This is undoubtedly the top choice for luxury stays in Haeundae, Busan. Our entire experience was perfect, and traveling with kids here filled us with happiness! The hotel building is an iconic sail-shaped glass structure. Stepping into the 30th-floor lobby, we were immediately captivated by the panoramic ocean views. The check-in staff were gentle and attentive, and their English communication was flawless. Upon learning we were traveling with children, they proactively offered kids' toiletries, a truly thoughtful detail. We booked a sea-view room, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the ocean and Gwangan Bridge. We enjoyed breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and the stunning bridge nightscape. The room featured Park Hyatt's signature minimalist yet luxurious style, with hardwood floors and a spacious granite bathroom. The bathtub offered direct ocean views, making a soak while gazing at the sea the perfect cure for travel fatigue. The bedding was soft and quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring our child's nap was undisturbed. The walk-in closet provided ample storage space for luggage and children's toys. The breakfast view was spectacular, offering a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and Korean dishes. The Korean seafood porridge, freshly made omelets, and local pastries were all fresh and delicious. Dining by the window with ocean views created an amazing ambiance. The heated indoor pool was clean and uncrowded, with a comfortable water temperature, perfect for kids to enjoy. The gym was well-equipped, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is superb, right below the marina and yacht area. It's within walking distance to The Bay 101, and a short taxi ride to Haeundae Beach and Shinsegae Department Store, making it convenient for both shopping and beach visits. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes downstairs, so daily necessities are never an issue. For anniversaries or birthdays, they even offer a small cake and a handwritten card, showcasing their warm and meticulous service. The only minor drawback is that the room rates are higher during peak season, but the views, facilities, and service perfectly match the price. This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 100-meter walk from Haeundae Beach. The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and there's a convenience store and bakery on the ground floor. Plus, you've got a McDonald's right outside and a Starbucks across the street. Lots of dining and entertainment options nearby, which is great. They have a rooftop pool, and on the 5th floor, there's a gym and laundry facilities. Just a heads up, the laundry is an extra charge, unlike what you might expect in China. The room was generally clean, with a similar decor style to an Atour hotel back home. We booked a room with a side sea view, and it was lovely to relax on the sofa and see the ocean. However, the front desk service wasn't great. They accused us of having cigarette butts in our room, even though none of us smoke. They just made baseless accusations without any proof, so their service definitely needs improvement.

The room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices! The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area. The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!

It's very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk. The room is a bit small, and laundry service is quite expensive, more so than other hotels. There's a front desk staff member who speaks Chinese, which is very convenient.

One of the best hotel views in Busan. Waking up to the ocean and seeing the Gwangan Bridge light up at night was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, with the beach, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. 🌉✨

Im a first timer in busan, saw a travel blog sharing this hotel location and service is great and pricing is afforable. I paid about 150 per night for double room (for 2pax). Encounter quite a few issues but because one of the staff (a young man) his service is the best there and it provide me some comfort. 1) bath towel shortage I was given face towel x2 as a replacement for bath towel. I only know this after i ask on the 2nd day. I also mentioned there were no bottle drinks replaced. So when someone come over and pass me, he told me no more bath towel and gave me 2 x face towel and a semi wet bath towel. Then he wanted to come in and see if i lied about the mineral water. When he open the fridge he saw the drinks (3 bottled) and say there is drink but these were yesterday ones and i asked for 1 only. From what i see, when they come in clean the room, of the room still have water and towel they will not replace or they will replace half? 2) staff being rude There was this guy, probably middle age i encounter him on 4 Apr night time, i went to inform no bath towel on the 1st day. The room only had 1 bath towel and 4x face towel. So counter dont know of the towel shortage. He give me a unhappy face and ask me ”so”, ”what you want”... im speechless and i dont want to spoil my holiday mood. I told him i will comw later to get and he says 1st come 1st serve he dont have so many at the counter. :( 3) no aircon This seems to be a norm for most hotel during cold season. So i had to open rhe balcony door and it was noisy. Anyway i will not come back to this hotel to stay but i must say the location is great. Just beside the traditional market and the stretch has loads of restuarant.

Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

The location is fantastic! Downstairs, there are many seafood stir-fry restaurants, and it's just a straight walk to Nampo-dong Street, which is where I wanted to go, so no getting lost. One street is bustling, and the other is more local. You can find everything you want to buy there, the only problem is not having enough money! It's also only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The room rate is very reasonable, and best of all, the hotel always smells so nice and comforting.

The hotel is beautiful, and it's very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the sea when the weather is good. The room is also quite spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, it's really far out and public transport isn't very convenient; you'll mostly rely on taxis. Also, note that toothbrushes and slippers are not provided.

Because of our flight arrive in the morning around 8am and directly to the hotel, hotel did provide luggage store for free, besides we also able to early check in around 1pm instead of 3pm. thank u for your service
