"The location is easy to find and very close to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, but it's not on a busy street, so it's very quiet. The hotel is a standalone building with complete facilities, including Chinese and Western restaurants, a gym, and a laundry room. The ladies at the front desk were all very gentle and provided attentive service. We were traveling with a child and they proactively reserved a stroller for us, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful, and you could even enjoy Chengdu's local snacks right at the hotel – it was clean and hygienic. The afternoon tea pastries were also delicious. The staff knew we had a child and proactively changed the bedding every day. They also provided children's disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The only downside was the lack of a children's step stool, which made it a bit difficult for our child to reach the sink, but the front desk brought a stool which helped solve the problem. Chengdu is an inclusive city, and we would choose this place again if we have the chance!"

"My stay here was absolutely fantastic! Right when I checked in, a staff member helped me with my luggage and even offered me a bottle of water. The room was spotless and well-maintained. On the 29th floor, there's a gym and a laundry room, which are both fully equipped. What I found particularly thoughtful was that if I went out in the morning, my laundry would be washed and returned to me by evening. The breakfast spread was also excellent, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, and the fruit was super fresh. I especially enjoyed the Dan Dan noodles – they were truly delicious. When I checked out, they even gave me two small panda souvenirs as a gift. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu."

"The hotel is conveniently located not far from IFS, which made getting around very easy. I arrived around 3 a.m., and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. All communication with the hotel staff was done via WeChat, which was very convenient and efficient.
The staff kindly upgraded our room to a Tatami-style room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable. As a parent, I really appreciated the Tatami setup because my child could easily climb up and down the bed safely.
I would like to give special praise to the breakfast, especially from a Muslim perspective. While the variety was not very large, it was more than sufficient and satisfying. There were many vegetable-based dishes, which made it easier for Muslims to eat without worry. The vegetarian options also make this hotel suitable for Muslim, Hindu, or guests who require kosher-friendly meals. Simple dishes like vegetables and porridge were available and enjoyable.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for families and travelers with specific dietary needs."

"The concierge, Xiao Guanjia, was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. He explained everything about the room in great detail. The room I stayed in this time was very spacious and comfortable. The location is also incredibly convenient, right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it easy to get anywhere. I'm really satisfied! The cleaning lady also did a fantastic job; the room was spotless. I had a very pleasant stay."

I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered by the hotel was also high-quality. Overall, it's very suitable for young people.

Back in the city, I wanted to experience a hotel with a strong ******* atmosphere, and after seeing the online reviews, I decisively booked this place for two nights. The location is great, quite close to Kuanzhai Alley. The hotel's decor exceeded my expectations; the public areas are filled with many items, yet they all blend together seamlessly and match perfectly. Where space is needed, it's never cluttered, making for a comfortable and well-balanced arrangement. The food is very simple, a mix of basic Western and Chinese options. The room is spotless and very comfortable. Both the owner and his wife are *******; judging by the decor, they seem to have an artistic background. They are both very friendly and welcoming. It's a guesthouse with great value for money.

The check-in experience was perfect; the service was attentive without being overly zealous, and the room facilities were complete, making for a very comfortable stay. During Christmas, the festive atmosphere everywhere was incredible; just walking around the neighborhood felt so festive. The location is absolutely unbeatable; nightlife hotspots are just a few steps away, which is perfect for someone like me who enjoys going out at night!

GGuest UserTraveling with two kids, the family room was perfect. The bedding was comfortable and clean, the mini-bar had complimentary drinks, and we got 6 bottles of mineral water daily. The breakfast had different hot dishes every day, plus a noodle station with freshly cooked options. The washing machines had a 3-wash, 3-dry cycle. The quick wash was 21 minutes, and the dryer got jeans about 90% dry in 40 minutes, and thick fleece pants completely dry. It was super convenient to do laundry in about an hour after coming back from sightseeing at night. It's incredibly close to Metro Line 2. We took the metro to Tianfu Airport; you can transfer to Line 18 at South Railway Station for a direct trip to Tianfu Airport, which was a steal at 11 RMB per person and really fast. They even gave us a free late check-out when we left; the service was impeccable. Just one suggestion: the floor cleanliness in the family room could use some attention.
Facilities: Good, well-equipped, the bathroom even has a clothesline.
Hygiene: The floor felt a bit sticky.
Service: Excellent, responses were prompt.

Equipped with disposable face towels, bath towels, toilet cover, good health, breakfast, the only fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation of the door is not very good, the night is very quiet, but in the morning, if someone speaks in the aisle, people who don't sleep well are easily awakened.

The bathroom facilities were clean and modern, with good water pressure. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including authentic noodles and delicious Western pastries and drinks, allowing me to start my day energized. Overall, while the hardware might not be top-notch, the exceptional service and excellent value for money make it a reliable choice for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu!

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
