I booked this hotel before coming to Chengdu. I took a bus directly from the airport. Someone came down to pick me up. The attitude was also very good. They patiently answered some questions about the facilities and equipment in the room. It was really considerate. The room was much larger than I thought, and we were given a room with a view of Taikoo Li. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were perfect for taking photos. The night view was really great. If we had any questions during our stay, the housekeeper was able to answer them in a timely manner. If there was anything missing or if there was a problem with any equipment, he would be able to handle it for us as soon as possible. It was really good. There were a lot of snacks downstairs, they all tasted very good and were very unique. It was definitely a good choice to come to Chengdu!
