On the first day we checked in there were small pools of water on the floor. Even though we request for housekeeping everyday but they only change the towels but never clean the apartment. There were hairs everywhere on the floor everyday. Other than that they respond really quickly to all our requests and the location is really good. Just outside the metro exit and there are many convenience stores downstairs to get daily necessities. The kitchen was practically useless but there is a kettle for boiling water. The bathroom and toilet is not separated so after shower there is water all over the floor making it very difficult to use the toilet. Hot water is not enough for 4 people so we have to wait for the hot water to replenish for about 20mins before the next person can take a shower.
