We booked this hotel for our trip to Qingdao, and it was just as good as in the pictures. The room was large and spacious, and very clean. I have to praise the breakfast too – everything was freshly made, from the pan-fried dumplings and steamed buns to the egg pancakes, all delicious! My parents and kids loved them. The hotel clearly put a lot of effort in, and the service was warm and friendly. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Qingdao!

The boss is very enthusiastic and considerate. He made a travel guide, introduced the beautiful scenery and food in Qingdao in detail, and reminded us to avoid allergic foods and pitfalls. He explained the most convenient and quickest way to travel. He also carefully reminded us that the temperature difference between day and night in Qingdao is large, so we should pay attention to our clothes. The room is bright and clean, and the bathroom is clean and tidy, which is comfortable to look at. Although I only stayed for one night, I felt the kindness of Qingdao. Environment: It faces a residential building, which is nice, but transportation isn't very convenient. Service: They offer pick-up and drop-off services to/from the station, which is a competitive advantage for an airport hotel.

It's best apartments in ever stayed there's like home. So clean so cozy service like i came to my friends even tgey gave milk and cookies and ask nothing for that it's best.

The room was very tidy and pet-friendly, and I even got to pet the owner's dog. The lobby felt very welcoming the moment I stepped in, and the owner's fish tank looked vibrant and healthy. They also offer printing services, making it a great experience to stay here when visiting Laoshan. The owner even provides pick-up and drop-off at the subway station, which is fantastic service. They have a smart toilet and a branded hairdryer, plus disposable toilet seat covers and alcohol spray – excellent attention to detail! It's also perfect for taking photos; the decor is really beautiful. I'll definitely recommend it to friends. The sea is just across the road, and it's close to restaurants. The restaurant the owner recommended upfront was also delicious. A truly worthwhile trip!

I had a satisfying stay here. The facilities are complete and new, with plenty of hot water and stable pressure. The service details were excellent, and it's a hotel with good value for money. The room had good natural light and no strange odors, making for a very comfortable stay.

First, the good points - Room & Location: The room and location are totally worth it. If you're a foreigner like me, it might be a little hard to get there. But once you arrive and see the view and the room, it's absolutely worth it. -Service: The male staff at the restaurant is very polite, quick, polite warm and thoughtful. · The driver and the auntie at the restaurant are very warm and friendly. Now, what needs improvement The front desk female staff came across as unprofessional. I booked a 45-minute singing bowl session starting at 12:15, and then booked a photographer for 13:00. But at 12:48, the front desk lady called me and even called the singing bowl teacher — while my session was still going on. I think this is basic knowledge for front desk staff: a singing bowl session requires a calm, quiet environment, and my session hadn't even ended yet — it wasn't time for the photographer. After my session ended and I could finally check my phone, But when I got to the front desk, The photographer already left because he was in a hurry. But he arrived at 12:45 — and then said he was in a hurry? The front desk staff's poor coordination not only ruined my need for a peaceful healing session, but also made the hotel's ”photographer service” gift completely useless. At first I thought I would come back to stay here again. But after this experience of inefficient coordination, I'll really have to reconsider whether I want to stay here next time.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and the airport. They offer a dedicated shuttle service for airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as a wake-up call service. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and it's excellent value for money. There's a bus stop right across the street, offering direct service to Jiaodong Subway Station.

The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. The landlord has a very good service attitude. There are restaurants, supermarkets, transportation, and convenience stores nearby, making life very convenient. It feels like home.
