"Trip.com had a mismatch with this booking and I stayed at Hyoi Stay Busan Songdo. It's the same hotel as they said, just a different name. It's also the same building and room type was identical. So my review is for Hyoi Stay.
Great hotel, new, very clean room with a washing machine and a dryer. Location is also great, view from the room was beautiful. Hotel is like airbnb, room also had a kitchen and a balcony. Very helpful and nice manager met me near entrance of the building to help find the office on 3rd floor to check-in.
Now, if you don't have a car and don't use taxi, be careful as the walk from the bus stop is going downhill and if you have a heavy bag coming back up can be hard. Even with this it's only 10 minutes walk from bus stop.
Overall 5/5 loved it, would gladly stay again."

"The location is great – right near Haeundae subway station, just downstairs from the hotel, about a 2–3 minute walk. The front desk service is good; they can help call a taxi to the airport. Eating and shopping are very convenient as well. It would be better if the hotel provided disposable slippers – it feels more hygienic. The photo below was taken from the hotel room."

"The room size seems smaller than what was mentioned in trip.com. Aside from that everything else is perfect. The room design was nice, the toliet and shower place is separated. The room is kept warm during winter which was perfect for our stay."

Amazing
GGuest UserOverall, it was a good stay. I had emailed beforehand to request a crib, and the hotel even provided an extra bed rail for backup, which was a nice touch. Our room was on the lowest floor, and since it wasn't a sea view room anyway, the floor level didn't make a difference. The bathroom was quite spacious and convenient. The facilities were decent, though there were a few minor issues with cleanliness details. It was very windy at the hotel lobby entrance, but the concierge service was excellent; they proactively greeted and welcomed guests from morning till night, which was great.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Paradise Hotel Busan with our young children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome.
The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening.
Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day.
GGuest UserThe room on the listing looked modern and nice, but the actual room looked different and like an old motel. The room also smelled terrible like a dank and old K BBQ restaurant, likely from a poor ventilation system and the restaurant downstairs. The service was nice and friendly, you can have unlimited bottles of water, and housekeeping makes a clean bed. However the room design was bad, the bath/shower room has no door so it was freezing when we showered (it’s autumn now, imagine when it’s winter!) and the shower area has no partition or kerb on the ground, so the water flowed to the entire bathroom whenever we showered and we had to step on cold water when we needed to wash our hands or use the mirror. The only good thing was the location, very near Haeundae station and food. But overall even though the staff is friendly unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel for the price we paid
GGuest UserExcellent hostel!
The cleanliness is not perfect, but that's not a big deal.
The room has its own toilet with a SMART TOILET, Karl!!
And the view from the window!!! The sea is splashing nearby.
The kitchen has everything, the necessary equipment is available.
I highly recommend it to undemanding citizens!
GGuest UserMuch better value for money than hotels in Seoul. It's in Haeundae, a bit of a walk from the subway station, but the environment and everything else is quite nice.
MM52625****The hotel environment is excellent. Our sea-view room offered a great view of the ocean. It's about a five-minute walk to the Capsule Train and a ten-minute walk to the beach. Taxis are also very easy to get. The hotel's Southeast Asian restaurant has a beautiful ambiance.
MMitaosufaThis hotel is super convenient for concerts at BEXCO; it's just across the road! The airport bus goes straight there, and the subway is also very accessible. Downstairs, there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores, plus an Olive Young right at the intersection. It's also easy to walk to Lotte and Shinsegae. You don't even need to transfer subway lines to get to Gwangalli or Haeundae. I'll definitely stay here again!
PPang cindySunset Hotel is a nice and comfortable hotel.
The price is very reasonable, and the service is good.
The location is excellent — right in the heart of Haeundae. There are many restaurants and eateries downstairs, and the Haeundae Night Market is just nearby, making everything very convenient. The beach is right next to the hotel, only a 5-minute walk away.
The room was spacious and clean, and it even had a bathtub. My children loved it and wanted to play in the water every day.
The staff were very kind and thoughtful. They helped us book a late-night taxi for our return journey. I was short of 2,000 Korean won, and one staff member kindly paid it for me. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much — He is a very kind person.
AAnonymous UserThere was hair on the bed when I checked in, but it was too late and I was too tired to bother asking for a change of sheets. The outer room is very spacious, with a kitchen and a large multi-purpose table. The inner room has a bed and a wardrobe. Breakfast was decent. The beach is just across the road, and there's a snack street right downstairs.
GGuest UserThe location was a little hard to find, but it was within walking distance from the station. There's also a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and plenty of dining options like cafeterias, plus shopping opportunities. With so many cafes around, it's really great for tourists.
The interior was very clean, and having Netflix and a bathtub makes it especially appealing for Japanese guests. The illuminated vanity mirror was also a very convenient touch.
One thing to note is that the elevator was out of order, so those with heavy luggage should be aware. Also, the bed was a bit on the firm side. Other than that, everything was perfect!
