"A wonderful hotel right in the city center, only 400 meters from the metro. The street nearby is a bit noisy, but no sound gets into the room. It's very cozy. You can tell it's a family-run establishment. Every little detail for comfort has been thought of. I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and acquaintances."

"Let's start with the positives: The location is excellent, right in Seomyeon, surrounded by eateries, and very close to Lotte Department Store. It's a relatively new hotel. Although it's a small guesthouse, it generally smells pleasant. Now for the average points: We booked a quad room, which was very small and had no windows. It would be more suitable for two people. There's no breakfast on Sundays, and although breakfast is from 7 to 9 AM, we never tried it, so I can't comment on that. Finally, the unpleasant experience: On our last day, there was no hot water for showering. My friend had already taken off her clothes and turned on the water... We called the front desk, and they told us it was broken and we'd have to shower on another floor. It was quite frustrating that they didn't inform us beforehand. Overall, there's no real reason to recommend this place."

"We had a wonderful stay at H Avenue Haeundae for 2 days. Everything was perfect — the reception staff was kind, friendly, and able to speak English well. We also appreciated being allowed to check in shortly after arriving at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The facilities were convenient, and the hotel even provided drinks, coffee, and instant noodles. The laundry room was also very useful and well-maintained. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Standard Bread (3 minutes), Haeundae Station (10–12 minutes), Haeundae Beach, and the Blue Line Sky Capsule (20-25 minutes). I truly enjoyed the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan, and we will definitely come back again next time!"

"The room was very new and quite spacious, with plenty of room to open our luggage. The owner was very nice too. The hotel is very close to the station, and there's a Daiso, Olive Young, and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. The subway station is also a 2-minute walk away, and there are many eateries nearby, including Baskin-Robbins. Plus, there's free coffee and ice in the lobby."

"This is the best hotel I've ever been to. The hotel is small, with only 9 rooms on 8 floors. The rooms are huge, very clean and recently renovated. The location is excellent, the beach is 100 meters away, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby to suit all tastes. The hotel is located in the city center, convenient access to all attractions. The room has a swimming pool, a vinyl player and a projector. The pool is especially striking because of its large size, always comfortable temperature and cleanliness, and all this with a beautiful view and all the amenities. We lived for 3 days, during which time not a single negative was found. With such a hotel, the whole trip seems more attractive and comfortable. At the same time, room prices (for 6 people with breakfast!!) They are at the level of an average room for 2 people in any chain hotel. "Although the location is outside Busan, it's 30 minutes' drive to Nanpu cave or zagalchi, so it's not bad. There is a park around the hotel where you can walk, and it's better to have pine trees and the sea. It was a bit unfortunate that I couldn't take a walk properly because the time and the weather were not good. The nearby amenities were not too bad. There was also a Park Gane Sundubu restaurant that opened early in the morning, so I was able to solve breakfast. Hotel breakfast seems to be not operating properly. It would be better not to expect. It feels like a half-intelligent and needs people who don't know if they are staff or boss, but they were kind. Anyway, it wasn't bad for the price, so it was a good place to stay overnight."

"This is a clean hotel close to Ilgwang Station. I have visited a few times for business trips, but this time I came with my family during the holidays. It is a shame that there are no ocean-view rooms, but the sea is close enough that I can just walk there."

"This feels like a luxury hotel, but the substance is lacking… 1. **No in-room phone.** If I wanted to call the front desk, I had to use my own phone to find the number in the booklet and dial it. 2. **Low floors are… well.** The 'ocean view' was useless. Some building's water tank and a Holly's coffee shop blocked most of it. I had to crawl on the floor, taking 5,000 photos, to get just one decent shot. So, if you're on a low floor, you'll have to crawl to see the ocean! Okay, maybe this is my fault for not paying more for a higher floor. BUT, the room photos in the introduction made it seem like there was an unobstructed ocean view, which feels like a scam. There weren't many hotel reviews, so I couldn't have known. I feel cheated. 3. **The biggest problem is privacy.** The toilet faces a window, and the jacuzzi and shower are also in front of full-length windows. Since it's a low floor, you can make eye contact with people in the cafe across the street. My bathroom breaks, showers, and jacuzzi use could all be public! I don't know if the windows are meant to be covered, but it felt very awkward. I had to keep the blinds fully down to use the bathroom and jacuzzi, which defeats the purpose of an 'ocean view' and felt very stifling. They told me not to close the jacuzzi window because of humidity, but the shower is right there, and I almost froze showering! Seriously, you'd think they'd put more thought into the design, even beyond the ocean view… 4. **The room is so big, but there are no mirrors anywhere** you’d expect one! Only the bathroom mirror, which made doing makeup and getting dressed in the morning incredibly inconvenient. 5. **I used a barrier-free room, but as an able-bodied person, I didn't feel any consideration for disabled guests.** Even I, a seasoned traveler in my 20s, had trouble distinguishing between the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I almost ran out of hot water in the shower trying to figure it out. The labels are tiny and on the back somewhere, so you have to really search. Couldn't they use dedicated bottles or at least proper labeling? 6. **There's no room service or similar services, but other services are expensive.** Maybe I just couldn't find it, but usually, hotel F&B services are in the in-room booklet, aren't they? There was nothing. Okay, maybe because it's a lower-star hotel, it wouldn't have it. BUT, late check-out extension costs 33,000 won (which isn't cheaper than other luxury hotels). So, the standard doesn't reach luxury hotel levels, but the service fees feel comparable to one. Breakfast also felt similar, so I didn't use it. Considering all of this, if you're just looking for a cost-effective place, it's okay."
