We stayed at this hotel for all three nights in Busan. It was incredibly clean, with daily housekeeping. Unfortunately, we woke up late every day and missed out on their delicious and worthwhile breakfast. The breakfast spread included cereal, milk, bread, fish sausage, fruit, yogurt, and coffee 🥹. We finally got to experience breakfast on our last day before catching the KTX, and it was clear how much effort they put into it – everything was stylish and exquisite. Complimentary drinks were provided daily, and the mini-fridge in the room was always restocked. 👍 The owner was consistently cheerful and provided excellent service. Even though we spoke neither English nor Korean, the owner was very friendly, always ready with a translation app on their phone to patiently explain things to us 😊. This was the only hotel I've ever stayed in that provided two room key cards, which was incredibly thoughtful for two people needing to go their separate ways! 💪 The hotel is just 200 meters from Busan Station, with both subway and bus access, making transportation super convenient. It was also really easy to get to Gamcheon Culture Village. Highly recommended! 👍

The room was very clean. I booked a five-person room where each bed had a curtain, and the hotel provided earplugs. It's self-check-in, so you can arrive quite late. However, when I was there, the restroom on the 3rd floor was broken. Also, when I woke up at 7:30 AM, I found the fridge locked and there was no staff around to get breakfast.

The room was incredibly spacious with great natural light. The bathroom featured a huge, roomy bathtub. I was on the fifth floor. Although the platform said check-in was at 3 PM, I arrived early in the morning just hoping to store my luggage. To my surprise, the kind gentleman at the front desk checked me in right away! It was amazing 🥹🥹🥹. Right outside the hotel, there's a bus stop that takes you directly to the go-karting place, and the go-karting itself was so much fun with the pass card I bought! Later, I took a taxi around 4 AM to Busan Station to catch a train back to Seoul, and it was super quick. An Uber ride was about 5,200 won. The beach was absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, I didn't have flip-flops, so I only played for a little while. I'd definitely love to stay here again next time!

THE GOOD It's important to understand that this is an affordable hostel with a view but is not as fancy as it may seem in the photos. You're not going to get a luxury, super-comfortable stay with a bay view at this low of price. Speaking of the view, it's very nice during the day and at night from the top floor breakfast room and the bay view rooms on the levels right below it. Speaking of breakfast, you do have to cook the eggs yourself, but there are three burners and some other good food options, too. We also had a great experience with the staff at the reception desk, who were friendly, helpful, and apologetic about any issues. The WiFi was good, with a modem and router in each room. The location is great, too, if you love shopping streets, street food, fish markets, wharfs, and a more locals side of Busan. Access to the subway and buses is incredible, so you can get over to Haeudae Beach, Gwangali Beach, Dadaepo Beach, Gamcheon Culture Village, Busan Station (for trains to Seoul and Gyeongju), and more, but if you want to frequent Haeudae, it's kind of a long haul from here. THE NOT-SO-GOOD Our bay view room was a bit gimmicky, because while the view was nice, the room is quite small, has flimsy furniture, and lacks hooks (except the one in the window where the sun will fade your clothes). The wall of windows is cool to look through, but in May, we had the curtains closed 99% of the time because the south-facing room gets blasted by the sun and the AC isn't powerful enough to counteract it. The room was in need of maintenance, too, with ruined flooring due to a poor bathroom door design and things starting to fall apart in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, if you need 100% total privacy, it may not work for you. The shade over the very large window is barely sufficient in its thickness, and it has a two-inch gap on either side where you can see down to the street 9 stories below (see photo). You have to stand in a specific spot in the bathroom while showering with the handheld showerhead in order to feel entirely private, and you have to be very careful to not spray the leaky door. We also discovered that things that aren't used regularly can be dusty, and we found dust bunnies in the hallways. The bed also had a firm, squeaky spring mattress that didn't encourage the greatest sleep. If you're a backpacker or budget traveler like us, you'll find this place passable (especially for the price, location, and breakfast), but if you have normal hotel standards, this hostel may not meet them.

The hotel is in an amazing area, even though the hotel entrance isn't on a very pretty street, the main road is just a few meters away. The only thing we didn't like is that the closet is tiny and only has two hangers. There's nowhere to put suitcases or clothes; you have to open and close your luggage on the floor to get things out. Even in the bathroom, there's no space for toiletries; it's barely big enough for toothbrushes, and there's no room for a toiletry bag. In that regard, it's very inconvenient.

Excellent not expensive option, clean, quiet, quiet. Women with low social responsibility are led to the first floor. Big towels weren 't in the room.

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

I stayed here for an extended period with my wife and our 3- and 4-year-old children. There's a convenience store, a tonkatsu restaurant, and a pizza place nearby, so it was great for the kids. My family and I walked to the laundromat to do our laundry. It's a little far, but it's a good place to stop by on your way out for dinner.
