GGuest UserStayed at Grand Josun Busan and really enjoyed the experience. The beachfront location is unbeatable, with direct access to Haeundae Beach and amazing ocean views from the room. The room felt spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool and facilities were well maintained and added to the relaxing vibe. Service was attentive and smooth throughout the stay. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and slightly more upscale stay in Busan.

QQingdaopijiutianxiadiyiThe best hotel in Busan! The ocean view rooms offer endless spectacular scenery! Gwangan Bridge stretches across Gwangalli Beach like a giant dragon! To the east, there's Dongbaek Island, and further east is Haeundae Beach, the number one beach in South Korea!
The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are top-notch! Room service is also good.
However, I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at check-in! I had booked a deluxe high-floor ocean view room for two nights and three days. The front desk staff assigned me the 10th floor. I requested a higher floor, and he said it would cost an additional 22,000 Korean Won. The hotel has 32 floors in total, and for a high-floor ocean view room that I booked, giving me the 10th floor felt like taking advantage of foreigners, didn't it? In the end, I had to pay extra to get moved to the 19th floor!

Jjessie830728The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from Haeundae Beach. Getting here is easy: just get off at the Haeundae Beach Entrance stop for the airport bus, walk straight, and it's right there on the opposite side of the road.
The ground floor has a 7-Eleven, and if you go out the back door, you're right on Haeundae Walking Street, surrounded by restaurants. The location is excellent.
It's about a 7-8 minute walk to Haeundae subway station.
The hotel itself is relatively new and very clean. The rooftop infinity pool is heated, which is a nice touch.
There's also free self-service luggage storage on the third floor.
Highly recommended!

GGuest UserBoasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests.
We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us.
A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. They are truly a class act!”

TTYLER GOH“The stay was very enjoyable from start to finish. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the view — it was beautiful and made the stay even more relaxing, especially during sunrise and at night.
The amenities provided were complete and of good quality, which made everything convenient and hassle-free. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy throughout the stay.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would consider staying here again in the future.”

TTravaholicThis apartment is beautiful, offering a great room size for two individuals, complete with a balcony that provides ample space for luggage. We appreciate the heated floor, bright rooms, and the generously sized refrigerator with a freezer. While the kitchen utensils are simple, we noted the absence of certain amenities such as garbage bags, a dish sponge, a broom, or a dustpan. Additionally, the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned, as there were residual marks from previous guests in the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, the location is excellent, being only a five-minute walk to Haeundae beach and an eight-minute walk to the city center.

GGuest UserThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient.
I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

GGuest UserThe facilities were good! However, the older gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was incredibly unfriendly. Then, when I tried to fill the bathtub for an evening soak, there was no hot water. When I called, they said they had just turned up the temperature and it would take 2-3 hours to heat up! Shouldn't they have pre-heated it if a stay was booked? The floor heating wasn't working, and I couldn't use the regular heater because there was mold inside. The older gentleman, who I assume was the manager at the front desk, was truly unfriendly!!

PPinky DerpsOverall it was clean but there were some clumps of hair in the little hallway and bathroom.
I loved the location, it was super close to the beach and all other activities were within walking distance.
It was my own mistake that I didn't realize how far it was from the station and Naver keeps recommending to take the bus. If you have luggage, for your own sanity please take the metro!
