"The hotel is quite nice, but I just want to remind other travelers — the taxis in front of the hotel tend to overcharge. That’s not a good experience.
Since I couldn’t use Uber or Kakao Taxi in Busan (the card I registered didn’t work, and cash payment wasn’t accepted either), I asked the front desk if they could help me book a taxi. They told me I could simply take one from in front of the hotel.
When I checked out and got into the taxi, I saw on Kakao Taxi that the normal fare should be around 17,000 won. However, the driver refused to use the meter. About five minutes into the ride, he told me the fare would be 30,000 won.
I felt really uncomfortable, but since I was traveling alone and all my belongings were in the car, I decided not to argue further for safety reasons. In the end, I had no choice but to accept it.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but I hope other guests won’t have to experience the same situation on their last day."

"This hotel is located in the best beach spot and offers a beautiful infinity pool. There’s also a 7/11 nearby with great coffee and a McDonald’s that stays open 24/7 for late-night dinners. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with excellent soap and a cleaning service that changes the sponges and towels daily. I had a great time there. The only downside is that the pool closes at 9 pm, which isn’t ideal for those who want to stay up late."

"Honestly, I had a really pleasant stay. I stayed for three consecutive nights. Housekeeping cleaned the room after the first night, but not after the second – it seems you might need to request it. The room featured a large floor-to-ceiling window and a minimalist, spacious layout, offering sunset views. Overall, it was great, but there was no bathtub! It's a bit far from the subway station, about a 15-20 minute walk. Also, it was a minor inconvenience to have to walk out a bit to hail a taxi. Out of ten, I'd give it an 8.8. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."
The outdoor pool will be closed for renovation until DEC 31 2022.
"Fantastic location with excellent dining and entertainment options right outside. The casino is conveniently located downstairs, perfect for those looking for some entertainment. Directly connected to Lotte Department Store, it's a shopper's paradise! If you're visiting Seomyeon, this is *the* place to stay. It offers great value during the off-season; you can often get a room for around 800.
A special highlight for me was the in-room coffee machine – the coffee was absolutely delicious! Both flavors were excellent! It's hands down the best capsule coffee I've ever had. Honestly, it's far better than many specialty coffees. You *must* try it when you stay!"

"I couldn't believe this was in Korea; I genuinely thought I was in Japan!
Facilities: A distinctly Japanese-style hotel, even equipped with a smart bidet toilet.
Cleanliness: Impeccably clean, truly excellent.
Environment: While the space was a bit compact, there were no strange odors, and the area felt very safe.
Service: A complimentary breakfast is offered, although it consists of cold items.
From downstairs, you get a direct view of trains arriving at and departing from Busan Station."

"The room was decent. However, the check-in process for Chinese guests was quite cumbersome, requiring passport copies and various email addresses, while foreign guests checking in simultaneously weren't asked for anything, which felt discriminatory. The two elevators for high floors and two for low floors are separate and don't interconnect, so waiting times can be long. On the upside, the location is superb. A subway station and bus stop are right downstairs, along with a snack street and pedestrian area. It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can follow the coastline to Mipo Station, the starting point of the Sky Capsule/Coastal Train. The fantastic location is undoubtedly the biggest plus."

"This hotel was amazing with a perfect central location - right across the street from both the Busan metro line 1 station and the KTX Korea rail station running to/from Seoul. It was less than a 3 minute walk to each. Most of the packaged tours start from the KTX train station exit 1 which is literally across the street from the hotel. I booked the room with breakfast and was pleasantly surprised how good breakfast was (for the price I paid).
My room was amazing with port and harbour views, the breakfast area had stunning panoramic Busan city and harbour views as well. The unexpected best part was the roof top pool! No one was ever there."

"Honest review: Lobby area is messy and that staff lady is not really helpful. I needed to wait from 7am-1pm, before I know to check in at 1pm, and I only know at 1pm that need to pay extra 30,000kw to check in at 1pm, cause check in timing is 4pm. Toilet door and room door is not clean. Bed, pillow and towels are ok, room is spacious and it’s near to a train station, but still quite far from Busan train station and shopping areas. Only 2 bottles of water for me, although I’ve stayed for 5days. Overall the place is ok, it looks more like apartment than a hotel. I also bought breakfast for my stays, but only ate on day 1, as they Mop the floor when people are taking food and having breakfast and I was holding a miso soup and I fell down. Hence quite a disappointment."

Outstanding
GGuest UserA great hotel with spacious and stylishly decorated rooms. Complimentary snacks and instant noodles were provided in the room.
Its location is excellent, within walking distance to both metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore various attractions.
The front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting with calling a taxi.
The only minor drawback was the breakfast. It was delivered to the room door in a basket, which looked elegant, but the variety was quite limited and not as filling as a buffet breakfast.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

GGuest UserEverything is great. One of the best locations just right at the doorstep of Haeundae beach, opposite Haeundae traditional market and within walking distance to many tansportation options. Service was impeccable. Although I put DND sign the whole day I was outside, housekeeper still leave a set of fresh towels for and water outside my door. I also forgot a document which i needed for my next destination and get DHL to deliver it to the hotel. The front desk is very attentive and promptly handed over to me when I returned to the lobby from lunch. There is a 24H coin laundry outside, about 7-10 mins walk. One suggestion is that although the room is spacious for us family of 4, it could do with more hangers in the bathroom and more tables in the room.

GGuest UserIt was fine, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. Easy walking distance from Busan Station and bus stops/metro, with lots of coffee shops around.
However there are some negatives. A staff member verbally disclosed my (solo female) room number in front of another guest while checking in, which is not a safe practice. Storage space in the room is very limited - there are no drawers or cupboards at all, and no luggage rack so you can unpack your suitcase on either the floor (very little space) or the bed (unhygienic). The aircon turns off when the keycard isn’t inserted so the room is hot when you return from being out (and housekeeping will remove the card if you leave it in.)

GGuest UserGreat space but some frustrating oversight
We saw a comment that mentioned a complimentary cleaning service for stays over three days. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We stayed for four nights and no cleaning was provided. We found out you have to pay 20,000 KRW for it. We did pay for the cleaning service on one day, but due to a mistake at the front desk, no one ever showed up. When we tried to reschedule, we were told the service was fully booked for the rest of our stay with no available time slots. We eventually had to just get a refund. A bigger issue was the bathroom. There's no shower curtain, so the entire floor gets soaked every time you shower. When we asked about it, the staff cited safety concerns as the reason. This was confusing, as my friend nearly slipped on the wet floor, which seems like a much bigger safety risk. There are only two lifts servicing all the higher floors, and because they cover so many levels, the wait times are long. It was often so crowded that we couldn't even get on when one finally arrived.
The room is well-equipped for longer stays (microwave, cookingware, washing machine, clothesline), but it misses some details. There are no hangers for your clothes and no extra trash bags. Since the cleaning isn't complimentary, our trash bins overflowed by the second day.
On the positive side, the staff were very polite and tried to be helpful. The room itself is huge, we could easily lay out two large 28-inch suitcases. There are two spacious balconies and tons of storage. It's perfect if you want to cook and relax in a big living area. The location is fantastic. It's right near the main streets, packed with restaurants and shopping. It's convenient to be able to drop your heavy bags and just head out to explore without lugging everything around.
Overall, the space is fantastic for the price, but a few practical issues like the flooded bathroom and lack of basic supplies really need to be addressed.

GGuest UserAmazing service, clean the rooms every day. We were washing and drying our clothes, they collected the clothes, folded them and put them in our room when we asked them if it’s possible because we wanted to explore the city instead of waiting for the clothes. Location is near the beach, however haeundae area in general is a bit far from the city centre and other sightseeing places.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

GGuest UserFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

AAnonymous Userbriefly: you won't be checked in until 3 p.m.!!!!! There is Wi-Fi in the room. However, it is turned off at exactly 11 a.m. on the day of your check-out. Breakfast is available from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. You can leave your belongings for free in one of the rooms, which is monitored and has curtains. The room was not comfortable, the lighting was cold, and the bedding was old and synthetic. The shower was warm, and there were bathroom amenities.
there's no photo, the room is dark and the light is cold, brr
