"The hotel is so far the best hotel we have stayed in Chengdu. It’s aroma fragrant inside is relaxing. We booked the executive suite and we were given a great afternoon tea and free drinks at night. Breakfast is sumptuous with lots of choices . My favorite is their great coffee machine. They have hospitable staff especially Lulu who helped me with my delivery. I celebrated my birthday there with my husband and I really enjoyed the cozy place and wonderful view of downtown. Just a suggestion to put more English movies for International Travelers. Thanks!"

The room's amenities were standard, but a big plus was how quiet it was at night, perfect for sleeping.
It's also conveniently close to the Bailian Hot Springs.
Perhaps because business is booming, the service didn't feel particularly proactive or warm, though basic politeness was present.
The price was quite reasonable."

The staff were beyond fantastic. Even with the language barrier they could not have been more helpful.
The food - both breakfast and dinner - was fantastic.
We booked a sound experience and massage and loved both: though the massage was very firm :)
It is very quick and easy to visit dujiangyan but you also get to enjoy the peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We walked up to the nearby Panda reserve and whilst it is small, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.
I would love to go back and visit again.

He not only meticulously helped us with our luggage but also patiently answered all our questions about local attractions, making us feel genuinely cared for.
Our butler, Victor, provided professional service that added so much convenience to our vacation. Whether it was planning our itinerary, recommending restaurants, or daily communication, he consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism. What truly stood out was Victor's attention to detail, which made us feel incredibly well looked after.
The entire resort was clean, tidy, and well-organized. The sectional design ensured that guests with different needs could find their perfect space. Although the room facilities were standard, they were exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, giving us peace of mind during our stay. The hot spring pools had very clean water, and the anti-slip measures on the ground were excellent, making the hot spring experience both enjoyable and safe.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the Chinese dishes were authentic and delicious. While the Western options tasted good, they could be a bit more refined to be perfect. The kids' play area was a bit dimly lit in the morning; adding more lighting would make it more enjoyable for children. The river boating was a huge hit with the kids, and we suggest providing life vests for them to ensure safety during water activities, as children's safety should always be the top priority.
The hotel's car-to-room access design was a blessing for families with elderly members and children, significantly reducing the hassle of carrying luggage. We recommend implementing a one-car-per-room policy and clearly marking room numbers on the ground for parking. This would prevent multiple cars from occupying spaces and ensure a better experience for all guests.
Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the environment. We look forward to returning and hope the hotel continues to maintain its high standard of service quality.

2203537****We took our kids to Chengdu for summer vacation and chose this hotel in Wenjiang. There's an outdoor hot spring pool for water play, and it wasn't crowded even in summer. There's also an indoor swimming pool. The Crowne Plaza breakfast was as plentiful as ever, and the bedding in the room was as comfortable as ever. They even provided complimentary soup and snacks in the room at night – thumbs up! There's a riverside promenade near the hotel, perfect for a pleasant walk after dinner. There are also shopping malls and restaurants nearby. After checking out, the receptionist, Ms. Qu, was very helpful in resolving many after-sales issues! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wenjiang.

CChengzi1225My experience at this hotel was fantastic! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and polite. We asked about the best way to get to Dujiangyan, and they suggested several transportation options, even telling us which attractions were most worthwhile. Since I don't fully trust online recommendations for Chengdu, I asked the front desk for their personal restaurant suggestions. They recommended places they frequent themselves, and the food was delicious. Plus, they kept in mind our limited time, so the dining spots weren't far from the hotel. Their service truly deserves five stars! The room facilities were excellent too. The lighting control was super convenient, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I even asked the staff if there was a link to buy it, but unfortunately, it's custom-made, so no link available. The entire hotel's decor and design are truly unique and stylish. I'll be back in Chengdu in a few months and will definitely choose this hotel again. A definite five-star experience!

The hotel breakfast completely exceeded our expectations. The variety was amazing, with so many options we didn't know what to choose! They had everything from Sichuan specialties and Western dishes to fresh fruit and freshly ground coffee. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great – we had a incredibly satisfying breakfast every morning. The Executive Lounge also delivered on quality, whether it was the afternoon tea snacks or the evening meals. With a diverse selection of cold cuts, hot dishes, and desserts, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the ambiance was absolutely fantastic!

EEvanThe 65-square-meter room, decorated in a British style, was incredibly spacious. The double sinks in the bathroom and the deep soaking tub were super comfortable, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out of bed.
It's incredibly convenient to walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area – a rare find!
The 24-hour butler service was truly thoughtful. I could communicate with the butler instantly via WeChat for any issues. Hot drinks were delivered within minutes, and the two complimentary daily ironing services were very practical.
Afternoon tea at Yunfu on the 27th floor was both visually appealing and delicious.
The cleanliness was impeccable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Upon check-in, I even received a surprise fruit and nut platter. The entire experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Chengdu!

The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping malls, and souvenir stores. Popular areas like Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, Taikoo Li, and IFS are all easily accessible, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
The international buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of both Western and local Chinese options to suit different preferences.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a prime city-center location. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

Breakfast was satisfactory for the price.
Suggestions for improvement: While the lobby service was friendly and enthusiastic, it lacked thoroughness. Staff should proactively inform guests about the hotel's amenities and how to best utilize them. Also, the elevator interiors were too dimly lit, and the button displays were not bright enough.

The ambiance is fantastic, especially when the mountain is shrouded in mist – it truly feels like a fairyland. All the staff are excellent, very genuine and warm, interacting with guests in a wonderfully appropriate and friendly manner. The Chinese restaurant and concierge desk, in particular, stood out. The hotel's design, especially the landscaping and architecture, beautifully complements the mountain's topography, vegetation, and cultural geography, utilizing local materials. However, perhaps precisely because of this natural, 'raw' aesthetic, the exterior of the rooms and some facilities seem to be in need of renovation and updating. The investors really should allocate some budget for this!
