Pet friendly Hotels Chengdu

The hotel location was great, 5 mins walk to Chunxi road and the metro station. The staff were very friendly. They also served complimentary afternoon tea. The room is high tech, can give voice commands to ”Xiao Du” to off and on the light, tv etc. They gave me a free panda soft toy during check-out.

The hotel is Amazing, traditional style,located in the famous Kuan zhai alley right in front of the Famous sichuan opera house that is one of the best things to see in Chengdu , it's also near the metro and people's park. cleanliness,calmness, free laundry,amazing teahouse and a good restaurant... The manager Frank, and the staff counter Kimberley ，belle ,Zoey and the others are more like a family with their excellent service Their dedication is what makes this place more than just a hotel to help the foreigners overcome the challenges of communication in China. I highly recommend this hotel for every traveller not only foreigners And i will certainly book again in Wenjunloo

The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and elegant, and are equipped with a viewing balcony. Both the exterior and interior of the hotel are very design-conscious. From the enthusiastic guidance of the concierge when I got off the car at the lobby door to the quick check-in by Kitty at the front desk, who also carefully introduced the breakfast time, wireless network connection method and gym pool usage time to me, the whole process made me feel that the check-in experience was very nice. In addition, I took a morning run around the lake in Dong'an Lake Park next to the hotel in the morning. It really felt like embracing nature. If you are eager to find a short relaxation in your busy life, Dong'an Lake Kapok Hotel is definitely your best choice.

After dinner, I walked around to experience Chengdu's nightlife, which is also quite good! I ordered a cake in advance and sent it to the hotel front desk to help put it in the refrigerator. After that, we lit candles without a lighter, and the front desk also sent it. The service was very thoughtful and well received! Great~ The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good~ It was very late when I used the shower room and there was a small problem, which was solved immediately. There was a red panda at the door~ Happy~ And the paper towels and bottled water were also replenished in place, not bad~ Chunxi Road is downstairs, which is also convenient for playing, and the third-floor KKV is next to it! It is also very fast to take the subway to the giant panda base, very good~

The location of the apartment is perfect you are at the heart of everything Food, shopping, Taikoo and all the brands you want to buy. However, the rooms are showing their age and maintenance is needed. Cleanliness is average and the Wi-Fi is super slow. The young lady managing the apartment was very helpful though and she helped us change faulty lightbulbs and arranged for the room to be cleaned daily with bottles of mineral water replenished daily. We stayed for three nights in total. She also helped with online links to book tickets for the Panda Research Centre and SC Opera. If the rooms were maintained better and improvements in Wi-Fi this would have been the perfect stay. I have stayed at cleaner and more tech friendly accommodation for the price I paid. We booked here as Ctrip messed up our booking so we kinda had no choice. Top tip is get the room with a view as its nice to watch the sunrise and the evening also. Try to get a high floor if possible also.

Finally, it is recommended that the hotel can arrange more staff. It took a long time to check in. This is also a common phenomenon in many designer hotels and B&Bs, especially during the peak tourist season. I feel that the whole system is still a little slower~ I took a lot of beautiful photos and look forward to doing better~~~

This hotel is simply amazing! Last time I stayed there, I was so tired when I came back at night, but when I entered the room, wow, the lighting was so warm, just like home. The bed was also super soft and really comfortable to lie on, and I felt that all the fatigue of the day was gone. There is also a washing machine in the room, which is very convenient for washing clothes. It is not noisy at night and is very quiet. I am very satisfied.
