"The hostel was lovely lots of amenities for everyone but, the highlight for the stay was the staff. They were superb! On my first night I was staying in a private room and I wasn’t too pleased based on the ladder as it was in an odd angle and very challenging to get down. The staff members including Grace, very sympathetic and understanding and helped me move into a cosy cabin during the rest of my stay. Great price, fantastic service and hospitality. Worth every single penny for staying in Busan."

"Close to the airport, and the reception service was very friendly. The price is a bit cheaper; an Uber cost about 40 yuan. Just a heads up, Gimpo Airport has separate domestic and international terminals. For domestic flights, electronic boarding passes are super convenient."

"Trip.com had a mismatch with this booking and I stayed at Hyoi Stay Busan Songdo. It's the same hotel as they said, just a different name. It's also the same building and room type was identical. So my review is for Hyoi Stay. Great hotel, new, very clean room with a washing machine and a dryer. Location is also great, view from the room was beautiful. Hotel is like airbnb, room also had a kitchen and a balcony. Very helpful and nice manager met me near entrance of the building to help find the office on 3rd floor to check-in. Now, if you don't have a car and don't use taxi, be careful as the walk from the bus stop is going downhill and if you have a heavy bag coming back up can be hard. Even with this it's only 10 minutes walk from bus stop. Overall 5/5 loved it, would gladly stay again."

"Boasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests. We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. "We loved the hotel for its location, cross the road and enjoy the see. The location is great in general. Underground is just 10 minutes in foot, bus station is even less, there are a lot shops, cafes, restaurants not far from the hotel. Our room was pretty clean and big, there was a cooker, fridge, the washer/ dryer and we were given an iron. Unfortunately, toothpaste and toothbrushes one has to buy themselves and the check-in is after 3pm but there aren't many hotels where one can find earlier check-in. So, if you arrive after 3om and would like to enjoy the sea without spending hours getting there, we definitely recommend the hotel."

"We paid extra for a high-floor room with a sea view. In the morning, when the curtains were opened, the sunlight was truly beautiful. At night, the city lights and the illuminated decorations on the beach were equally stunning. For first-time visitors to Haeundae, I highly recommend this accommodation. Right downstairs (at the elevator exit), there are two major convenience stores (CU and GS25). A few more steps lead you to a currency exchange, a Starbucks on the corner, and the Haeundae Night Market. The beach is just across the road. In the morning, a 15-20 minute walk along the beach will take you to Mipo Station, where you can find salt bread, the Haeundae Blueline Park (Sky Capsule), and the Haeundae Sky Luge. The location is incredibly convenient and not expensive. Just a note on check-in: you take the elevator from the 1st floor to the 4th floor, then transfer to another elevator to the 6th floor for check-in. After that, the hotel will direct you to your room floor. Finally, a minor drawback: the soundproofing really needs improvement. Since it's in a busy area, we stayed for two nights and were startled awake by the sounds of cars downstairs just as we were falling asleep (and we were on the 21st floor!). However, overall, the price, transportation, and location are all very convenient. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Busan. 🤍"

"I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting."

"Traveled with my parents for a couple of days. Friendly English speaking staff, clean rooms, free water at the first floor and even kitchen with free snacks. What else do you need? For me it’s an ideal quality/ quantity ratio. Definitely recommend it to the others"

"The location is strategic, near to restaurants and convenient store. Need to deal with hotel staff thru WhatsApp. It did have me a good impression where they will WhatsApp you to share info. before your staying. However, I was not satisfied as no reply was received when raised issue to them. The bed is not clean as we found hairs on the first day. And I feel itchy when I covered using their blanket. However, they did provided room cleaning service everyday. It’s located at the roadside so it’s not advisable for light sleepers. In overall is ok but I will not going to revisit again."
