MM571663****Overall, it was a good stay. The front desk lady even helped me with my luggage to the room and gave an introduction during check-in. The whole room is smart. There were also many breakfast options. The lady at check-out even gave a souvenir. The downsides are that the hairdryer automatically stops if it overheats, and there's no place to hang clothes in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient. I hope the hotel can improve these two points, as everything else was almost perfect.

AAnonymous UserThe service attitude is super good. I am very satisfied. The front desk staff is super good. I like the bar environment very much. I go there almost every night. The price of cocktails is a bit expensive. It is about the same as the pricing level in Shanghai. The hotel corridor looks very ordinary. The room is generally very good and clean. The location of Huapaifang is very convenient. Wenjiaxiang and other places nearby can feel the atmosphere of the old community in Chengdu. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I like it very much. I spent a wonderful May Day holiday!

GGuest UserWe traveled as a group of three and chose the two-story bedroom. The location was very convenient — from Chengdu, we got off at Lidui Park Station, which is connected to the famous Bear Selfie spot. As soon as you exit the station, you’ll see the building shown in the photo, and the accommodation is on the 2nd floor of that building.
The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The only small downside is that there is no elevator, so we had to walk up to the room. However, the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated.
Upon check-out, we also received a small souvenir from the accommodation. If we have the chance to return, we would definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is very convenient as well, with restaurants, clothing shops, and convenience stores all nearby.

MM334252****This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with tons of great restaurants and malls nearby. It made getting around and finding food incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly all night long. The front desk service was warm and professional; check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems. Every detail showed how much they cared. The value for money is just incredible. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

GGoMan21First, the hotel signage name hasn't changed. Tell the taxi driver ”XIPU- HIDDEN CULTURE HOTEL” and you'll be confused. The original name was ”JIANGUO HIDDEN HOTEL /”. Second, you have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, walk to the restaurant, and then take the elevator again to your room... I met an old Chinese man who blocked my way to my room... The advantage is that it's not far from the IFS building.

The elevator requires a key card to access your floor, which is great for keeping out unauthorized people. The room was really clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. I'm really satisfied!

It's in a prime location with easy access, and the room's work area is well-designed with comfortable chairs that make long hours at the desk a breeze. The internet is stable and lag-free. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding is soft and conducive to sleep. The service team proactively offered local guides and taxi services, and printing documents was super fast. While there's no mini-fridge, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. Five stars! The front desk lady provided excellent service, offering a coffee voucher with three choices. There's also a robot in the lobby that delivers food to rooms, and the concierge service is available 24/7. Highly recommend!

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
