"This time, I brought my elderly parents and children to Chengdu, and we stayed at the Howard Johnson Plaza Chengdu for 5 days and 4 nights in a Plaza Twin Room. The experience was simply perfect! The room was spacious and bright with an excellent high-rise view. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and everyone in the family slept really well. A special thanks goes to the Housekeeping Manager, whose service was meticulous and attentive, taking great care of my parents and children. Any request we had was promptly addressed, making us feel truly pampered. The hotel's overall service was also fantastic, with friendly staff and a rich breakfast that suited both young and old. I highly recommend this hotel to families traveling together!"

"Before arriving, I read some reviews and was a bit nervous, worried that staying with my child might not be ideal. But to my surprise, after four nights, my child and I were extremely satisfied! My son even said that whenever we come to Chengdu in the future, we have to stay here. The hotel called me before check-in to ask about my preferences and even upgraded my room for free. The room was clean and tidy, and they cleaned it thoroughly every day, even arranging my cosmetics neatly. I really appreciate that. The facilities are a bit old, but I was prepared for that, so it wasn't a big deal – the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. All the staff were very enthusiastic and would proactively greet us whenever we met them. The breakfast was very rich and delicious every day. We ate so much that we even skipped lunch! My son loved the swimming pool the most and had a great time playing with other kids there. It seems a bit far from the subway, and you have to walk to Chunxi Road, but the walk was pleasant, and we got to do some shopping along the way. This trip to Sichuan was so satisfying! My only complaint is that there were too many people. Highly recommended, excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"I only booked for one night and didn't get to experience it enough, unfortunately due to my travel schedule. But I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back here again. The coffee was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helped us quickly with any issues. My entire stay was very satisfactory. "The Shangri-La Chengdu Taikoo Li is absolutely amazing! It's right in the heart of Taikoo Li, and you can walk to Chunxi Road, making transportation super convenient. Upon check-in, the bellhop proactively helped with our luggage, and the front desk processed everything efficiently. The breakfast selection was extensive, with authentic Sichuan dishes like Dandan noodles and Zhong dumplings. The restaurant staff were warm and attentive, always serving with a smile. From the lobby to the guest rooms, every detail showed great care. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu! Especially Ms. Sandy, she thoughtfully introduced local delicacies and popular photo spots, and even gave us a small gift when we checked out. Her service was incredibly thoughtful!"
