I visit Chengdu four or five times a year, and this is, without a doubt, the most delightful hotel I've ever stayed in here!
📍 **Unbeatable Location**
Right in the Chunxi Road pedestrian street, it's a 5-minute walk to Taikoo Li and an 8-minute walk to the IFS climbing panda. Downstairs, you'll find tons of great food and convenience stores. The best part? Free parking! When every other place around charges 10 yuan/hour, this is a paradise for those traveling by car.
✨ **Brand New Hotel Benefits**
Opened in 2024, everything is sparkling new. I stayed in a Garden Twin Room, which has a 'mock suite' design – the sofa bed expands to sleep a third person, making it perfect for families. It boasts smart home features throughout, a Dyson hairdryer, Peter Thomas Roth toiletries, and excellent soundproofing, so you can sleep peacefully even in a busy area. Plus, the first round of the minibar is free.

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and approachable throughout my stay. Seeing I had a child, they proactively upgraded me to a larger room and even gave my little one a special gift. The robot delivery service for takeout is a lifesaver for late-night introverts. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the 24-hour front desk was always ready to help. It truly felt as comfortable as being home.
🍜 **Breakfast is a Chengdu Food Tour**
You don't even need to leave the hotel to enjoy authentic Dandan noodles, 'chaoshou' (wontons), and Zhong dumplings. Both Chinese and Western options are comprehensive, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. You can even enjoy street views from the window seats while you eat.
This place offers incredible value for money! To find a hotel of this quality in such a prime location like Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li is truly amazing. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu and highly recommend it to anyone visiting for leisure or business!

GGuest UserBooked a twin room with two 1.8m beds, perfect for families. The environment is lovely, and they pay attention to details. There's a small balcony where you can relax and eat. It's clean and tidy, and the landlady is very welcoming. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, and it's very convenient for getting around.

IillusionxxxbbThe hotel is brand new, and the room layout is very well designed. The wet and dry areas are separate, and the details like the hairdryer, lighted makeup mirror, and comfortable, clean bedding all significantly enhanced the experience. The view is similar to the Curio Collection hotel I stayed at before, but the overall experience here is much better. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, and the staff isn't as chaotic.
The location is also very convenient. There are so many takeaway options, and they even deliver right to your room! Getting to restaurants I wanted to try and attractions by taxi all took less than 20 minutes.
The hotel called to ask about my preferences before check-in, and I didn't have to wait long even though I arrived early. The room perfectly met my requirements, which was really great. And the best part is the dog in the lobby is absolutely adorable, even though I only saw it on the first of my three days. The concierge service on the first floor was truly exceptional, very enthusiastic but in a perfectly appropriate way. After checking out, I forgot something, and Miranda was very proactive in contacting me and helping to arrange shipping. This hotel has absolutely no flaws. I stayed for two days and was extremely comfortable. I can't praise it enough; the value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The facilities are complete and well-maintained, the smart speaker is very convenient, and the lighting creates a comfortable ambiance. My overall stay was very pleasant. It's very close to Kuanzhai Alley, about a 15-minute walk, and also very near the subway station, making transportation quite convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserThis hotel left a deep impression on me. The service was meticulous, and I especially appreciated the alcohol-based sanitizers provided, which made me feel very secure. Although there seemed to be a minor issue with the fresh air system, the overall environment was still comfortable. The room was clean and well-equipped, completely meeting my needs. I will choose this hotel again next time and look forward to an even more perfect experience once the fresh air system is improved. It's also very convenient to get to other places, including Kuanzhai Alley.

It's not too far from Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. They have a parking lot, and the staff were very helpful with directing parking. GGuest UserTianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
