"The check in process was very smooth, i saw a kiosk at the lobby where you can input ur booking number and the key card will dispense out. I opted to go to the front desk as i wanted to check in early and only paid 10000 Won for an hour early check in. The place is neat and clean, heating works well and everything is provided for. There are convenient stores nearby and a 2 dweji gukbap stores just on the same street. song jeong beach is just a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Overall, i had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay at the first ocean Songjeong👍🏻🙂↕️"

"Size just nice for 2 pax. Very clean after the new reno. What impressed me was that there was a big fridge & cuckoo water dispenser with temperature in the room, Nice LG Aircon and LG washing machine (But not allowed to use washing machine) maybe that's a different booking price. Near the biff square, Downstairs is very lively no matter day or night, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. But if are afraid of noise, remember to request a high floor. Subway Line 1 is just a few steps away. What we don't like is the smell of seafood is unpleasant every day when I pass by downstairs. The elevator is old and does not use the resident authentication card system."

"The hotel was in an amazing location, the entrance of the hotel is down a laneway behind a coffee shop, there was a small sign out the front of the door which is easily missable if a car is parked in front of the hotel. Self check in was a relatively smooth experience. Overall fantastic, next trip to Korea I'll be staying in this chain of hotels."

"First of all, I've got to say, the view from the balcony was stunning!! Super love the Gwangan bridge view 😍😍😍 Room itself was very clean..Hotel was responsive and helpful when I ask if I can check out a little bit late and managed to extend check out time by 2 hours for extra 20,000 won..Only a 10mins walk or so from Geumnyeonsan Station if you are coming from the airport but no steep hills need to be negotiated..Overall, was a very very pleasant stay..좋은방 고맙습니다"

"The room is overall alright except for the bathroom. It is rather small & no separator between the toilet & shower area causing the whole place to be so wet even the toilet cover was wet when I was already very mindful when showering. No place to put your clothes as there is only 1 small hook, and your clothes will get wet. I hope that the hotel will improve the bathroom by placing additional towel rack on top of the toilet seat, so that I do not have to brave the cold to retrieve my toilet outside the bathroom! The towel rack will allow us the place our clothes & towel in the bathroom. Please consider."

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything. The room was clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. There was an issue with the airtight windows, making the room a bit cold, but the front desk immediately taped them up as a temporary fix. It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which might feel a bit far if you have luggage. The surrounding commercial area is lively, especially at night with lots of people, and there are plenty of convenient dining options."

"Location: It's in the same building as the Grab the Beach Hotel, only about 100-200 meters from the Fairfield. When my taxi couldn't pinpoint the location, I'd just set it for the Fairfield. View: If you want to watch the sunrise directly from your bed, this hotel is unbeatable. I think the view is even better than the Fairfield because this building faces directly east. Layout: Overall, it was better than I expected. Although the room isn't huge, the different areas are well-organized and comprehensive, with a wardrobe and a small fridge. The table and chairs are indoors, but I imagine you could easily move them to the balcony in the summer. It was too cold for that in the winter. The bathroom layout is very practical. However, the vanity area doesn't have a door and is quite close to the main entrance, so you need to be mindful of privacy. They've thoughtfully placed a reminder sticker about this. Cleanliness: It was clean. But the balcony glass wasn't clean😭 I even braved the cold early in the morning to try and wipe it down so I could photograph the sunrise from inside. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this in the future, then it would be perfect. Service: I was a bit anxious before checking in because the entire process, from check-in to check-out, is self-service. The emails were only in Korean and English, and if you wanted to book additional items, the interface was only in Korean, which was quite inconvenient. In the end, I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel provided facial cleanser, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Remember to confirm your check-in online via email before arrival; the room door code will be sent to your email 3-5 hours before check-in time. The card you receive upon check-in is only for operating the elevator. For check-out, just drop the card into the box at the self check-in counter. "A hard place to find on the 3rd floor of a building, views on the website of the beach did not match our room, our view was a brick wall, need to pay more for a beachside room. The bed was average and our room was not value for money."
