Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel was nothing short of a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, my kids were reluctant to leave, iand by the end of our stay, they were begging to stay longer! The location is perfect, making it incredibly convenient to explore the beautiful surrounding sights. One of the highlights of our stay was the attentive and welcoming staff. Their hospitality truly stood out, and I must mention they were quite easy on the eyes too! The outdoor pool area was simply dreamy, and the hotel also boasts three indoor pools complete with jacuzzis, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Safety is always a priority, especially when traveling with children, and this hotel excelled in that regard. The presence of diligent and friendly lifeguards gave us peace of mind, allowing our kids to swim independently without any worry. In all honesty, there wasn't a single aspect of the hotel we could find fault with. It provided us with everything we could hope for in a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

YYizhitiantiandesweetFacilities: Very comprehensive, and soundproofing is quite good. Cleanliness: Much better than expected. Environment: Very close to the subway station, with a commercial street right downstairs. It's also near the capsule monorail, within walking distance. Service: The front desk staff can speak English, so communication is easy. Also, I highly recommend the BBQ restaurant next to the optical shop downstairs.

QQingdaopijiutianxiadiyiThe best hotel in Busan! The ocean view rooms offer endless spectacular scenery! Gwangan Bridge stretches across Gwangalli Beach like a giant dragon! To the east, there's Dongbaek Island, and further east is Haeundae Beach, the number one beach in South Korea! The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are top-notch! Room service is also good. However, I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at check-in! I had booked a deluxe high-floor ocean view room for two nights and three days. The front desk staff assigned me the 10th floor. I requested a higher floor, and he said it would cost an additional 22,000 Korean Won. The hotel has 32 floors in total, and for a high-floor ocean view room that I booked, giving me the 10th floor felt like taking advantage of foreigners, didn't it? In the end, I had to pay extra to get moved to the 19th floor!

AAnonymous UserStayed three nights in Busan. The hotel is right next to Mipo Station for the Capsule Train, and close to Busan X the SKY observatory. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, so the location is pretty good. My main complaint is about the hotel service. My Visa card couldn't be pre-authorized when I checked in, and I didn't have enough cash for the deposit. I explained to the front desk that I definitely wouldn't be touching the mini-bar. But when we got to the room, a housekeeper came in front of us, took a huge bag, and packed all the mini-bar items into it and took them away. Seriously, it was like we were thieves! Honestly, I've stayed in many luxury hotels all over the world, and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this. I will definitely not be staying here again.

EExpatI really like this hotel. The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes. there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan. The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop. The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development. the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well. I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

AahmadegardenThe seaview room I had was good and not blocked by any buildings. But the another room I booked was partially blocked. Location is good right at the downtown of haeundae. Cleanliness is ok, water pressure is good. Breakfast is not as good as what others reviewed. 3 days same menu no changes. Not worth it in my opinion. Other than that, nothing to complain.

GGuest UserLocation and view are amazing, unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews in relation to everything else. The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated. Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room. The toilet flush didn’t work, the bathroom smelled strong of sewerage and the aircon also didn’t work at all. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range.

GGuest UserThe facilities were good! However, the older gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was incredibly unfriendly. Then, when I tried to fill the bathtub for an evening soak, there was no hot water. When I called, they said they had just turned up the temperature and it would take 2-3 hours to heat up! Shouldn't they have pre-heated it if a stay was booked? The floor heating wasn't working, and I couldn't use the regular heater because there was mold inside. The older gentleman, who I assume was the manager at the front desk, was truly unfriendly!!

SSarayoot TangjitpaewThe accommodation is great — nice room, soft and comfortable bed. It’s not too far from Haeundae Beach, though you do need to walk a bit. Overall, it’s very good value for money and absolutely worth the price.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, the room is clean. Not much to say on the hotel. That is five star for me. For this reason I will focus my review on the “extra” services. Very good the presence of the rooftop pool, they have two pools. The big one had cold water (too cold to be used) and the small one had hot water. They also have a small gym in the basement, good idea. There is a laundry room but the washing machine was broken (that is what they told me) I also want to mention the bar they have inside the hotel (GROTTO bar). The barman is very nice, very professional. The drink were very well made. BUT I was really annoyed by the menu. In every korean business you can see full prices (like 4500 won) or prices divided by 1000 (e.g. 4500 -> 4.5 ). At grotto bar, the prices of the drinks are listed as “1.6”, so I thought 1.6 = 1600 won. I know it is veeeery cheap, but I also thought it was a way to offer a service to the hotel, with very cheap drink prices. At the end, when I paid I found out that 1.6 was equal to 16.000 and not 1600 like any other shop in korea. Why can’t you just write “16” on the menu? I find this almost like a way to “scam” customers. I find no logic, why would you write 1.6 and expect the person who buys the drink multiplies by 10.000 while ANY other korean business always multiplies by 1000. Just fix this, it is total non sense, very unprofessional.
