Mmoo****Our stay at Qinqin's Homestay was fantastic! On our first day, they arranged a small suite for our family of five. The room had a skylight, making it quite bright. The bathroom had a shower. Qinqin's also had its own restaurant with reasonable prices, serving local specialties like seafood mackerel dumplings and sea cucumber rice – excellent! There were many photo opportunities at Qinqin's, and a private swimming pool for guests. A stone path led directly to the beach, where the kids had a great time on their first day. Breakfast at Qinqin's offered three options: wonton set meals, noodle set meals, and Western-style meals. Even if you chose the same main dish each day, the side dishes and fruits varied slightly. Highly recommend this guesthouse!

Just a few minutes' walk from your doorstep brings you to the sandy beach, where listening to the waves and feeling the sea breeze makes for a truly relaxing stroll. Visiting Mount Lao’s hiking trails, the Taoist Taiqing Temple, Yangkou, or other scenic spots is also highly convenient, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Hospitality: The host was exceptionally warm and welcoming! Before check-in, they thoughtfully sent detailed directions and important notes. Upon arrival, they greeted us like old friends—not only thoroughly introducing the best local eateries and activities but also sharing many lesser-known hidden gems! Any requests were handled promptly, making us feel genuinely cared for.

GGuest UserThe last stop of this May Day trip to Qingdao was this B&B at the foot of Laoshan Mountain. It was really my wisest decision. The room is right by the sea, and you can see the sea when you open the balcony door. I never comment, but this time I couldn't help but come and leave a good review. The lady at the front desk was really enthusiastic and patient. She helped with all kinds of things, delivered water, and raised a very cute little Shiba Inu~ The photos taken in the B&B were also very good. The room was also very clean and comfortable to live in. The B&B was on the edge of the cliff, and you could also go down to the beach through a small path not far away, so it was also good to take a walk. I didn't get a ticket for the return high-speed rail, so I stayed for another night. If I come to travel again in the future, I must revisit the old place again

GGuest UserThe managers welcomed us warmly. We were able to leave our bags at the reception before check-in, as we arrived an hour earlier than the specified time. We were also able to leave our bags after check-out while we walked around before leaving for the airport. The room was clean, slippers and a bottle of water per person were provided. The bathroom had a full set of bath accessories. We were also very pleased that the managers gave us souvenirs from Qingdao upon check-in. The only downside was that the room was stuffy.

YYigexiaoyonghu-The B&B is next to the observation deck on the top of the mountain, overlooking Qingdao. The environment is very good and quiet. There is free parking and you can get there directly. The location is very good and it is very convenient to travel. The style is very niche and it looks good for taking pictures. The room is fully equipped with free snacks and drinks, as well as projection equipment, but the network is really not very good. Each room is equipped with 2 Western breakfasts, and the meals are served when people arrive. My husband and I are quite full. I want to come again next time I come to Qingdao~ The owner sister is very beautiful and the service is super good~

HHannah20180This hotel is one of several that have rooms in an apartment complex right next to the airport. We had difficulty finding the right hotel, because the name on trip.com did not match the Chinese name of the hotel. The location on Amap also did not match with the exact location. If you are standing at the main gate to the apartment complex, the hotel office is to the right, near the end of a row of shops/offices (not to the left like Amap indicates). Once we got the right phone number and added the hotel on WeChat, it was easy to find. The room itself was nice and comfortable. The lady on duty drove us to our rooms (it is about a 5 minute walk from the rooms to the front of the apartment complex). They also arranged a free ride to the airport for us at 5:30am the next morning. We never managed to get the Wi-Fi to work, but we didn’t really need it for our short stay. If we had contacted the front desk about it, I am sure they would have helped us solve the problem. Overall, a good hotel to stay at if you need somewhere close to the airport the night before a flight out.

RRed_bearI think the location of this affordable hotel is excellent, the seashore is close (with the beaches), the metro station and the skyscrapers are nearby, the market is just there to buy food including vegetables and fruits. I read reviews that claim it's in a bad neighborhood. Not at all. What I saw is that the first building of the street is half abandoned nobody cleans that part of the street and that gives a bad impression. But you can just walk on the other side of the road. This is the first time that I had a room, not only a bed. I booked a room without a window but the receptionist lady gave me a single room with window. The room is normal (see photos), there was a mosquito net on the window. The pillow was hard but it was good to my spine. The toilet / bathroom was a mixture of a modern toilet and a traditional toilet you can clean up yourself using shower or little bowl. There was cleaning everyday. There was a kettle to boil water. I got a very big thermos bottle 2L to store the hot water. It's easy to find the hotel because there's street number too and many photos show the hotel in reviews. If the hotel is full the toilet / bathroom can be occupied but there's a park with large plastic flowers on the way to the sea where there's a new large toilet (see photo). You can use that too.

GGevorgThe homestay I recently stayed at had a few drawbacks. While the rooms were generally clean, I couldn't overlook the fact that they were outdated and in need of renovation. The old furniture and paint gave a less-than-pleasant overall impression. It's the kind of place where you're fine for a sleepover, but it's not somewhere you'd want to spend a lot of time in during the day. P.S. The bathroom badly needs a door.
