Anonymous UserAs a local from Chengdu, this was my first time trying a hostel, and it completely changed my perspective. Usually, when I'm on business trips, staying in hotels means dealing with various social interactions, which is exhausting. This place is exceptionally quiet, spotlessly clean, and the beds offer great privacy. After work, I could just curl up in bed and unwind peacefully, without having to deal with anyone. It was a rare moment of pure relaxation. The value for money far surpasses hotels. Next time I need some solo relaxation, I'll definitely choose this place again.

Guest UserI didn't have much of a detailed plan for my short trip to Chengdu this time; I randomly booked this hotel, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. It was raining lightly on the day I arrived, and I got a bit wet dragging my luggage. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I immediately felt a sense of warmth. The front desk staff noticed me and proactively offered tissues. The check-in process was relaxed and unhurried; they didn't just rush through the procedures and even kindly reminded me to be careful of slippery surfaces due to the rain.
The first impression when I entered the room was how fresh and clean it was, with no stuffy odors. The layout was simple and comfortable. The bedding was neat and soft, and the lighting was gentle and not harsh. After a long journey, coming back to the room allowed me to completely relax. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with all the corners well-maintained. The water flow was smooth, and the overall bathroom experience was excellent. The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep.
At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart.
Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

YafengThis time, I stayed here for one night before heading home from my trip. I had a great experience staying at a St. Regis in Sanya for a week previously, so I wanted to try this one too. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing some negative reviews, but when I arrived, I found the hotel service to be very thoughtful! As soon as I got there, they proactively opened the car door and helped with my luggage. The front desk was very friendly and upgraded my room to a scenic view room, and it even had two windows! They also sent juice to the room. I didn't need turn-down service, so the cleaning staff even gave me four nougat candies! Even though I don't really like sweets, I was very happy about it! The bed was very comfortable. For breakfast, since I had an early flight, I went right when it opened and ate for about 20-30 minutes before leaving. It was a good experience! There were many dishes, and the environment was excellent. They even had Bobo Chicken! And local specialties, but my stomach is small, so I could only eat a little bit! Highly recommend staying here!

Guest UserOur stay at Niccolo Chengdu was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and I must commend the two Welcome Ambassadors, Fairy and Rina. When we were discussing our needs before check-in, they were both incredibly meticulous and patient. They helped me pre-note my room type preference and arrival time, tried their best to arrange a high-floor room, and thoughtfully explained the check-in procedures and breakfast rules. Even before arriving, I felt completely at ease. Upon arrival, the reception was warm and courteous, and check-in was efficient and seamless. They proactively offered travel tips for IFS. When I had last-minute questions about an extra bed or amenities, they resolved everything promptly and properly – their response time was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was impeccable. Fairy and Rina's gentle, thoughtful, and perfectly attentive service truly added a warm touch to our trip. Their service was professional yet personable, definitely a huge plus. Next time I'm in Chengdu, this will still be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

ColinlzhI chose SFEEL for my trip to Chengdu, and the location is absolutely perfect. It's right opposite Kuanzhai Ancient Street, just a short walk downstairs, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The design is very stylish, with a natural wood aesthetic that's great for photos. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making for a worry-free stay. It's also close to the metro station, making it convenient to get to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. To find such a comfortable and chic place right by a tourist attraction, the value for money is simply unbeatable.

Except for the location, which I found a bit inconvenient, everything else at Old Shuncheng Street deserves a resounding five-star review. It's actually quite central, with views of Tianfu Square. However, getting to the South Gate is a bit of a trek. The lobby on the 25th floor offers expansive views, and the service is truly excellent. You're greeted as you exit the elevator, guided to the guest room elevators, and receive phone calls both before check-in and after check-out. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, the bedding is top-notch, and even the toiletries are good – I particularly liked the toothpaste. Breakfast deserves special praise; it's among the best at any high-end hotel in Chengdu, surpassing even the Waldorf Astoria and W. What makes it stand out: fresh, beautifully presented fruit, with watermelon cut into perfectly uniform pieces – a lovely detail. The Mapo Tofu at breakfast was incredibly authentic and tasted amazing with the mini steamed buns… and so on. Highly recommended! At this price point in Chengdu's old city, it's essentially the pinnacle. Highly, highly recommended!

Guest UserThe room was spacious, bright, and clean. The large French windows offered an unobstructed, expansive view. I actually preferred looking out at the city during the day over the night – it had a unique charm. It's pet-friendly, and comes fully equipped with a fridge, TV, and washing machine, making for an excellent experience.
P.S. I forgot to take photos when I first checked in, so these were haphazardly staged later. It was much tidier originally! Please try to imagine it. 😁

XiaomisiThe room was spotless and clean. After arriving at the airport in the early hours, I immediately spotted the hotel shuttle. The driver was incredibly kind and enthusiastic. The front desk staff were also super patient and their service was impeccable. The airport transfer I booked was perfectly scheduled, especially with the wake-up call a bit earlier than requested – otherwise, I would have almost missed my flight! I checked out early that morning, and the front desk even prepared breakfast for me. It was truly wonderful! Highly recommend! Wishing the owner great success!

Guest UserFirst off, I'm a repeat customer, not a competitor! Every summer, I take my child to Chengdu Zoo. Last year, I stayed at Muzi Hotel without a car and had a great experience; the staff were very warm and attentive. This year, I recommended it to my family again, but the outcome was extremely disappointing. My husband even told me to just give a bad review. After some thought, I feel I must clearly explain this experience!
**1. Incorrect Location!**
We booked one room via Baidu Maps and another via Ctrip. The address provided by Baidu Maps was incorrect. We were already exhausted from driving, and it navigated us straight to a building materials market. It took us a while to drive around and get back on track!
**2. Parking Hassle!**
Free parking for one room only lasts 12 hours. We had two rooms, parked after 4 PM, and were told we had to drive out and re-enter the parking lot at 4 AM to get another 12 hours of free parking. Otherwise, it's 3 yuan per hour, which is completely unreasonable. It was raining heavily at night, and when we drove out and re-entered the parking lot at 7 AM, we overstayed the time limit and had to pay an extra 9 yuan. It felt very unaccommodating and troublesome! This is the first time I've encountered such a situation!
**3. Breakfast Staff's Bad Attitude!**
When we went for breakfast after parking our car in the morning, the auntie in the red uniform with an apron spoke to us very rudely! I thought we could dine using our room card, but she gave me a stern look and insisted we needed breakfast tickets. I then remembered the front desk had given them to me. Not wanting to cause trouble, we went back to get them before returning to eat. She was already cooking noodles. When my husband and I asked her to cook two bowls for us, she didn't smile at all. She complained unhappily and aggressively, saying, ”Don't ask for this and that! Can you even finish it? Some people waste food, not even touching a single bowl!...” I was stunned. I said I hadn't wasted anything, and my husband also got angry, asking why she was complaining to us when we hadn't wasted anything! The whole experience left us feeling extremely bad and upset! We are all in the service industry; her attitude was so unprofessional! It felt like she worked as if everyone owed her something!
**4. Unhelpful Service!**
We planned to take our child to the zoo the next day. The day before, we asked if we could have a late check-out until 2 PM. A front desk manager gave various excuses. Later, we said never mind, not to trouble them, and decided to check out in the morning without delay, put our belongings in the car, and pick up the car around noon, as it was only a few minutes' walk. She then suggested that the zoo also had parking, and we could park there. It just felt like she was unwilling to help with anything. I thought to myself, our 12 hours of free parking at the hotel wouldn't even be up by then (we parked at 7 AM), making her suggestion unhelpful for our situation. We then insisted it would be more convenient to walk a few minutes, otherwise we'd have to find another parking spot. Only then did she stop talking.
**5. Careless Front Desk!**
My mother forgot to take her traditional Chinese medicine from the hotel cabinet. She only remembered when we were already on the Mianyang expressway on our way home. We had to drive an hour and a half back to retrieve it. The front desk claimed they had called and sent a text message reminder, saying that we didn't answer. I still appreciate them keeping it safe and not throwing it away. But after checking my phone, I hadn't received any calls or texts, so I asked the front desk which number they had dialed. It turned out they dialed the wrong number! I left a number ending in 2003, but they dialed 8003. How incredibly careless can they be!!!
**Pros:**
There's a microwave, and a robot delivery service is convenient. They provide children's slippers and toothbrushes, and disposable toilet seat covers (although the quality isn't great). The staff at the 6th-floor and ground-floor front desks were still nice and quite welcoming, even serving us tea during check-in.

Guest UserAfter comparing many options, I finally settled on this place, and my stay exceeded all expectations! 💯 The entire apartment is spacious and bright with excellent natural light. It's fully equipped with all the furniture and appliances you could need, and the kitchen utensils are neatly organized, making it easy to whip up a simple meal. The cleanliness was impeccable—not a speck of dust on the floors or surfaces, and the toiletries were of good quality. The host was incredibly responsive, always replying instantly to any questions. The area is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. It really felt like a home away from home; very comfortable and reassuring.
