ayhan17I travel a lot for work, so I know good hospitality when I see it—and this place exceeded every expectation. The location, the cleanliness, the food—all fantastic. But the real MVP of our stay was Adam, the manager.
We had an early flight and arrived exhausted at 9 AM, way before check-in. Adam personally fast-tracked our room, arranged for early breakfast, and even sent up a welcome platter with a handwritten note. He checked in with us daily to make sure everything was perfect, but never in a pushy way—just genuine, warm service.
The little touches stood out:
· Turndown service with chocolates
· Personalized restaurant recommendations (he booked us a table at a hidden gem)
· A seamless checkout with zero surprises on the bill
Adam runs this hotel like a five-star cruise ship—smooth, attentive, and always one step ahead. If you're on the fence, book it. You won't regret it.

Guest UserThe hotel's scenery is exceptionally beautiful, with a Chinese-inspired design and blessings extended to every guest. The courtyard is adorned with crape myrtle, pomegranates, and magnolia flowers, creating a sense of abundant beauty and prosperity. Flower-lined paths lead to picturesque spots, making every step a delight, and allowing one to forget all worries and simply immerse in the moment. The public hot springs are spacious, available both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are private villas, some with their own hot spring baths, and the温泉 water is natural radon spring water. The front desk managers, Helen and Li Yilin, were very attentive. I would definitely choose Fairmont Chengdu Hot Springs again if I have the chance; it must be even more beautiful in the autumn. This was a wonderful trip.

Guest UserThis hotel is perfect for families with kids. The two rooms are spacious enough, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's robot delivery service for takeout is also fantastic! Sometimes ordering takeout to the hotel is even cheaper than buying it myself from the store, and the robot delivers it right to your room door, which is great!

Guest UserOur family stayed at the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel for two nights during our trip to Chengdu. The service and environment were excellent, definitely a five-star rating! We contacted the front desk in advance about breakfast, and they were so patient, even giving us two complimentary breakfasts. On our second day, we had an early start, and they thoughtfully prepared portable breakfasts for us. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they were always responsive to our needs. The room was clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a solid night's sleep. The individually packaged toiletries gave us peace of mind. Getting a taxi was super convenient, right by the roadside. The cleaning staff were meticulous, cleaning our room on time, and communication with them was very smooth when we had requests. Overall, there were no disappointments; the environment was clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Chengdu, and I highly recommend it to friends visiting the city.

Piaoluo## Facilities:
1. **Outdated and Poorly Designed**: The facilities are quite old, and the design is impractical. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa.
2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised.
3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling.
4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs.
## Hygiene:
The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there.
## Environment:
The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station.
## Service:
Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it.

SophiaXThe hotel is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic design. I love the color scheme and all the decorative details – it feels very stylish and modern. Lucky, the welcoming dog, is also adorable! The room is spacious with a great view, and the small appliances are high-end. There are also many thoughtful functional details. The breakfast restaurant is large with a rich variety of options, and the service is excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, which was perfect for traveling with kids; they absolutely loved it. For a hotel of this caliber, the price offers great value for money.

Guest UserThis hotel is really great! It was a pleasant surprise. While it might be smaller in scale compared to something like China Railway hotels, both the service and the rooms are charming and quiet. The breakfast selection is extensive, and dinner was delicious too! For the hot springs, about 4-5 pools were open, and it's a sulfur spring!
