Busan Beach Hotels

Stayed four nights in this hotel. Location is good with a pretty view of the sea. Loved that they changed our slippers daily without prompting. However, on one of the days we requested for change of bed linens only to find out that it wasn’t changed. front desk was kind of rude to my mother when she tried to borrow an umbrella. Otherwise no much interaction with their staff. All in all a satisfactory stay, especially considering the hotel is still relatively new.

Everything about the hotel was good but unfortunately, my business schedule was badly impacted because Trip.com super last minute informed me that out of the 4 nights I had pre-book and prepaid, only 2 nights were available. They have to transfer me to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights. I have to check out by 12 noon and can't check in at the other hotel till 3pm.

Thanks to the best location, facilities, and service, our family had a really happy time! The bedding was so clean and the room was spacious, so it was perfect for relieving fatigue and sleeping soundly on our first backpacking trip with a child! I was a little nervous after reading a review that said the elevator was too crowded and took a long time, but fortunately(?) we were assigned to a low floor, so there was no major inconvenience. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean. The living room sofa was small but soft, and there were plenty of towels. Whenever I travel, I like my accommodation, but I feel a little disappointed with the bathroom storage or space, but at Lavianz, from the storage to the size of the space... I didn't feel even those minor inconveniences! However, there was a veranda in the master bedroom, but they must have forgotten it and it wasn't cleaned; and even though we requested a late checkout and received confirmation twice, someone opened the door lock at 11 o'clock and then closed the door quickly when we were surprised. Maybe you didn't receive the message, or maybe the staff was busy and confused... We didn't really use the veranda, and the door lock incident(?) was just a minor incident, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, but I'm writing this because I think it will be improved and become a better hotel if I tell them☺️ It was even better because there was no noise even though the surrounding commercial area was very well-developed! My child definitely wants to come back. He loves traveling to Busan at least once or twice a year~ Until then, he usually stayed in Gijang or Gwangalli, but thanks to Labianz, he likes Haeundae 😍 I'll definitely come back! 출장차 오데이즈 오시리아 레지던스 파셜오션 테라스 스위트 투룸에 머물렀습니다. 객실이 넓고 구조가 잘 분리되어 있어 동료와 함께 이용해도 프라이버시가 보장되어 업무에 집중하기 좋았습니다. 두 개의 침실과 욕실, 넉넉한 거실, 주방이 갖춰져 있어 장기 체류에도 불편함이 없었고, 깔끔하게 관리된 청결 상태가 인상적이었습니다. 무엇보다 체크인과 체크아웃 절차가 간편해 바쁜 일정 속에서도 시간 낭비 없이 숙소를 이용할 수 있었고, 무료 와이파이와 넓은 책상, 조용한 환경 덕분에 업무를 처리하기에 최적의 조건이었습니다. 바다 전망이 부분적으로 보여 휴식 시간에는 창밖 풍경을 감상하며 여유를 느낄 수 있었고, 숙소 내 주차장이 넓어 차량 이동도 매우 편리했습니다. 주변에 식당과 쇼핑몰, 카페 등이 가까워 식사나 간단한 미팅 장소를 찾기에도 수월했습니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 뛰어나고, 출장과 휴식을 모두 만족시켜주는 숙소로 재방문 의사가 확실히 있습니다

We were quite satisfied in general. The rooms are quite spacious and the staff was quite friendly. I would need to deduct some points, since the breakfast was not exactly as expected. We cannot recommand the breakfast (especially the western). In case you're thinking about booking the breakfast, take the Korean one.

Hotel is placed in the first line in a middle of Songdo beach. Recommend to take room with a sea view! Rooms are small but clean and nice. The only point I didn’t like were breakfast. Small choice, and no changes, each day absolutely same assortment with a few same meals. If you stay more then three days, it start to be disappointing a lot, and better go somewhere else for a breakfast. If a hotel management can fix this, it can be the best choice hotel at this area.

This was hands down the best place I’ve stayed at in Busan. The location is unbeatable—perfect for relaxing beach walks, with the shoreline just steps away. The surrounding area is filled with excellent eateries offering a wide range of local and international cuisine. While some of the restaurants and cafes can be on the pricier side, the quality and atmosphere make it worth the splurge. The overall experience—from the view, the vibe, to the convenience—was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Busan, especially if you're looking for a memorable seaside stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Josun Busan. The location is perfect—right next to Haeundae Beach, just a short walk to the sea. There’s an eMart and Starbucks on the 4th floor, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks or coffee without leaving the building Our room was spacious, bright, and quiet, with a great view from the window. The bed was soft and very comfortable—we slept really well. The only small downside was the lack of hooks for hand towels in the bathroom. Also, I was a bit surprised that the minibar in a five-star hotel only had water and Pringles; I expected a bit more variety The staff deserve special praise—everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and caring. It was a real pleasure to stay here and feel so welcome

Typical Japan hotel chain. Room is more spacious than we expected. Can still open 2 big luggages. Toilet is like cruise cabin toilet. Small but serve its purpose. Breakfast provided which is a plus and quite a good spread. Can get your own coffee, comb and facial cream etc near reception. Check out timing is earlier at 10am than usual 11am. Easy walkable to Haeundae beach and station. Will consider staying here again based on its price and bf option.

I recently stayed at the Signiel Hotel in Busan with my parents, and it was good experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—staff were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive, making sure my parents felt comfortable every step of the way. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every morning. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious with top-quality amenities. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. What really stood out for us was how thoughtful and accommodating the hotel was for family travel. We had easy access to everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—so many delicious options, both Korean and Western, with fresh ingredients and an elegant dining space. My parents especially loved the serene atmosphere and attentive service during meals. Location-wise, Signiel is perfectly situated right by Haeundae Beach, making it easy to enjoy scenic walks and explore the vibrant surroundings. If you're visiting Busan with family, especially with older parents, I can't recommend Signiel enough. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality.
