"Facilities: The air conditioning in the room was problematic. It worked fine on the first night, but started turning itself off automatically on the second night. Hotel staff came and told us to use the remote control instead of the panel, which temporarily fixed the issue. However, on the third day, the remote control also started restarting infinitely. Luckily, it wasn't too hot those days, so we didn't really need the AC. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, but the bed wasn't re-made. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right above Haeundae Market. Everything you need is downstairs, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Haeundae subway station Exit 3. Walking to the Mipo Station for the Haeundae Blue Line Park Capsule Train takes about 20 minutes along the beach, which doesn't feel too far at all. Service: The front desk has a scale for weighing luggage before you leave, and there's also a microwave if you need to heat up food."

"We stayed in the Deluxe Double room (with terrace and loft). The high ceilings, abundant natural light, and in-room amenities like the LG Styler and washing machine were absolutely fantastic. However, since the appliance instructions were all in Korean, I had to search Google to figure out how to use them. It would be great if there were Japanese manuals available. I'd read reviews saying there was shampoo but no conditioner, but to my pleasant surprise, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all provided. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and even though there wasn't a bathtub, the shower booth was very convenient to use. The room was immaculately clean, and I especially loved having a closet to store my suitcase. The front desk staff spoke Japanese and were very friendly, which was reassuring. The location was also superb. I definitely want to stay at Newcz Nampo again on my next trip to Busan. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality this time."

"Overall, it was pretty good. The only issue was that when I followed the navigation to the hotel's location, it led me up a big flight of stairs. I thought, 'It's a star-rated hotel, surely not,' and after asking customer service, they sent another address that led me back to the main road. Lesson learned: don't overly rely on navigation when you're out; if it seems unreasonable, take the main road to ensure safety. The hotel breakfast was decent, and while the room wasn't huge, it was acceptable, and the cleanliness was also fine. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was losing a bracelet at the hotel. When I went back to the front desk, they told me to go up and look for it myself. When I got to the room, it had already been cleaned, and I couldn't find any cleaning staff around. The front desk replied that if their staff found an item while cleaning, they would put it at the front desk. However, I feel that as a star-rated hotel, shouldn't they use a walkie-talkie or call to ask the cleaning staff? I had to catch a flight later, so I didn't pursue it further."

"Booked 3 double suites with sea view. I thought the hotel was very near the beach and was thus expecting full view of Haeundae Beach. However, the sea and beach were blocked by buildings and were barely visible from the hotel windows. To be fair, the rooms were very big and the location made up for the shortfall. Came with a bedroom and a living area, balcony, washing machine, clothes rack, bathtub and comfortable bed. Conveniently located in front of Haeundae Station, which was also the meet-up point for our Busan local tour. Egg Drop was just next door. Busan Bada Sand store was right opposite. Walkable to Haeundae Beach and Haeundae Market. Overall, a nice stay . Note: For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, the bus terminal had relocated further up (at a bus stop instead), so you will need to walk quite a bit to reach the hotel. For those taking the intercity bus from Incheon Airport to the hotel, do note that the intercity bus terminal has shifted to a bus-stop further away, so you will need to walk distance to reach the hotel."

"The sea view is good and able to see whole beach. But the bathroom is not really good because it does not have any curtain or door to separate the bathing area and toilet. The whole bathroom becomes wet after anyone took the shower. Also there was a spider in the room when i arrived. Luckily there is another room for me."

"I just booked it for one night and it was really lovely. Close to the Busan Station (5-7min walking distance) and I had a good proper sleep, even the walls are not that soundproof. I could hear the doors slamming from my neighbours but for me it was not an issue. Maybe for sensitive sleepers it could be. And I loved that you can wake up with the sunrise in your face! Would consider staying here again."
