The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a great night's sleep. The hotel environment was cozy, and the cleanliness was exceptional, making for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was varied and tasty, offering great value for money overall. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure travel. Excellent value for money! The hot water was consistent and the Wi-Fi was fast. The lobby was clean and simply designed. The smart toilet, a Geberit, was as comfortable as the one at home. Upon arrival, I didn't have to wait long in the lobby and was able to check in quickly, which saved me a lot of hassle after a long journey. During check-in, considering I was tired from a long journey, the staff spoke in a calm and soothing manner, providing only essential and practical information. Throughout my stay, I called the front desk multiple times to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out policies. Each time, they answered promptly, provided clear explanations, and offered suitable solutions from a guest's perspective. Check-out was transparent and reassuring. Even near shift change, the staff diligently completed their tasks without rushing guests or being perfunctory. Throughout my entire stay, the front desk team was polite and composed, demonstrating professionalism. During busy times, they worked efficiently and calmly. When it was less busy, they remained at their posts and maintained their service-oriented attitude, without any slack or idleness. Excellent service is hidden in many small details; there's no forced politeness, yet every interaction makes you feel secure and comfortable. The front desk's service alone is enough to make me willing to stay again, and I sincerely recommend it to friends visiting Qingdao.

Just checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

We were very satisfied with our overall vacation experience. First and foremost, I'd like to commend Levi at the front desk – he was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. After speaking with him, he assisted us in requesting a late check-out and thoughtfully recommended a local spot for delicious BBQ and beer. He was also very thorough in explaining all the facilities. Midway through our stay, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. We reported it, and the issue was resolved very quickly. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach, so the location is great. Although we encountered a minor equipment issue, the response was prompt and the problem was handled effectively. Our overall experience was excellent, and the staff's service was a big plus. We will definitely prioritize this hotel again on our next visit to the West Coast, and a big thanks to Levi for his thoughtful assistance.

The toilet even has a warm seat, which is especially nice during winter. The shower system works well and the bathroom facilities are very well maintained. The room includes all the essential amenities: a dental kit, soap, towels, a hairdryer, slippers, hangers, and a TV. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Despite the compact size of the room, the design makes it feel efficient and convenient. The hotel staff are also very kind, friendly, and helpful. They are always willing to assist guests and make sure everything goes smoothly during your stay. If you order food or other items through e-commerce platforms like *******, JD, or Taobao, the deliveries can come directly to the hotel and the staff will help ensure that your packages are safely received. The biggest highlight is the price. At this rate, it is very difficult to find a room of this quality elsewhere. The only minor downside is that the hotel is slightly far from the nearest metro station. However, this was not a problem for me since I usually walk. If you cross the road, there are many small shops and places to eat, and the nearest shopping center is also within about 1 km. Overall, this is an excellent choice for a single traveler and also suitable for a couple. For the price, it is truly an amazing deal.
