As a local from Chengdu, this was my first time trying a hostel, and it completely changed my perspective. Usually, when I'm on business trips, staying in hotels means dealing with various social interactions, which is exhausting. This place is exceptionally quiet, spotlessly clean, and the beds offer great privacy. After work, I could just curl up in bed and unwind peacefully, without having to deal with anyone. It was a rare moment of pure relaxation. The value for money far surpasses hotels. Next time I need some solo relaxation, I'll definitely choose this place again.

It was raining lightly on the day I arrived, and I got a bit wet dragging my luggage. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I immediately felt a sense of warmth. The front desk staff noticed me and proactively offered tissues. The check-in process was relaxed and unhurried; they didn't just rush through the procedures and even kindly reminded me to be careful of slippery surfaces due to the rain. The first impression when I entered the room was how fresh and clean it was, with no stuffy odors. The layout was simple and comfortable. The bedding was neat and soft, and the lighting was gentle and not harsh. After a long journey, coming back to the room allowed me to completely relax. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with all the corners well-maintained. The water flow was smooth, and the overall bathroom experience was excellent. The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep. At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

Despite its strong design, the living experience is superb: comfortable bedding, excellent soundproofing, and attention to detail. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. Its convenient location with abundant amenities nearby makes it incredible value for money, an excellent choice for travelers who prioritize quality and beauty.

This was a top notch St Regis experience! Room was not ready when we checked in and we added the butler on WeChat, and was informed via WeChat when the room was ready. Subsequently we could reach the hotel anytime via WeChat, and would always receive a response within minutes. Butler could communicate over WeChat very well in English. Butler service was great as it offered complimentary 24 hr drinks service (we could order via WeChat). We also realised we had left our wallet at the lift lobby after leaving the hotel, and managed to get the hotel to help locate it and bring it back to our room - all done via WeChat within minutes. Special mention as well to the concierge staff who went the extra mile to help contact Taobao delivery riders to expedite our deliveries as we were leaving the very next day and had yet to receive our items. Service wise - all the staff are highly trained and attentive to your needs. Most staff can speak English well. The only slight downside is that food delivery riders are not allowed to enter the hotel, so you have to personally go down to collect food deliveries from the collection lockers (situated right outside the hotel entrance), unlike other hotels in China which have robots to bring your food deliveries to your room doorstep. But this works well if you want flexibility in your collection time. Overall, a really wonderful experience and would highly recommend St Regis Chengdu to anyone visiting Chengdu.

I chose SFEEL for my trip to Chengdu, and the location is absolutely perfect. It's right opposite Kuanzhai Ancient Street, just a short walk downstairs, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The design is very stylish, with a natural wood aesthetic that's great for photos. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making for a worry-free stay. It's also close to the metro station, making it convenient to get to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. To find such a comfortable and chic place right by a tourist attraction, the value for money is simply unbeatable.

Staying here was so comfortable! There's plenty of parking, and it's pet-friendly. Downstairs, there are lots of grassy areas perfect for walking your dog. The environment is very quiet, and security guards will even deliver your food orders upstairs. It only takes about ten minutes to get anywhere. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

The front desk staff were also super patient and their service was impeccable. The airport transfer I booked was perfectly scheduled, especially with the wake-up call a bit earlier than requested – otherwise, I would have almost missed my flight! I checked out early that morning, and the front desk even prepared breakfast for me. It was truly wonderful! Highly recommend! Wishing the owner great success!

The keyboard and mouse are responsive and comfortable to use, and the display is easy on the eyes. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are super comfy. It's incredibly convenient to just crash here right after a team gaming session, without having to commute elsewhere. The hotel is also very thoughtful; they have snacks and drinks available in the room, and you can easily order food if you get hungry late at night. The internet connection is incredibly stable; I never experienced a single disconnect, even during intense team fights. The soundproofing is pretty good too; I barely heard any noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We'll definitely be back here for our next team gaming session!
