The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable with great attention to detail. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

My overall experience at the Sheraton Qingdao Licang was absolutely amazing, exceeding my expectations in every way, especially the restaurant V. The hotel's location is a huge plus, situated in the heart of Licang's commercial district. You can walk to Lecheng Shopping Mall and Wanda Plaza, and there are plenty of supermarkets, snack shops, and convenience stores nearby. If you're driving, there's a spacious underground parking lot with ample spaces. It's also incredibly convenient to take the subway to Qingdao North Station and Mount Laoshan Scenic Area, making it a stress-free option whether you're shopping, sightseeing, or on a business trip. Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its grandeur and the five-star quality, with high ceilings, an expansive space, and a soft, elegant aroma. The public areas are bright, clean, and well-maintained. There's virtually no waiting for elevators. The heated swimming pool on the fifth floor has crystal-clear water, and the well-equipped gym even offers a sauna for post-workout relaxation. The FOXX terrace on the sixth floor is a unique highlight, offering stunning city sunset views in the evening, complete with live music that creates a fantastic ambiance. The hotel also boasts a small courtyard, a children's play area, and an executive lounge. The whole-house Wi-Fi is stable and fast, and clear signage throughout means you won't get lost. The guest rooms are exceptionally spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows providing excellent city views. The classic Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed offers just the right balance of firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep even for those who are particular about their beds. The soundproofing is excellent, blocking out corridor and outdoor noise. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the double vanity is perfect for couples. The large bathtub directly faces the outdoor scenery, with strong water pressure and stable hot water temperature. The room's cleanliness is impeccable; there's no dust in the corners, the bedding is pristine and soft, and the mini-bar is neatly organized. Lights and curtains can be smart-controlled, with blackout curtains effectively blocking out light. The work and leisure areas are clearly defined, and the amenities are high-quality. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully given fresh fruit and a warm welcome card. Family rooms even come with a full set of children's amenities, a truly thoughtful touch. The hotel's dining options are rich and varied. The breakfast buffet combines Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties like mackerel dumplings, and dishes are replenished promptly to ensure freshness. The Caiyuexuan Chinese Restaurant serves authentic and delicious Shandong cuisine, while the Yari Japanese restaurant offers fresh sashimi and made-to-order teppanyaki. The most delightful surprise, however, was the terrace buffet, featuring an unlimited supply of seafood and crayfish, and roasted lamb legs that are served hot and fresh, with a crispy crust. Each guest also receives a complimentary abalone sauce sea cucumber. Qingdao draft beer, cocktails, and red wine are all free-flowing, and the desserts and ice cream are exquisitely smooth, catering to all tastes. The waitstaff promptly cleared plates during meals, ensuring a comfortable dining experience. In case of rain, the terrace can seamlessly transition to indoor dining, providing excellent backup. The hotel staff are gentle and professional. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and quick. The concierge proactively helped with luggage, and housekeeping was thorough. Any requests to the room service were responded to quickly. For guests with children, they proactively offered children's slippers and small pillows. For birthday stays, they even provided a greeting card and dessert. There was no aggressive upselling; they were genuinely kind and even offered recommendations for local attractions and food. Compared to other five-star hotels in the city, the prices here are very reasonable and offer excellent value for money. Group purchase policies are flexible and allow for refunds, making it suitable for couples, families, business trips, or small team-building events. The facilities, environment, dining, and service are practically flawless. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Qingdao Licang, especially given its proximity to Qingdao North Station. I will certainly be returning on my next trip.

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's super close to Qingdao North Railway Station and Yongping Road subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spotless with a huge window that let in so much natural light. The separate wet and dry bathroom areas plus the smart toilet were a really thoughtful touch. The value for money here is outstanding.

The overall price is very high, the room is well lit, the self-service laundry room is very practical, and the luggage storage service is intimate and worry-free. Every day, I will clean it, and there are new toiletries. It is very intimate that people will not disturb when they are very intimate. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the attraction. If it is around the attraction, it will be perfect.

The environment here is beautiful, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and everything is conveniently located. There are three InterContinental hotels in the area, each with its own unique character. This time, I stayed at both the Hualuxe and the Jinshui, and their stylistic differences were very clear. The Jinshui leans more towards a high-end business clientele, with formal and sophisticated tile flooring in both public areas and guest rooms. The Hualuxe, on the other hand, uses wooden floors and adopts a more European hotel style, which might be more appealing to international guests. The second floors of both buildings are interconnected. The Hualuxe's second floor has coin-operated washing machines and an ATM. However, guests at the Jinshui and in suites are offered complimentary laundry service and cannot use the self-service laundry, which struck me as a bit odd, but it might be due to their respective positioning. The pastries and desserts at the Jinshui, as well as the coffee bar in the ground-floor restaurant, are all excellent. The front desk service was also very attentive. The underground gym is well-equipped and immaculately maintained. The swimming pool is very well-designed; its deepest point is only 1.32 meters, and the water temperature is perfect, making for a great experience that's definitely worth checking out. One minor detail worth mentioning: the slippers in the room's closet were still damp when I picked them up, not completely dry. This naturally made me wonder about the sanitization. However, considering the hotel's standard protective measures like chlorine disinfection, it's not a serious issue. At the Jinshui, there are differences in the spatial layout between the Deluxe Twin and King rooms, with the Executive room type offering the most comfortable sense of space. Additionally, different rooms have varying orientations; some rooms offer a direct view of the Hualuxe building. If the view is important to you, it's best to discuss it with the front desk in advance.
