Amazing
HHuangguaweideqingjiaoWhen I booked, I mentioned it was my child's birthday on the check-in day. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a small cake and a birthday hat. The staff even came up to take photos and gave us a polaroid. There's a side gate that leads to the beach. The weather was quite gloomy during our stay, and it even thundered and rained on the second day, so we didn't get any good photos, but it was nice and cool. The outdoor pool is heated, so you don't have to worry about getting cold.

MMeiduocao【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

LliurenrenI specifically chose this hotel for the BTS concert because of its excellent location. From my room, I could even see the capsule train, and the ocean view from the sea-facing room was truly unique. The front desk and concierge staff were very welcoming and even helped us arrange a taxi. They also offer 24-hour room service, which was a lifesaver when I got back to the hotel late at night after the concert, tired and hungry – and the food was delicious! While the executive lounge didn't have a huge selection of food, it was perfect for a quick rest. If only the breakfast had more variety, it would have been absolutely perfect. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Busan.

GGuest UserThe room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use.

BBEN2The location is fantastic! Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find a bustling commercial street, a relaxing beach, as well as bus and subway stations. You can take subway line 2 just three stops to get to the largest Shinsegae Department Store. You can also head to East Busan to visit Lotte Outlets, the largest in Korea, which also has a Lotte Mart with great value for money – perfect for buying souvenirs. On the way back, take bus 1001, which uses a dedicated bus lane, making it faster than a taxi. Downstairs, there's a bakery and a convenience store, but be aware the bakery only accepts cash.

EExpatI really like this hotel. The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes. there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan. The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop. The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development. the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well. I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

JJenCaiIt’s such a beautiful hotel. Every view is aesthetic to the eyes. If one like to spend some time relaxing and have some quiet moments, here’s the place. It’s 20mins car ride to haeundae beach. The breakfast is expensive so we didn’t try. There is a 24hours shop that sells cup noodles etc. if walk nearby there’s lots of eateries from 11am onwards. Or you can either walk out to lottee mart or premium outlets. (About 20mins walk or 5mins car ride)

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! Downstairs, there are many seafood stir-fry restaurants, and it's just a straight walk to Nampo-dong Street, which is where I wanted to go, so no getting lost. One street is bustling, and the other is more local. You can find everything you want to buy there, the only problem is not having enough money! It's also only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The room rate is very reasonable, and best of all, the hotel always smells so nice and comforting.

CCalvin TscIf you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

GGuest UserAbsolutely stunning sea view room! The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's quite lively at night. It's also not far from the bus stop. Gwangan Bridge is right outside the door. For South Korea, the value for money here is truly exceptional.
