MM853057****Choosing to stay at the Amber Hotel was an excellent decision! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with attentive service and an elegant, comfortable atmosphere. The overall experience was perfect, deserving a full five-star rating!
Firstly, although the hotel is located in the suburbs, it boasts convenient transportation and is surrounded by a wealth of dining and shopping options, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure holidays. The hotel's exterior is grand and stylish, while the lobby design is exquisite, featuring soft lighting and a delightful aroma.
Secondly, the guest rooms are clean and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and high-quality toiletries. The room facilities are comprehensive, with air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi all working flawlessly – every detail shows great care. What truly stood out was the hotel's service. From the front desk staff's welcoming smiles to the meticulous attention of the housekeeping team, every employee was warm, courteous, and highly responsive. Whether it was help with luggage, check-in, or even a late-night room service request, every need was met promptly and professionally, truly making me feel 'at home'.

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor in a very old building. The lift area on the first floor looks very old and dirty. And inside the lift, it smells like urine or vomit or whatever.
Otherwise, the hotel is really excellent. Once u stepped into the hotel lobby on the 3rd floor, it is a totally different world. Clean, smells nice, modern and beautiful design. Room is as per advertised photos, perfect to me, with all the important necessary amenities.
The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They would stand up and greet me whenever I walk past the lobby (not that I enjoy it). As I dont have a local number to order from *******, they gladly provided me with the hotel number to use. And the best thing is the hotel gives out free souvenirs, very practical and useful souvenirs. Also free snacks and coke and sprites.
So to end it, I would suggest to the boss of the hotel, please do something to the lift and the lift landing on the first floor.

OOuaidousenFantastic location, right at the exit of Nijiaqiao metro station, making travel incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and Yulin Street is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, truly impeccable. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it perfect for a restful stay or a vacation. Highly recommended!

SShenglaijiushi-LVI had a very satisfying stay! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I got a great rest. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, always promptly resolving any issues I had. The location is also very convenient, right next to Kuanzhai Alley, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! Just a small suggestion: the fabric sofa could use a cleaning.

JJinshu524On weekdays, there aren't many people, so we upgraded to a suite with five beds in total, which was so luxurious. Evergrande's consistent nouveau riche style is golden everywhere. The hardware is okay and worthy of the price, and the breakfast is okay and worthy of the price. The swimming pool is in the sports center next door. Because it is shared with the community, there are many people and it is noisy. The locker room is dirty and smells of salt. It is not recommended to go there.

GGuest UserThe room was pretty good, and it's quite close to Shuhan Road subway station. It was clean, tidy, and cozy. The only downside was the toilet; for such a nice hotel, it didn't even have a smart toilet. The flush button was on the side and required a strong push, which made it hard for children to flush properly.

GGuest UserThis is a very comfortable hotel.
The hotel is nestled among residential buildings, giving it a strong home-like atmosphere. The room was very clean, and they even provided both dry and wet slippers, which was a thoughtful touch.
For afternoon tea, you could choose from noodles, rice noodles, iced desserts, small pastries, etc., and they were all delicious. This kind of attention really made you feel warm inside.
The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but every dish was prepared with care. I recommend the fatty intestine noodles and beef noodles – so fragrant!
Oh, and its location is great. You can just bike to Wuhou Temple and Yulin Road.
Looking forward to coming back again next time.
