AleksandraTerletskaiaIt's a decent hostel if you just need a place to stay overnight. I spent half of my stay alone, without a roommate, which was great.
On the day of check-in, they forgot about me, even though I had initially warned them about my arrival time. It was stressful, especially considering that the entrance to the hostel is very difficult to find because there are no identifying signs on the street.
There are actually dogs living in the hostel, it's super cute, they're so cute.
The overall impression is good, although the place is a bit strange:)

DiwatexushengThis hotel is my top choice for travel, and its location is simply unbeatable. This time, I stayed at the Tonino Lamborghini Center by Tianfu Square, and the location was definitely the biggest plus, right in the heart of the city's central axis. Just a few steps from the hotel entrance is a subway interchange station, with Lines 1 and 2 connecting to the entire city, making getting around completely stress-free. Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Museum are within walking distance, so you can soak in the old city's cultural heritage with a leisurely stroll. A short subway ride takes you to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and a quick taxi ride gets you to popular attractions like Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli. Downstairs, there's a bustling commercial area with plenty of unique snack shops, making shopping and eating incredibly convenient. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views through floor-to-ceiling windows; by day, you can overlook the city's main thoroughfares, and by night, you're treated to the sparkling lights of the entire square. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofing is excellent, offering both convenient access and peaceful rest. For anyone visiting Chengdu, I highly recommend this place. Its prime location is a huge advantage, making your travels effortless and enjoyable.

An absolutely fantastic experience! They personally escorted us to our room, gave us a thorough introduction, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The toiletries were high-end and comprehensive, mostly hotel-branded items, including bottled water. They even thoughtfully provided a disposable liner for the bathtub. The service was lightning fast; when we accidentally broke our own glass bottle, the hotel sent someone to clean it up within minutes. And the view? Beyond words, absolutely stunning! Highly recommend!

Guest UserThe hotel lobby is quite small. When checking in, we were greeted with a champagne welcome ceremony, and the lobby manager was very enthusiastic. The 'Panda Family Room' we booked was essentially a regular king room with an extra bed. The bedding in the room had panda elements, and the children's toiletries also featured panda branding. If you're just looking for an extra bed for an older child, a king room with an added bed might be more suitable.
Overall, the service wasn't particularly special. When I asked if they had any laundry soap or detergent to clean my accidentally dirtied shoes, the answer was no. The check-out process was noticeably less enthusiastic than check-in, though they did offer two bottles of water for the road.
Regarding the Florence Village package and similar offerings, these were never proactively introduced from check-in to check-out.
The breakfast selection was rich, but during peak hours, you had to go to the bar next door, which was across the hallway and inconvenient.
On the first day, we received a very cute panda mousse, which was the only five-star highlight. On the second day, there was none, nor was there any fruit.

Anonymous UserThe room was spacious and bright, and the front desk service was warm and welcoming. The hotel is right next to Kuanzhai Alley; you just cross a pedestrian bridge to get there. It's also very close to other nearby attractions. I was very satisfied with my stay.

NaiyouzhishidangaojuanWhat I often dreaded most about staying in a loft before was the stairs – usually narrow and steep, like rock climbing just to get up and down. And at night, you'd have to feel your way along the wall, inch by inch. But the stairs here are wide and spacious, with steps that feel naturally comfortable in height and depth. Even better, the ceiling in the second-floor bedroom is slightly lower than downstairs, giving you a wonderful sense of being enveloped and secure when you lie down. Just a single flight of stairs separates the bright, open social space downstairs from the cozy, cocoon-like sleeping area upstairs. This emotional transition from expansive to intimate has become my most natural relaxation ritual every day.

Staying here was so comfortable! There's plenty of parking, and it's pet-friendly. Downstairs, there are lots of grassy areas perfect for walking your dog. The environment is very quiet, and security guards will even deliver your food orders upstairs. It only takes about ten minutes to get anywhere. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

XiaomisiThe room was spotless and clean. After arriving at the airport in the early hours, I immediately spotted the hotel shuttle. The driver was incredibly kind and enthusiastic. The front desk staff were also super patient and their service was impeccable. The airport transfer I booked was perfectly scheduled, especially with the wake-up call a bit earlier than requested – otherwise, I would have almost missed my flight! I checked out early that morning, and the front desk even prepared breakfast for me. It was truly wonderful! Highly recommend! Wishing the owner great success!

This e-sports hotel is genuinely fantastic! The PC setup is incredibly powerful, allowing for a completely lag-free gaming experience. The keyboard and mouse are responsive and comfortable to use, and the display is easy on the eyes. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are super comfy. It's incredibly convenient to just crash here right after a team gaming session, without having to commute elsewhere.
The hotel is also very thoughtful; they have snacks and drinks available in the room, and you can easily order food if you get hungry late at night. The internet connection is incredibly stable; I never experienced a single disconnect, even during intense team fights. The soundproofing is pretty good too; I barely heard any noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We'll definitely be back here for our next team gaming session!
