I booked this place over a month in advance, and it has a lovely modern-retro vibe, very cozy. The shower and toilet are separate, and it even comes with a Dyson hairdryer. The room feels different from a typical hotel room. On the ground floor is a coffee shop owned by the same person, which closes at 9 PM. You can use your card to enter and exit through the side door. Upon check-in, you get two complimentary Americanos (you can swap them for other drinks by paying the difference). It's very convenient if you're visiting Yeongdo, though it's a bit far from Gwangalli and Haeundae. Little surprises: 1. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc., are provided. 2. The mini-fridge drinks and snacks are free. 3. A handwritten note and a creative cultural souvenir are gifted. Amenities: Convenience store: Across from the coffee shop. Shopping: Nampo-dong Walking Street, Lotte Department Store, Olive Young, etc. (10-minute walk). Restaurants: Many dining options nearby, and the owner also provides recommendations – check the check-in guide. Minor regrets: 1. The bed frame has sharp corners, and due to its placement, it's easy to accidentally bump into it. You need to be mindful of your walking path. 2. The separate shower room has no place to put clothes. I booked Room 2 this time; I wonder if other room types have a better layout. This place is very relaxing, perfect for a two-day getaway to clear your mind. The owner is also very enthusiastic. Afterwards, you can switch to another hotel in Haeundae or Gwangalli to enjoy the sea, explore attractions, and go shopping.

The location is ideal, situated within close proximity to Shinsegae mall and the subway station. The hotel reception is located on the ground floor and is notably small, sharing the space with another hotel operator. There is also no drop off or pick up point which is inconvenient for guests arriving with luggage. The room (loft unit)was adequate but I would not recommend it to guests who difficulty climbing stairs to mezzanine level and the headroom is particularly low, making it impossible to stand up. Additionally, no mattress is provided on the mezzanine level- only futon, which was too thin to sleep on comfortably. This resulted in significant discomfort and back pain. Requests for an extra futon & pillow were also subject to additional charges, which was disappointing.

Always stay here when in Busan . I love it so much . Staff is always super helpful . Amazing hotel near all the hot spots and there is the Haeundae traditional market opposite E hotel you can buy traditional snacks at the market ! And alot of Kbbq restaurant near the hotel and its nee the beach

The room was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering sea and mountain views from the window. It's only a 10-minute walk to the beach, and there are five convenience stores and many restaurants and bakeries nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient.

Overall, I was very satisfied. However, after I got my room card and went to my room, I found the door wide open. This was a bit disappointing. It made me think that people other than the person who booked the room could easily go in and out. Aside from that, there's nothing else that really comes to mind. The water pressure was good, and the bed was comfortable. The soundproofing was also decent, but the open door just bothered me. I don't understand why it was left open. It made me feel like I had to check every corner of the room when I entered. I hope this can be improved. Plus, you can freely access the room floors without a card, which makes it easy for non-guests to wander around.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the amazing sea view from the room. Waking up and seeing the ocean was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights at this property with our family in August. This hotel located very close to the beach and it took us only a few mins of walk. The room was very spacious with two separate bedrooms, extra space for 4 big suitcases, little living room and kitchen was big enough but there were no utensils, cups or cooking pots. A couple convenient stores down the street saved us with breakfast. The room was not that clean but we got washer and dryer in the room which was super nice and convenient. The staffs were not that friendly at the front desk. It's a definitely budget-friendly hotel but I do not recommend for family.

Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

Good location , closed to train station, nearby shopping area - Lotte Mall, Daiso and lots of eateries nearby. New hotel but room & shower room (not shower curtain so floor always wet after shower) slightly small . TV not working properly, volume not working. No free water refill.

Stayed here with 3 friends. I was a bit worried because of the many negative reviews, but when we actually stayed, the room was very spacious, cleanly swept, and there were no unpleasant odors, so we had a comfortable stay. The downsides were that there were only face towels and no bath mat. Also, after check-out at 11 AM, the elevators were quite crowded, and it took a while to get on. If you're in a hurry, I recommend allowing extra time for check-out. Overall, it was a more comfortable stay than I expected, and I'm glad we chose this place.
