Because the concert came to Qingdao, booked a hotel. The location is very good, very close to the stadium of the concert, and you can walk to the Shi Elder in ten minutes. The house is a bit rudimentary, but very clean, the staff is very warm, the air conditioning and hot water are very powerful. Suitable for short time to play and live.

Facilities: Basic amenities are complete, and there's heating. Cleanliness: The bed linens are neat, and the bathroom is clean and odor-free. Environment: It faces a residential building, which is nice, but transportation isn't very convenient. Service: They offer pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which is a competitive advantage for an airport hotel.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being very close to May Fourth Square, which makes getting around and sightseeing a breeze.

The room's location is pretty good, quite close to Licang District center, Wanda Plaza, and Licun Night Market, and transportation is also very convenient. The front desk service attitude was also good. The downside is that the room isn't very soundproof, and the TV in the room didn't work. I reported the TV issue to the front desk, but it still couldn't be watched properly. Overall, the experience was decent, and the room price wasn't expensive for a National Day holiday trip.

Because it's a modern building, its infrastructure is rather basic. The owner's management style is somewhat laissez-faire; the projector was broken and hadn't been fixed yet, so we couldn't watch TV at all during our three or four days of stay. One of the double beds had a broken mattress that had collapsed in the middle, and one window couldn't be closed. The roof leaked when it rained heavily. Cleanliness was poor; the cleaning service was inadequate, with visible trash under the bed and the dressing mirror covered in shards of glass. Overall, the experience wasn't very good.

This hotel experience far exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. A special shout-out to the front desk service, which was warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out very efficient. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice, and I will definitely come again!

We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows. Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in. The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.
