EEmily.NPower Stone Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley) is one of the most comfortable and beautiful hotel we have ever stayed so far except for one: the noise of construction besides the hotel. But got to say the noise only affected us on the day we checked in at 10am after a red eye flight. I did not even hear any noise for the rest of the stay since we went out in the morning and return in the evening.
The hotel is hidden away from the main road but walkable. Feels like a little paradise away from the world. It uses smart home technology in the room - to draw curtains, to on/off the lights, to on/off the television, even to ask about time, weather, date, day etc. Quite fun to give instructions to 小石. The room is clean, with convenient layout and with amenities that we should have. The hotel also provides complimentary snacks for afternoon (6 types per room) and wearing hanfu experience. There’s also a 古琴performance from 5:30 to 8:00 in the hotel compound.
The hotel staff are also the friendliest and most helpful. Check in and out was very smooth. Initially they offered us rooms at level 2 but as the rooms are next to the construction site, they offered to change our rooms to level 6. Fast response from staff to all our requests made through the chatgroup.
The hotel has a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. One unknown fact we got to know was that the staff on the first shift each day would disinfect the washers and dryers. Provided assurance that our clothes would be clean.
Overall, it has been a great stay for me and my mum. I would love to come back again.

GGuest UserWe traveled as a group of three and chose the two-story bedroom. The location was very convenient — from Chengdu, we got off at Lidui Park Station, which is connected to the famous Bear Selfie spot. As soon as you exit the station, you’ll see the building shown in the photo, and the accommodation is on the 2nd floor of that building.
The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The only small downside is that there is no elevator, so we had to walk up to the room. However, the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated.
Upon check-out, we also received a small souvenir from the accommodation. If we have the chance to return, we would definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is very convenient as well, with restaurants, clothing shops, and convenience stores all nearby.

AAnonymous UserLocated on the East Third Section of the First Ring Road, the hotel boasts a very convenient location for both subway and taxi travel. I must say, their facilities are excellent. The water pressure for showers is fantastic, making for a really comfortable hot shower. The smart toilet is a convenient and hygienic touch, and the entire bathroom was spotless. The curtains are also automatic. Chengdu has been sunny these past few days, and the view from the room looks so warm and inviting. Overall, great views!
Service: The service was also excellent. From the moment we walked in, someone helped with our luggage and offered hot tea. I was very satisfied with the check-in process.

After checking in, they offered complimentary ice cream and afternoon tea, which made us decide to stay an extra night. We absolutely loved our stay! The kids particularly enjoyed the ice cream from the front desk. Upon checkout, we even received a cute little panda as a gift. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, served on the third and fourth floors, and the facilities were excellent. They even have a robot that delivers food directly to your room when you order takeout!

MM321187****Our whole family was incredibly impressed with our stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, Victor's warm welcome made us feel right at home. He not only meticulously helped us with our luggage but also patiently answered all our questions about local attractions, making us feel genuinely cared for.
Our butler, Victor, provided professional service that added so much convenience to our vacation. Whether it was planning our itinerary, recommending restaurants, or daily communication, he consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism. What truly stood out was Victor's attention to detail, which made us feel incredibly well looked after.
The entire resort was clean, tidy, and well-organized. The sectional design ensured that guests with different needs could find their perfect space. Although the room facilities were standard, they were exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, giving us peace of mind during our stay. The hot spring pools had very clean water, and the anti-slip measures on the ground were excellent, making the hot spring experience both enjoyable and safe.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the Chinese dishes were authentic and delicious. While the Western options tasted good, they could be a bit more refined to be perfect. The kids' play area was a bit dimly lit in the morning; adding more lighting would make it more enjoyable for children. The river boating was a huge hit with the kids, and we suggest providing life vests for them to ensure safety during water activities, as children's safety should always be the top priority.
The hotel's car-to-room access design was a blessing for families with elderly members and children, significantly reducing the hassle of carrying luggage. We recommend implementing a one-car-per-room policy and clearly marking room numbers on the ground for parking. This would prevent multiple cars from occupying spaces and ensure a better experience for all guests.
Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the environment. We look forward to returning and hope the hotel continues to maintain its high standard of service quality.

LLuguocDArrived at the hotel quite late, but it's super convenient, just across the road from Niulangmiao H2 exit. The elevator requires a key card to access your floor, which is great for keeping out unauthorized people. The room was really clean and tidy, and the price was very reasonable. I'm really satisfied!

It's in a prime location with easy access, and the room's work area is well-designed with comfortable chairs that make long hours at the desk a breeze. The internet is stable and lag-free. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding is soft and conducive to sleep. The service team proactively offered local guides and taxi services, and printing documents was super fast. While there's no mini-fridge, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. Five stars! The front desk lady provided excellent service, offering a coffee voucher with three choices. There's also a robot in the lobby that delivers food to rooms, and the concierge service is available 24/7. Highly recommend!

MM2crmc3cs****Tianfu Airport pickup service: Tianfu is really far away, but as soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the driver. The service was warm and thoughtful, and I really appreciate it.
In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us.
The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.

郭郭双双Room is pretty small with no window is not recommended because the period I visited cannot turn on the air conditioner so it’s very uncomfortable. If possible I suggest to request for the corner room so it is a little bigger.
But the location is superb, very closed to IFS, easy to reach by foot and there is very convenient to call the didi in front of the hotel.
