selection of both Western and Chinese options. Finally, a big shout-out to the hotel butler, who was incredibly responsive and provided excellent service."

"I stayed for three nights, and each night I was in a different room. This was because I booked an economy room. I stayed on the 28th floor twice and then on the 18th floor for the last night, averaging about 200 yuan per night.
The consistent issue was that the rooms were small; it would be a tight squeeze for two people, requiring some maneuvering around each other. The host was very nice and always responsive to questions and requests. However, I found the cleanliness to be a bit lacking. Many areas weren't cleaned properly by the cleaning staff. All three rooms had noticeable dirty spots, indicating a need for better training for the cleaning aunties. The location is indeed very convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed when I checked in. This place has many good reviews, but my experience was just average."

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around and close to most attractions. It's right next to MixC, which is great for kids' dining and entertainment. The hotel facilities are new, and the rooms are spacious. Housekeeping is very attentive, providing a full range of children's amenities like small toilet seats, bed rails, and small bottles of water. You can also borrow strollers and sand toys. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and I particularly enjoyed the Shandong-style 'sa tang' (soup) and large steamed bread slices with various spreads. The staff at the kids' club were wonderful with the children; my child was so sad to leave them. We originally booked for five days and four nights, but because Qingdao was cool and our stay was so comfortable, we extended for another four nights. My 3-year-old even called it his 'home in Qingdao'."

"The hotel front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! There's complimentary bottled water available at the front desk and by the elevators on every floor, which is a really thoughtful touch ❤️. The elevators require a key card to access guest floors, making it feel very secure. I booked a tatami room, and the environment was lovely. The toilet seat was automatically heated, and the fridge came stocked with free snacks and drinks. A delivery robot even brought my takeout right to the room door, which was a fantastic experience! Across the street is a food street, so dining options are super convenient. It's only a two-minute walk to the Qingdao Beer Museum and also very close to the metro station. This hotel is highly recommended!"

"I highly recommend staying at this hotel in Qingdao. Meihau Lizhi Hotel is located in Qingdao's CBD, making it safe and convenient for getting around. The Metro Line 3 is nearby and goes directly to various attractions, and there are also large shopping malls like Wanda. We stayed in a king room this time, which was very spacious, newly decorated, and well-laid out. It was spotless and smoke-free. The hotel breakfast offered a fantastic variety, in addition to the usual fare, they had freshly made noodles, rice noodles, and wontons, as well as coffee, beverages, a selection of fruits and yogurts, and both Western and Chinese pastries and stir-fries. For long-term guests, the hotel gave us a great discount, and the front desk staff were incredibly patient, professional, and courteous. We even received a complimentary Laoshan Cola from the front desk. The hotel's price is excellent value for money under similar conditions, making you feel right at home!"

The staff were polite and efficient, responding instantly to any requests. The breakfast offered a complete spread of both Western and Chinese options with fresh ingredients, and all the facilities were top-notch. I felt right at home. Five-star recommendation! The location is superb, close to the subway and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room cleanliness was meticulous, even in the corners, and the amenities were high quality. The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful, without being overbearing. The hardware, environment, dining, and service were all impeccable. This hotel is now my top choice!

AmbersechoI stayed for 7 days. The environment, facilities, hygiene, and service were all great. The room was spacious with an open balcony overlooking the beautiful sea, including Swallow Island Park, which has a lovely beach perfect for kids to play on, and adults can enjoy a relaxing and therapeutic walk along the shore. I slept very well during my week-long stay. The activity area on the B1 floor offers plenty of kid-friendly spaces and activities, including a mini cinema. The in-room TV also has a wide selection of movies, and you can cast content to it.
My favorite feature was the self-service laundry room. My clothes always came out fragrant and warm after washing and drying. Staying here meant I didn't need to pack a lot of clothes or deal with a pile of dirty laundry. However, during peak hours, it would be better if the laundry room was more orderly. (I distinctly remember an inconsiderate and selfish female guest who hogged two out of the three washing machines while many people were waiting. She used a large machine for just two items. This meant subsequent guests had to wait at least 36 minutes per machine. I hope the hotel can manage this better to prevent such misuse of public resources.)
The hotel staff were very thoughtful, bringing different small toys for my child every day. The mini-bar and fruit platter were always replenished. Service calls were answered quickly, and my requests, like getting takeout or extra water, were promptly attended to. This is a very heartwarming hotel that truly prioritizes guest experience.
On my way home, I even received a follow-up call about my stay, where they patiently listened to my suggestions and even sent me a souvenir. I was touched once again. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Qingdao.

QingqingdezhuStayed two nights at Atour Hotel during my 3-day trip to Qingdao, and it was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near Third Beach, Olympic Sailing Center, and May Fourth Square. You can feed seagulls at the Olympic Sailing Center and catch a light show at May Fourth Square. The hotel breakfast was very extensive. The staff were patient and even brought us some fruit.

Guest UserThe biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is situated within the Olympic Sailing Center, one of the best places to enjoy Qingdao’s most beautiful night views. In fact, this is the very spot where people come to admire the famous night scenery of May Fourth Square.
When traveling with children, one of the biggest concerns is figuring out what to do in the morning or evening that everyone can enjoy comfortably. Staying at this hotel solves that problem immediately.
Along the marina, where yachts are docked, you'll find small snack stands, people enjoying leisurely walks, and occasional live performances, creating a vibrant and picturesque atmosphere. It's a wonderful place to spend time with family while taking in the beautiful waterfront views. In the morning, you can enjoy a relaxing stroll and a cup of coffee while appreciating the peaceful scenery.
Although I didn't visit them myself, there are also luxury brand stores right next to the hotel, making shopping very convenient if that's something you're interested in.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and responded to every request promptly and efficiently. I had a very comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
Highly recommended.

ZhangweijieI carefully chose this hotel for a relaxing trip with my kids. The location is excellent, right by the May Fourth Square and the city hall. It's a 10-minute walk to the May Fourth Square seaside, where there's a light show in the evening. The hotel has some age, but the room upgrade was fantastic – it included a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. I even brought my own hairdryer, but the one provided by the hotel was just as good as my Dyson, which was a great experience. It's convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to Badaguan, Mount Laoshan, and Wheat Island. There are also many options for ordering takeout nearby, and Mixc City is just a 10-minute walk away. On the first night, we received a complimentary bottle of Fuxin craft beer, which was a nice touch. Fruits and snacks were already prepared before check-in, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I'm satisfied.

The view from the room is everything, and the cats living there are absolutely adorable. The location is also very convenient for getting around, with some sightseeing spots within walking distance. I especially loved the large bathtub, which was important to me. If you’re expecting a 5-star hotel room, you might be a little disappointed, since the interior is fairly simple. But for me, as a lazy, chill, easygoing solo traveler looking for some quiet time, it was the perfect place to stay.

My trip to Qingdao was a bit rushed, but overall it was good. I chose the Sanfu Hotel, which is very close to Yan'erdao subway station. The Lvsi seafood nearby was absolutely delicious!

Despite the hasty reservation, Levi proactively noticed my preferences and arranged a high-floor, ocean-view room. Check-in was swift, and he patiently explained all the facilities. The service was exceptionally warm; he even thoughtfully presented me with a seashell souvenir and coffee vouchers, creating a wonderful seaside vacation vibe. The hotel faces Ling Shan Bay directly, with the beach just downstairs. Levi's meticulous and attentive service significantly upgraded my entire stay, truly showcasing Marriott's dedication to service. I'll definitely prioritize Le Méridien again for my next trip to the West Coast. Highly recommended!

Guest UserVery satisfied with my stay here! The location is great, not far from the beach, and right next to the district government building, which looks quite grand. While the facilities are a bit old, it's very affordable, offering excellent value for money. The swimming pool was closed, probably because there isn't enough guest traffic to justify operating it given the low room rates. However, the gym was fully functional. My daughter especially loved the bathtub, which is a nice touch for a star-rated hotel.
