"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, even better than the five-star one we booked later in Chongqing!
**Cleanliness:** First off, the hygiene is impeccable. The cleaning staff even paid attention to our written requests.
**Facilities:** They have a bathtub and provide disposable tub liners, and the amenities are comprehensive! The king-size bed was super comfortable; I slept really well.
**Jinshi Babao Afternoon Tea:** This was also quite good! If we hadn't been in a rush to go out, I would have loved to slowly enjoy the tea; the tea leaves were excellent.
**Service:** The service was very attentive, and they even followed up with us.
It's very close to the Chengdu Museum, and Chunxi Road is right next door for a meal at Kaojiang, haha."

"The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing.
Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us.
During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change.
The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer."

The cleaning was meticulous; the floors and tables were spotless, and the air was fresh with no strange odors. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, and the surrounding amenities are complete, making sightseeing and travel very easy. The service was attentive and detailed, with complimentary snacks and desserts. There's even a claw machine, and my child was thrilled to catch a panda.
Breakfast features authentic Chengdu specialties like Dandan noodles, Zhong dumplings, and hot and sour vermicelli, with a rotating menu each day.
The room was very clean, and my child loved the rocking horse and tent.
Although the environment is rustic, it's very clean and cozy.
We stayed for five nights and were very satisfied.

The room was a three-bedroom suite with plenty of space, making it very comfortable for the whole family; both the elderly and children had their own areas to relax. The room was very clean, and the bedding was neat and comfortable, making us feel at ease during our stay. The environment was quiet, so our rest at night was undisturbed, and the location was also quite convenient for getting around. The room facilities were comprehensive; the open-plan kitchen and bathroom amenities were all very practical, especially suitable for traveling with children and seniors. We were also very satisfied with the service; communication during check-in was smooth, and questions were answered promptly, making the whole process very hassle-free. We will definitely prioritize staying here again next time we visit Chengdu. Highly recommend for family trips!

EEikaChenVery cozy hotel with helpful and passionate staff! It’s one station away from Chunxi Road but the walkway is very smooth. We walked there with luggage in early morning from airport bus and we didn’t feel tired at all. The location is amazing that you do get a benefit of quiet stay. Also many good and nice restaurants around hotel. We even went for a clinic next to hotel for the treatment of knee! After experiencing many hotels (Hanting/holiday inn/bloom) in Chengdu region I do recommend this place to whoever is planning to visit!

GGuest UserI stayed at Six Senses for two nights this time. The hotel called in advance to confirm my check-in time and any special requests. My butler, Yannie, then added me on WeChat and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She clearly explained all the hotel's facilities and activities, even sending a short video demonstrating how to use the uniquely designed shower faucet. It was pomelo blossom season, so the entire hotel was filled with a subtle, lovely fragrance that accompanied me on my walks. On the morning of my departure, Yannie arranged a Tai Chi experience for me. As I followed the instructor, practicing breathing exercises with Mount Qingcheng in the background, I felt a fleeting connection between humanity and nature. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Six Senses.

The breakfast was quite simple, with buns, eggs, soy milk, and coffee. For this price, the surrounding area is quite noisy, and the sound insulation isn't great. The only downside is that there were so many mosquitoes... I got bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night, and it happened in both rooms, even my child was bitten. There was nothing we could do. We had planned to stay a few more days. I hope the owner will provide mosquito repellents in every room and do a better job with pest control in the future.

GGuest UserTianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

Yyyyyyy11111I've been staying at this hotel for business trips for several years now, often for multiple days at a time. I rarely have any issues, and generally, everything is great. The soundproofing in the rooms could be better; I think it's because of the excellent location, making it a popular stopover for tourists. There are many guests arriving late or needing to leave early, which is usually manageable. The best part is the breakfast restaurant; it's large, spacious, and offers a wide variety of choices, unlike the cramped spaces you sometimes find in business hotels. My only minor complaint is the strong smell of second-hand smoke often found right outside the restaurant entrance.
