Chengdu Hotels with Pools

Right next to Du Fu Thatched Cottage, this hotel offers a blend of French light luxury and traditional Western Sichuan Tang-style courtyard design 🫐. The black and white striped lobby, coupled with exquisite Shu brocade details in the soft furnishings, really elevates the aesthetics. The facilities are comprehensive, the rooms are clean, and the bedding is soft. The butler service is attentive 🐮. It's both stylish and comfortable – highly recommended!

Our stay in the twin room was great overall. The room was clean and bright, and both beds were very comfortable, making it perfect for traveling with a companion. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they were always quick to respond to any needs, attentive to every little detail, and maintained a perfect balance without being intrusive. We were very satisfied with the entire check-in experience, and staying here made our trip stress-free. The breakfast was quite rich, the room was very comfortable, and the hotel even offered parent-child DIY activities. Our child enjoyed dyeing and creating several silk scarves, which was very meaningful! The location is also excellent, close to Taikoo Li. Thumbs up! 👍

The room was spacious and tidy, consistent with Marriott's usual quality. The mattress had just the right firmness. The room faced the Financial District's twin towers, offering an incredibly expansive view through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. I could lie in bed and watch the city's nightscape – it was a fantastic experience!

The coziest of hotels located very well within Chengdu. We had the pleasure of receiving the most wonderful service, as well as tips and recommendations from Arnold and the rest of the lovely staff at Grey Parrot. Without all of this, our trip to Chengdu would not have been nearly as nice. Thank you so much!🤠 The café/bar adjacent to the hotel serves great coffee, drinks and cake! And we also got the loveliest little farewell gifts. If you are ever in Chengdu, you should really consider staying at Grey Parrot.🐼

The hotel is not far from Huashuiwan Hot Spring Town, built by the roadside, making parking convenient with a dedicated underground parking garage. There are two accommodation buildings. The price is a bit high, but the environment is quite good, though there's not much to explore in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, although the walls were a bit dirty. The hot springs are great, with about 10 pools built along the river, plus a sauna room. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the facilities are complete. Breakfast was very rich with a wide variety of options. The jam tasted homemade, which was a pleasant surprise – they even provided a butter knife, which many larger hotels don't! It would be a pretty good deal if the price were under 500.

The room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

Great room for families. Living room, dining, kitchen, full sized fridge, laundry, and 2 bathrooms. Better than some apartments. Only issue was the windows didn't fully close so the small gap let rain drip in one night. Location near to Global centre, SKP. Mall and plaza downstairs is convenient and pretty chill compared to the rest of Chengdu which was nice after staying in some busier parts.

This summer, I brought my family to stay at this hotel. It's located right next to Tianfu Square in the city center, making it super convenient to get anywhere. You can easily transfer between Metro Lines 1 and 2. Although it's an older hotel, the service is excellent. Before check-in, the hotel concierge contacted me in advance and arranged the room. During our stay, they also recommended local Chengdu specialties and must-visit spots. They even offered a late check-out for me, which was very thoughtful. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Taikoo Li, IFS, and Wenshu Monastery. The Sichuan Science and Technology Museum is right next door. There are also many local Sichuan restaurants and hot pot places nearby. The hotel breakfast on the 25th floor is incredibly rich, with specialty noodles, freshly squeezed juice, and freshly ground coffee. The cupcakes are highly recommended – they have a rich butter and egg flavor. In the evening, we enjoyed champagne and delicious black truffle fries at the executive lounge. Leon, the manager who checked us in, was incredibly patient and responsible. Knowing that our trip was all about local food, he recommended many dishes, and none of them disappointed. He even actively and enthusiastically helped us find local peppercorns and chili, which wasn't even part of his job! Many thanks again!!!!

The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was good. The bathroom was large, and I could watch variety shows on the TV. The hot water was excellent, making it easy to wash up. It's right across the street from the East Station. The only downsides were that only one of the four charging ports by the bed worked, and the bathroom fan button was broken, so it wouldn't turn off and I had to listen to it hum all night. The window also got stuck after I opened it for ventilation, but a staff member helped me close it, and they were very kind. You could see the railway tracks outside the window. At night, I could hear the train announcements, but it was tolerable, just a few occasional sounds. Overall, it offered good value for money, especially being so close to the train station, which saved a lot of time and effort. It's convenient for traveling as you don't have to bother with luggage, since the hotel is right next to the train station.
