Winni, the staff member who checked us in, had an exceptional service attitude; seeing that we had elderly family with us, she thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room on a quiet floor. The hotel gym is also quite good. The only minor issue is that the underground parking is a bit like a maze, but the parking attendant was very kind."

YYanmaimochanatieThis is my first time staying in Huangdao, even though I've visited many times. The location is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. At night, when the lights come on, it feels like Alice's Garden.
Service: All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Whether it was bringing up something I'd forgotten or coming to my room with a first-aid kit after I had a bump outside, they were always so patient and attentive.
I rarely leave reviews on Ctrip, but this experience was truly a pleasant surprise.

Elly was incredibly responsive and efficient, proactively checking in on my needs throughout my stay and patiently answering all my questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. Her service was both warm and professional. The room itself was spacious and bright, with all the facilities in perfect condition. The smart control system, comfortable bathtub, and other thoughtful details truly enhanced the stay, making it exceptionally comfortable. The infinity pool was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking city and sea views through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The water temperature was perfectly maintained, and there were lounge chairs available for relaxing after a swim. The gym was incredibly high-end, featuring a wide variety of imported equipment and operating 24 hours a day, allowing for a quality workout anytime.

AApiradeejHotel very close to Qingdao Sailing Center in a walking distance and not far from Hisense and 54 Square which we can walk to see the light. On our arrival we quite disappointed because the hotel staff still working on the construction with something on our floor but we have informed that it would finish by 5pm without inform that tomorrow there will start the maintances again. In my openion if you do the maintenance you should not put the guests on that floor but if cannot at least inform them in advance what they going to meet. The smart toilet also did not work while we arrive but after we told staff, the smart toilet in both floor back to wok which we very appreciate.
But overall experience after we spend 2 nights, we love the location but the hotel may need a bit maintance and update the facilities. And thank you very much for the helpful staffs.

ちちなみI booked this hotel because I had an early morning flight from Qingdao the next day and saw reviews saying it was within walking distance. Since I was arriving around 1:30 AM, I called the hotel in advance, and the staff sent me a detailed video of the route, making it easy to find.
From the Qingdao Airport departure hall (if you're arriving from out of town, take the elevator to the 4th floor departure hall after collecting your luggage), find area A for check-in. Diagonally opposite, next to the meeting point, there's a door that leads to the hotel's connecting corridor. It's less than a ten-minute walk, and the corridor was well-lit even in the middle of the night, so there's no need to worry. The Junting Hotel and Bangchen Hotel are together, with Junting being slightly further. The front desk has 24-hour service, which is great! And the staff were very welcoming.
The room was quite spacious. Although it felt a bit old and not very new, and perhaps the carpet caused a slight odor, the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom sink had a bit of a strange smell, but the large space meant it didn't really affect my rest. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot enough.
Regarding the price, at over 400 yuan, the overall value for money was a bit high, but its excellent location made it acceptable.

The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive; they even added an extra mattress on the floor for our child and gave us an extra breakfast. They called me in advance to confirm my arrival time, and there was parking available on the ground floor. They even helped us book the airport shuttle, which departs every 30 minutes – super convenient. When they learned we'd be leaving too early for breakfast the next day, they thoughtfully refunded the breakfast fee and followed up on the refund process. There was even a WeChat contact person to assist with any needs, which truly made our trip warmer.
The hotel's ground floor restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel was incredibly clean, the building was beautiful, and the environment was quite picturesque. Although we could occasionally hear planes taking off at night, they thoughtfully provided earplugs. Plus, they offered a return pick-up service, which just shows how attentive their service is. I'll definitely choose the Ramada again next time!

SSanshuizouliangbuTraveling during the May Day holiday, I had significantly lowered my expectations for hotels, just hoping my child would have a good time. To my surprise, even though this hotel has been open for so long, it's still incredibly well-maintained. The front desk staff, Yawen, was super efficient in handling our check-in and addressing various issues throughout our stay. The hotel also has hot springs, which is very convenient, and offers a one-stop experience for activities like clam digging, horse riding, and general fun. Any time we needed something delivered to the room or had luggage-related questions, it was resolved instantly. I'm truly amazed by the management here; for a hotel with 700 rooms, to operate so efficiently during the May Day holiday is incredible. The room is beautiful. In the morning, opening the window in our sea view room felt like stepping into a Miyazaki anime, and at night, with the lights on, it was like being in Hogwarts Castle.

Even before I arrived, Jennifer Han from the InterContinental contacted me to ask about my preferences and needs, and she even warned me that it would rain on the day of my arrival. We got to the hotel quite late, but to my surprise, the room had already been prepared according to my requests and upgraded to a sea-view room, facing the stunning Olympic Sailing Center. The experience during our stay was fantastic. On the second morning, I asked about Zhizha, a local Qingdao specialty. On the third morning, as soon as I sat down for breakfast, a kind gentleman brought me specially prepared Zhizha and dessert. It really warmed my heart. My short vacation was made even more perfect thanks to the InterContinental Qingdao. Superb!
